Si vous avez déjà rêvé de California Living ... Ça y est!!! Ceci est la maison de plage ultime avec un style de vie en bord de mer exceptionnel. Situé sur le sable de la convoitée plage de Newport, avec vue sur l'océan des vagues déferlantes, l'île de Catalina et la jetée de Newport Beach. Cette luxueuse maison est un lieu magique dans l'un des meilleurs endroits du sud de la Californie.

Cette propriété a récemment été redécorée avec goût, y compris des draps et une literie de haute qualité.
Notre grande terrasse en bord de mer avec barbecue, chaises longues et musique est directement sur le sable sans promenade bondée en face.

Le maître avant a un lit queen, une télévision à écran plat et des fenêtres à débordement avec l'une des meilleures vues sur l'océan partout.

La deuxième suite principale a un lit king size, une télévision à écran plat, une grande salle de bains principale avec dressing et de superbes vues sur l'océan depuis la terrasse extérieure attenante.

La troisième chambre a deux lits doubles et une télévision à écran plat.

La quatrième chambre est équipée de lits superposés, de bas pleins et de lits jumeaux.

This house is so so so lovely. Perfect for two families to enjoy a lovely stay at the beach. We loved the house so much, and we would absolutely stay there again. Meanwhile, when we had questions, the owner was super responsive via text.We also liked that the house comes with lots of boogie boards and beach chairs, and the deck on the beach is just absolutely lovely! :)

Beautiful house located literally on the beach. Close to restaurants , coffee , market and shopping. House has a garage full of beach amenities and a kitchen that is well equipped with any appliance needed . Garage fit our suv which was a Nissan Armada. Lots of space and beautiful views with a well attentive owner who is quick to respond .

We had an outstanding experience with this Newport Beach beachfront rental and would absolutely stay here again.From the very beginning, the owner was incredibly communicative and easy to work with, making the entire rental process seamless and stress-free. Everything was exactly as promised—the home was ready right on time and was exceptionally clean upon arrival.The property itself is spectacular. It looks just like the photos, if not better, and is beautifully decorated with a high-end, yet comfortable feel throughout. The home is also very well stocked—you can tell a lot of thought went into making sure guests have everything they might need. The kitchen, in particular, was fully equipped with every appliance and utensil you could ask for, along with a few thoughtful staple items that came in handy.One of our favorite touches was the welcome care package with coffee and snacks—such a simple gesture, but it really set the tone for the stay.The views are absolutely stunning, and being right on the beachfront made the experience even more special. The beds were very comfortable, and the water pressure—surprisingly—was some of the best we’ve experienced in a rental in a long time.Overall, this was an exceptional property and provided a perfect space for our team during our stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-tier Newport Beach experience.

Have stayed here a few times and love it so much. House is fully loaded and everything was perfect. Had lots of home cooked meals and lots of options for take out. Best weather was a bonus.

Amazing!

Had a great time with my 16 year old son. He had his friends come over and they had a blast right on the beach. Can’t beat this location. Close to everything and we slept well as it was quiet at night. We will be back!

We had a beautiful time! Location is perfect close to restaurants and shops. Beach was amazing!! Loved not being on the strand more private but just a short walk to it. Great house! Perfect stay for the family and grandkids!!
