Oceanfront - Profitez de notre magnifique résidence de 3 chambres sur la piste cyclable de la fabuleuse Newport Beach Balboa Peninsula. Cet endroit fantastique offre à votre famille un très propre et confortable 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains duplex en bas. Divertissez-vous dans une magnifique cuisine récemment rénovée et un salon avec des meubles haut de gamme. Cuisine complète avec tous les appareils et barbecue à gaz. Grande glacière extérieure avec grand patio profond, confortable et accueillant. Vous ne pouvez pas battre cet endroit. Sortez votre porte d'entrée à un parc herbeux avec la plage après le parc. Lancez un ballon de football, jouez au frisby ou faites voler un cerf-volant, pendant que votre famille peut vous voir depuis le patio. Avec la plage et la jetée de Balboa, avec des salles de bains et des douches, des marches en face du parc, il y a une aire de jeux pour enfants avec une salle de gym, des balançoires et des toboggans. Marcher aux restaurants, bars, boutiques, la zone de divertissement Balboa seulement deux pâtés de maisons de cette résidence. Vous ne pourriez jamais quitter le patio pendant une semaine, il y a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin. L'appartement dispose d'une place de parking et de trois parkings publics payants à proximité. Les activités nautiques comme la pêche (mer profonde incluse), le canoë, le kayak, le paddle board, la croisière de plaisance et l'observation des baleines sont à quelques pâtés de maisons. Louer ou monter votre vélo de notre cour avant des miles et des miles de vues en bord de mer devant deux parcs de chiens d'eau et l'emplacement du championnat de surf. Roulez de la Wedge à Huntington Beach Pier ou au-delà! Cette superbe résidence est à seulement quelques kilomètres du célèbre centre commercial Fashion Island et de South Coast Plaza. Les deux bus accessibles. Profitez des excursions d'une journée à Disneyland, à Knott's Berry Farm, au parc aquatique Knott's et au stade d'Anaheim (domicile des anges), à Irvine Spectrum, à UC Irvine, à Cal State Fullerton, à Chapman University et à San Diego! Tous sont à distance de route de votre paradis de vacances. Legland, Sea World et le zoo de San Diego dans les 2 heures de route.

Perfect Location

I don’t want to give away my secret, but this is the perfect location! This place is ON THE STRAND, right in front of a beautiful grassy area and steps to the sand. Perfect for people watching, relaxing, or if you want to walk to a few restaurants or shops - they’re close also! Been coming to Newport for over 30 years, this really was perfect.

Thanksgiving with the family

We loved our visit to Newport Beach. The home is lovely with plenty of room for our 4 adults and two kids. The location is perfect. Right by the beach and a green space with a playground for the kids. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Kelly was very easy to deal with. Everything happened smoothly and without a hitch. Highly recommended!!

Great time in Newport

This beautiful property is a block from Balboa pier. Walking distance to restaurants & shopping. The house all amenities for cooking and eating. All things needed for cooking & barbecuing. Very comfortable for a family of 6. Looking forward to going back next year.

Great place!

We loved our few days at this house. It was in a great location in front of sandy beach and large expanse of grass. My kids spent hours throwing the frisbee with their dad. Having 3 bedrooms was nice so we could spread out. the living room is a bit small, but we spent most of our time outside. We would definitely come again!

Spring Break

Great experience! It was clear that the owners love this home and love sharing it with others. They communicated well and we were treated like family. We had a great experience and would stay here again and again. It was well appointed with everything we needed from kitchen utensils, Kurig, blender, utensils etc. to beach toys, bikes and beach chairs. Close to Balboa Pier and plenty of restaurants. We were sad to leave. A great ocean escape for our desert dwelling, Arizona family!

Wonderful trip

This was our second time visiting Newport Beach. This location is perfect. It is the reason I booked this condo. The field in front of the property is perfect for kids to run around. My husband even joined a soccer game one evening. Restaurants, ice cream, and shops are within walking distance. The boardwalk and beach are right out the patio. The unit is clean and had plenty of space for our family. There are a lot of instructions, but it was nothing we couldn’t handle or abide by. Kelly was a great host and we would love to stay here again.

Great location, decent apartment, nice bathrooms, great amenities, outdated pillows and mattresses, host was way too micromanaging our stay with cameras at every corner of house including inside the garage. I understand the need for cameras, but using them to micromanage our stay was a bit much. And when we had to depart at exactly 10 AM, she was there to usher us out and make sure we did not go back in and when I did go back in to doublecheck and make sure I got everything, she asked me to take the laundry basket of towels outside the unit, which last time I checked is not my Job, but I did it anyways. The guest departing next-door heard that and couldn’t believe it. We own a vacation rental and would never treat our guests like she treated us. Just trying to give an accurate review and did not want to do this, but felt it necessary for future renters

Ideal location!

I can’t recommend this place highly enough. We came with our kids and grandkids and it was perfect. There was a huge green space and a playground right outside the door and beyond this was the beach. No automobile traffic to worry about. A short walk to restaurants and an area with a Ferris wheel and other attractions that the kids loved. The home was spacious and very comfortable. Beds were comfortable. The outside patio area was great for sitting in the morning and having coffee. We even prepared a Thanksgiving meal in the kitchen with no issues. Had everything we needed. If you want a great time steps away from the Pacific Ocean, this is your place! Thanks Kelly!!

Wonderful property in a perfect location!

The property has all of the amenities anyone would need. It's in a perfect location, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The owner was in communication with us and very responsive. The bathrooms are nicely updated. We enjoyed the patio and watching the sunset.

Demolition of a street that started in September ~ log air hammers ~ earth ~ rocks dumped all day

The owner over contacted us with rules every day ~ asked our ages and where we were coming from~ knew the horrific noise pollution weeks before our planned trip~ could have given us a choice to come under the non relaxing atmosphere of a beach house vacation with the demolition going on~ have no respect for her greed ~ constant nagging every day about the rules of the house~ we couldn’t relax ~ she ruined our vacation~

Look No Further!

We were wanting a spot close to the beach that would comfortably sleep 6 and this home was perfect. The Kitchen and bathrooms have been nicely renovated and the park between the home and the beach provided a fun area when we weren't on the beach. The boardwalk passes by right off the patio which provides a fun opportunity for people watching and the village is only a stone's throw away with great restaurants and bars. The owner went above and beyond and we would definitely look to stay again. Overall, a great vacation!

3rd straight year

This is my family's third year staying here. In my opinion this is the best location to stay in the Balboa peninsula. The property is clean and modern. The host is very easy to deal with. They check in with you to see if you need anything and just want you to have a good time. I highly recommend this property.

Beach house on the strand and park!

My family enjoys a week at the beach every summer. This house is on the strand and footsteps from the park so the kids can play frisbee, soccer, baseball while the adults relax on the patio! This location is walking distance to the sand, firepits, the Fun Zone, restaurants and convenience stores and parking. You wont regret your stay !

Amazing Stay

The property itself is perfect, had ALL we needed as such an age diverse group (13 to 92!), it's also in a great location, our favorite along the whole boardwalk. Between the private garage and 2 public lots, parking was no issue. The owner/manager is the kindest and most available. We just got home and want to come back already. Thanks so much Kelly!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Location, location, location. This downstairs duplex, is very comfortable and well maintained. It has upgraded 400mpx internet and Dvr box with upgraded cable and roku boxes on all TV's. It has a modern flair and is very clean. We are one block from Main St. and all the restaurants. With the beach and everything a great neighborhood has to offer, it can't be beat!
