Thank you for your feedback regarding the balcony, this matters. Rust is a big challenge at the beach and we are currently in talks with a vendor for alternative materials that can withstand the beach environment and aesthetically pleasing. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We wanted to provide a little more context regarding your concerns. Regarding the beach, the lifeguards typically designate a surfing area farther south. At times, they may also create a surf access path or restrict swimming in certain areas if conditions are unsafe, such as when there are potential rip currents. In most cases, children are still able to swim just a short distance north of the designated surf area, although we understand that this may have been farther than the grandparents were comfortable walking or keeping within view. As for the elevator, our guests are always welcome to reach out before their stay if they would like to confirm the elevator dimensions to ensure a wheelchair will fit comfortably, as wheelchair sizes can vary.
