Beautiful house!

We were a group of 11 women celebrating a hen do and this house was perfect for a fun, chilled weekend! Plenty of space for everyone, well-equipped kitchen and an idyllic pool area with lots of breakout spaces and seating to choose from.

The Villa Clairval was incredible. Pictures don't do it justice. The property was more than adequate to house much of our crew as we attended the Cannes Film Festival, which was a thirty minute Uber drive away. The host was very available, very cool and very helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

We had the most amazing time at this property. It was a perfect week that went beyond our expectations. Bruno and Caroline were wonderful hosts and were available for anything we needed. The property is so spacious and comfortable to relax and have fun. A perfect and beautiful accommodation. Thank you Bruno and Caroline!

The photos do not do the house justice! It was better than we expected. Large, clean bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, lovely reception space inside, and a beautiful pool and hot tub area outside. It was perfect for our 18 guests. It was very hard to work out how many bedrooms there were from the photos/description but the whole layout worked really well. Our hosts, Caroline and Bruno were very attentive and responsive. We would highly recommend this house for a relaxing stay.

Great Home to Relax

The stay at this home was the ending of a weeklong journey of travel. Caroline and Bruno were great hosts. There was plenty of space for our group of 6 people. We used the caretaker for breakfast service, and it was very convenient and great food prepared. The nearby town is quaint and walkable for nearby restaurants. You should be warned that the entrance into the house is on a steep hill with a sharp turn and narrow width and could sometimes be challenging to get into the property.

Lovely

We had a lovely stay in the villa. Bruna and Caroline were superb hosts. They prepared a fantastic bbq for us on the day of arrival. The swimmingpool is big and clean. The pool bar is very comfortable. And the surroundings are breathtaking. The villa has the capacity for a lot of people, we were with 15 adults, but there was also enough room for privacy for each of us. Again, we had a great time. Thank you so much. Pien

Highly Recommend

This beautiful house was everything we wanted for a holiday. So huge, clean and well equipped. There were 14 of us, 4 families and 6 grandchildren and we wanted for nothing. Riza, the housekeeper cooked for us one evening a marvellous meal. She was always on hand for any information needed. Bruno and Caroline were just the best hosts. The swimming pool was used every day. The house was so spacious and had everything we needed. Lovely house owned by lovely people.

A Wonderful Stay @ Le Mas Clairval - July 2023

thank you Bruno & Caroline for a wonderful stay at Le Mas Clairval....our family had a great time and enjoyed everything about the property and location. The property had plenty of indoor & outdoor space for our party of 14. The swimming pool, table tennis, trampoline and outdoor dining area got plenty of use and this was the perfect spot for our family vacation in a great location near to Nice and the surrounding towns. The bedroom and bathroom set up was great accommodation for a large family vacation. The kitchen and indoor & outdoor seating was ideal for our party of 14. The nearby town within walking distance has great spots for dinner and groceries... Bruno & Caroline were wonderful hosts and if we return to this area in the South of France, we will certainly be back to Le Mas Clairval!!!

We stayed here as a group of 15 friends in our 30s while celebrating a wedding nearby, and the house was absolutely perfect for the occasion. The kitchen was really well stocked — ideal for group meals and drinks — and we loved how spacious and social the layout was.While a few of the bedrooms are on the smaller side (understandable with 11 rooms!), the fact that almost every room had its own bathroom more than made up for it. The outdoor space really made the stay special — great pool, hot tub, seating areas and just a brilliant atmosphere all around.Bruno and Caroline were fantastic hosts — incredibly attentive, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. They made everything easy and stress-free, which really added to the experience.The property had everything we needed and more. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it for a large group or special occasion.

A group of 15 of us stayed at Mas Clairval between 12th-26th Aug 23. We were a group of 4 families with a mix of adults, teens and children. The facilities were amazing and catered for all of us with swimming pool, hot tub, trampoline, play area, games areas and outdoor seating and bar area. Inside the kitchen was well equipped and led out to a patio and dining area. The lounge and snug were also lovely. Bedrooms were spread over ground and first and provided a great mix of accommodation for families staying together. We had a wonderful holiday, made many happy memories and would certainly return for a second visit. Bruno and Caroline were wonderful throughout and communication was brilliant.

Séjour magnifique entre amis

La propriété, le jardin, les aménagements..Tout été exceptionnel. Bruno et Caroline sont d'une gentillesse! La maison été vraiment nickel, tout été super propre. Les chambres sont toutes différentes et unique. Les lits très confortables. Tout été fournis et il ne manquait rien. La cuisine été super bien équipée. L'espace extérieur été trop beau, nous avons beaucoup profité de la piscine et du jacuzzi. Le fait de pouvoir aller a pieds aux petits commerces été un vrai bonus, on a trouvé tout ce qu'ils nous fallait pour un weekend entre amis avec les enfants. A refaire, ça nous manque déjà! Vraiment un lieu magique.

A beautiful place to bring families together

We had a wonderful stay at the Mas Clairval. Bruno & Caroline were attentive hosts and responded efficiently to every question we had. The home itself is stunning and very large with indoor and outdoor spaces large enough for our group of 17 to be together. The entire place was air conditioned which was a lifesaver in the heatwave. It created a perfect space to bring our families together - every room was equipped and welcoming, almost all have an ensuite. Sheets, towels for indoors and outdoors are provided as well as helpful little things like laundry soap and mosquito repellent incense. The surrounding areas offer a mix of seaside towns and cities as well as easy access to the mountains, we made it to Monaco as well. The pool is lovely. We also enjoyed a home cooked dinner by Raiza, delicious! I cannot recommend the Mas Clairval enough to big groups who want to gather in a place that is spacious yet charming.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un séjour de dingue pour un enterrement de vie de jeune fille . La maison se suffit à elle même , disons que lorsque vous arrivez votre souffle est coupé par la beauté de la maison . Le coin pool house à juste était notre coin préféré, jacuzzi , piscine chauffée, sono .... Nous remercions Bruno de son accueil et de sa gentillesse . Je recommande a 100% , j’espère vite pouvoir y retourner tellement j’y suis triste de quitter la villa .

Week-end magique

Nous sommes venus au Mas Clairval avec des amis afin de profiter des belles journèes d’Automne de la Côte d’Azur. Nous n’avons pas été déçus. Entre mer et arrière pays, la région est splendide, nous avons pu visiter Grasse et ses parfumeurs, aller au merveilleux petit village de Cabris et gouter les specialités du coin: pissaladière et farcis niçois ! Le mas Clairval est un havre de paix aux essences méditerrannèennes, très bien équipé et rénové avec bcp de goût. On se sent comme à la maison ! Les chambres sont nombreuses et chacune possède sa salle de bain grand luxe, nous avions l’embarras du choix: vue sur la pinède et le village perché de Cabris ou vue sur la piscine. L’immense cuisine a été l’occasion de passer une bonne soirée entre amis et de déguster les spécialités locales. Caroline et Bruno, les propriétaires nous ont accueilli très chaleureusement et le fait qu’ils habitent dans la propriété adjacente et très rassurant. Le seul bémol: la piscine était un peu froide , normal pour une mi octobre 😉 Mais le soleil et la lumière de Provence sont toujours aussi magiques ! On reviendra c’est sûr.

Fabuleux!

La maison est magnifique, tout a été rénové avec gout. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, les salles de bains sont modernes. L'espace de vie est super confortable et l'ouverture vers l'extérieur féérique. L'extérieur est arboré et fleuri. Nous avons aussi pu apprécier les nombreuses activités de l'arrière pays Grassois. Nous recommandons sans hésiter!

Outstanding !

Le Mas Clairval was a lovely home to unwind in the South of France with groups of friends and family! Close to many places for enjoyable day trips: several activities at the lake, the sea, the markets, small towns for beautiful architecture and great dining, Nice, Cannes, and Monte Carlo for great shopping, picturesque hills and valleys were great for cycling and touring, to name a few. The house is stunning, entirely upgraded and refurbished with 5 stars beddings. We’ve stayed hours in the wonderful pool ( still very warm for September ) . we felt very welcomed by Caroline and Bruno, the owners, who were eager to accommodate our needs. We ‘ve spent great time with our friends and family in this exceptional place and we will be back again for sure ! Thanks so much !

Great villas for large group, beautiful estate, with many activities in its surroundings

We had the pleasure to spend a long week end in the Mas Clairval with our large family . The villa is gorgeous , beautifuly renovated, large living area outside and inside and plenty things to do: stunning swimming pool , petanque , ping pong , pool , table football, and even cycling. The huge garden is wonderful with so many Olive trees , oak tree forrest and hundred of flowers and ....so close to the charming village of Peymeinade (5 mins walk!) A very memorable stay under the warm sun of the Cote d'azur and we would definitely return there. We recommend this villa to families , large group and children alike , there is something to do for everyone !!!

What a magnificent villa! Our family of 16 thoroughly enjoyed every moment in this beautiful home! The home and its gardens are stunning! The pool was perfect!! Bruno and Caroline, the owners, were kind and welcoming. The very large lovely kitchen was very well equipped for a large group. Caroline has a pottery studio behind the house and classes can be arranged with her.

We had a glorious holiday in Le Mas Clairval. We were 18 adults and there was room for all the couples to have a lovely bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped, the pool and hot tub were a joy and the owners Bruno and Caroline were really welcoming and helpful. A quick walk to shops made it very easy to manage our large group. The walk up to Cabris with its fantastic restaurants was a highlight of the trip. Highly recommended!

Beautiful villa in a beautiful area

We enjoyed our stay. The Villa was lovely. Check in was from 3 but we didn’t gain access to some of the rooms till 6 as they were still cleaning the Villa when we arrived. The villa was clean and the people who clean the villa stay in a separate part of the land so are close by if you need anything. They use the washing facilities in the villa to clean the bedding and were therefore around until late (midnight) on the first day, although it was at the back of the house so it didn’t disturb us. The hot tub needed maintenance when we arrived so we were not able to use it straight away. It was fixed by the end of the first day and ready to use the following day so wasn’t too much of a problem. The pool area really is amazing. The outdoor lights and speaker system we a real treat. We spent a lot of time outside playing cards in the evening. I would recommend this villa to everyone but especially large families.

Great stay in Peymeinade

We recently hosted a family vacation - the house was spectacular and our hosts, Bruno and Caroline, were awesome. We loved the pool and amenities and the location. It’s close to Nice and Cannes and Grasse is just a short drive away. Bruno helped with restaurant recommendations and was there if we needed anything. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
