Drop your anchor and stay awhile! Anchor Pointe is a stunning, well-appointed vacation home located in the quiet Destin community of Crystal Beach. Its white and blue tones, charming architecture, and convenient location radiate with a sense of coastal comfort that is both inviting and relaxing. This home features three floors of gracious living space, five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and an additional two-story guest house. Total, the main house and the guest house may accommodate up to 14 vacationers.

Upon stepping into the main house, guests are greeted with an open floor plan that encompasses the family room, kitchen, and dining area. The family room is cozy with a comfortable seating ensemble made up of a couch that doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa, and a leather recliner accent chair. A TV is provided for entertainment. The living area flows seamlessly into the dining room, which features wooden benches and two straw chairs. An open kitchen includes additional bar seating, as well as plenty of counter and cabinet space. This level also boasts one of the guest rooms, which has a king-size bed and twin sleeper sofa.

Ascend the stairs to the second floor, where you will find two additional guest rooms. One room includes a king-size bed and full bath, while the other features two twin bunks and access to a full hall bath. The third level is home exclusively to the master suite, which has a king-size bed, wet bar, luxury bath, TV, and private balcony with views of the Gulf.

The guest house is a great addition to this vacation home. On the first floor, guests can enjoy playing ping pong or foosball in a fun game room. The second level includes a living room with queen-size sleeper sofa, kitchenette, and dining area. A bunk room is provided for the kids, while the final bedroom includes a king-size bed.

Guests will also love the private pool. The pool area features a sundeck, lounge chairs, and grill. Enjoy the company of friends and family while cooking up a delicious poolside meal or taking a freshwater plunge. When looking for some coastal fun, the beach is only a quick stroll away. Additionally, there are a variety of restaurants, bars, shopping centers, and beach entertainment all within close proximity to this amazing vacation home.

Main House:

First Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Patio Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Twin Sleeper Sofa + Walk-In Shower with Soaking Tub and Patio Access, Powder Room, Laundry.

Second Floor: King Bedroom with Balcony Access, Bedroom with Two Twin Bunks, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo.

Third Floor: King Master Suite with Wet Bar and Walk-In Shower + Balcony Access.

Guest House:

First Floor: Garage with Ping Pong Table and Foosball.

Second Floor: Living Room with Full/Twin Bunk and Queen Sleeper Sofa, Kitchenette, King Bedroom, Hall Bath with Walk-In Shower.

This property is monitored by a security camera overlooking the driveway and front of the home.
