This home includes a private pool and stairs. Children must be supervised at all times. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for safe use of these features.

SPRING BREAK:
We do not rent to college students. The primary booker must be 25 years or older and must be staying at the property the entire stay or you will be asked to leave without a refund.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance ahead of your stay. This will protect your reservation payment in case of illness, unforeseen emergencies, undesirable or severe weather, job or other life changes, or financial hardship that may cause you to cancel your stay. Otherwise, if you cancel, you will lose your reservation payment in accordance with the cancellation policy in place at the time of your booking. We also do not allow reservation date changes or postponements. NO EXCEPTIONS
