3 BR / 2 BA maison meublée dans le charmant quartier calme de San Rafael, entre San Francisco et Sonoma / Napa.

La maison est située dans le quartier de Sun Valley de San Rafael - West End, à la frontiÚre avec San Anselmo, avec une vue magnifique sur le canyon depuis le salon, la salle à manger et la chambre principale. L'arriÚre de la maison est doté d'une vaste terrasse avec des portes coulissantes en verre séparées du salon, de la salle à manger et de la chambre principale.

Si vous avez un chien, s'il vous plaßt demander au propriétaire sur les frais quotidiens pour animaux de compagnie.

Le pont situĂ© Ă  l'extĂ©rieur de la chambre principale et de la salle Ă  manger dispose de 2 tables rondes en fer forgĂ© et de chaises pour le cafĂ© du matin, les repas, les boissons ou tout simplement pour profiter de la vue. Pendant que le pont longe l'arriĂšre de la maison, une partie peut ĂȘtre bouclĂ©e pour des rĂ©parations.

Les chambres Ă  coucher Ă  l'avant, la cuisine et la salle de petit-dĂ©jeuner donnent sur un pittoresque jardin de roches oĂč vous pourrez profiter du soleil magnifique de l'aprĂšs-midi.

La cuisine bien équipée a un coin repas confortable, un réfrigérateur neuf en acier inoxydable à quatre portes, des lave-vaisselle et une cuisiniÚre électrique ainsi qu'un four et un micro-ondes neufs.

Salle Ă  manger et salon avec de magnifiques planchers de bois finis. Le spacieux espace familial intĂ©rieur / extĂ©rieur avec de hauts plafonds, de grandes fenĂȘtres et une cheminĂ©e Ă  gaz offre un confort et une atmosphĂšre accueillante.

Deux chambres avant ont des planchers de bois franc et beaucoup d'espace de rangement. Ils partagent une salle de bains invité rénovée.

La chambre principale a des planchers de bois franc, une salle de bain et un grand dressing. Des portes coulissantes sur le pont oĂč vous pourrez admirer la vue sur l’espace ouvert ou dĂ©guster votre cafĂ© du matin.

Very comfortable home with everything you need. Older kitchen but well stocked with everything you need. Beautiful view of valley and hills and wonderful deck (though we couldn’t enjoy very much due to weather). Comfortable beds and bedding. Great location near San Anselmo & San Raphael, nearby hikes and great shopping/dining. Host Lee is very helpful.

Spectacular View of the Bay

This property was just as described! Very well maintained and the home accommodated me, my husband and my 2 adult children perfectly. We loved some the retro elements of the home! Our favorite though was the spectacular views from the deck. The deck is very large with lots of seating and views for days. The home had everything we needed and is located right between San Rafael and San Anselmo which was perfect for us. The owner lives downstairs, but we really never saw them. They were super easy to communicate with though! I highly recommend!

Wonderful family visit

The house is very comfortable with a lovely living room that has amazing views. We enjoyed the deck immensely and the location to San Anselmo was perfect for our needs.We are a family of 5 with three young adult children. One of the kids slept on a single mattress in the living room which worked out fine for our purposes. I saw our host a couple of times and he was very kind and helpful.Thanks for providing this lovely home for our stay!

Lee is a great host. He gave us some good hikes to explore and a few restaurants as well. The home has an amazing back deck with great views. The house is well equipped and has a great set of pots, pans and all the necessary utensils. It is located in quiet part of town with light traffic.

We stayed for a family wedding and the property was great! The morning views on the deck were perfect. The weather was extremely hot but once we figured out the ac the home was very comfortable.

Family trip

We needed a location for a family trip and this was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. Beautiful views from the deck made sitting out with a glass of wine perfect! Lee was very quick to respond to any questions. Only issue that was stressful was figuring out the trash situation and making sure everyone put the trash in the appropriate containers :) Would definitely stay here in the future.

Beautiful place

A lovely spacious house with fabulous views and sitting areas on the back deck and a small garden in front. Immaculate and well-appointed with kitchen necessities, linens, and seating areas. Easily accessible for wheelchair users. Convenient to San Rafael, Highway 101, and Sir Francis Drake. This was our second stay, and we'll book it again the next time we visit the area.

Bay Area Visit

Great place! Wonderful views, quiet, clean, and in the middle of everything. There’s a ferry to downtown San Francisco that’s 10-15 minutes away (30 min boat ride to the main Ferry terminal), Muir Woods, Sonoma wine country, Sausalito and more all within a short drive. Our home is a welcoming and relaxing destination perfect for the whole family or good friends traveling together.

This is a perfect place to cook dinner or order in and enjoy the fabulous view of the canyon (and partial view of the Bay).

Relax on the deck and watch for our local wildlife - deer and fox have been known to visit our backyard, while the sounds of coyote from across the canyon can frequently be heard.

Enjoy the big screen TV or curl up with a book on the chaise lounge.

And there are many activities and restaurants available if you prefer to go out.

Our West End location is prime, centrally located between San Francisco and Wine Country (Napa and Sonoma).

There’s easy access to both downtown San Rafael and downtown San Anselmo. Mission San Rafael is just minutes away, as are numerous fine restaurants, shops, brew pubs and grocery stores. Enjoy one of Marin County’s gems, the Rafael Theater, where quality independent films from around the world are shown.

The Mt. Tamalpais Watershed is one of Marin's most valuable natural resources. Within certain constraints, permitted activities include hiking, biking, horseback riding, fishing, and picnicking.

Popular destinations include Point Reyes, Muir Woods, Muir Beach and Stinson Beach.

Local San Rafael activities include the farmers market on Sunday mornings from 8 AM till 1 PM at the Marin Civic Center.

On Thursday evenings, downtown San Rafael’s Fourth Street is closed. Local produce is available and plenty of food trucks as well.

Tour our local Mission founded on December 14, 1817. Call ahead for tour times 415-454-8141. Tours are mostly self-guided.

Be sure to visit the Civic Center, a Frank Loyd Wright masterpiece.
