Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay at Sea Ranch every year and this year we had a larger group so we tried this property and we loved it! Beautiful location, with a perfect large field and ocean view from the porch and hot tub. And the house was so well appointed, including the kitchen which had lots of cookware, etc.

Beautiful view and cozy home

The location is spectacular! It’s so close to the sea bluff/beach. The house is clean, cozy, and was perfect for our family. We’d definitely stay here again.

I do not expect perfection, nor high end pampering- quite the opposite. The stove in the kitchen is a great "camp stove" (weak) but my great one is at home where I live...not having everything one could want is fine with me! I love the house and the location! Folks who manage the property are super helpful and kind- big bonus!

Reviewer Comments: The House is located steps away from the trail by the ocean, you can take a walk to a beach or just to look at beautiful views at any time. Place is very spacious, with tons of communal areas - fully stocked kitchen, with a large table and a big livingroom with tons of seating areas. Bedrooms were perfect, comfy beds with extra bedding, blankets - all as needed. It was super clean and very well maintained.Great patio area to look at the ocean with wooden chairs and little tables for coffee/drinks.Highly recommended.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 11th year visiting this home and it truly is the best place on earth. The home is so cozy, the view is perfect and there is a lot of open space surrounding the home, allowing visiting animals to pass on by. This year we got to see a mama fox and her 4 babies living on the property, they were so much fun to watch! The distance to the beach is great and easy access to beautiful trails. We love cooking in the kitchen and long conversations at the dinner table. The rooms are comfortable and the hot tub is perfection! I love doing yoga in the front courtyard deck, surrounded by beautiful flowers and perfect ocean breeze. The window bench is great for reading books and the pantry is wonderful for all the goodies we bring. At the end of day, we all love snuggling up in the living room with a warm fire. There is no place on earth we would rather be than Breaker View!

Long Weekend at Breaker View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I got away for a long weekend at Sea Ranch, reserving Breaker View a short two weeks before we wanted to start our respite. What an excellent view and cozy place. One hour after arrival, we saw out first whale spout of the coast from the kitchen/patio doorway. My wife has a knack for spotting whale spouts and she will usually do so - but from the shore/bluff not the kitchen (we saw several the next day walking on the bluff). Even though rained on and off, we enjoyed our times walking on the bluff and hunkering down. The sheets on the bed were so soft we slept like babies. We have been to Sea Ranch a dozen times or so over the years and this was one of our best venues.

The home is lovely, clean and cozy which is pretty rare because it's plenty big. We stayed 3 nights and got 2 without clouds, you could see the Milky Way and the stars were so bright they lit up the night. You could see shooting stars about every 5-10 minutes. Absolutely magical!
