Cute place in the city!

Overall great place. It didnt impact us, but it is on the third floor of an older building (no elevator) and the bathrooms were quite snug. The apt itself is nicely renovated but still has the old character of the building. The property manager was very responsive and gave us recommendations for places to check out.

Walking distance to Alhambra

Great place to stay. Clean and well stocked. 1 km walk to Alhambra, uphill, but no more than 20 minutes. Bus number 30&32 out on the street will also take you up. Underground parking was a huge bonus. The only other thing to consider is that the apartment is located on the third floor and no elevator, not a problem as the staircase is wide, but a consideration is you have problems with stairs. Overall great stay and great value.

Schickes Appartment

Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kindern (4&7) in diesem wirklich schönen, sauberen Appartment übers Wochenende und waren positiv überrascht. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Betten sind super bequem. Es gehört ein Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz dazu, was sehr komfortabel war. Jeder Zeit wieder gern.

Nice, quiet property and the owner was very welcoming. A good area of Granada, plenty of food options but not too busy. The apartment was clean and well maintained.

Nice apartment. We only stayed two nights. We should have stayed a third night or arrived earlier oN a check in date. Apartment was comfortable and a out a 10 minute walk to what is know as the triangle area of Granada.

Great apartment

Newly renovated, very clean, apartment in a great location. The basics are well covered (quiet & dark bedrooms with very comfortable beds, highly functional kitchen, and good bathrooms) and they went above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay. Lovely local recommendations for bars and restaurants, tasteful Xmas decorations and the very wise suggestion to catch the bus up to the Alhambra (20m from front door). Very friendly and helpful owners - which was most appreciated. Thanks!

Pleasant apartment in good location

This clean, modernised apartment was a great base from which to explore Granada. All the main sights are within walking distance, the C3 bus stop for the Alhambra is just around the corner on Calle Molinos if you want to avoid the walk uphill to it. Also close by on Calle Molinos are a coffee shop and a good but inexpensive restaurant, El Molino, serving traditional Spanish food. A 4-wheel drive trip into the Sierra Nevada provided a complete contrast to the sights of this fascinating city. Don't miss the wonderful view of the Alhambra from the Plaza de San Nicolás. Very comfortable stay

This was a great apartment for our family of six. It is decorated quite nicely and felt quite homey, complete with houseplants! Only one bedroom did not have air conditioning, but the ceiling fan made up for that. We explored all of Granada on foot and it was wonderful to come home in the evening to this apartment.

Schöne Wohnung, super Lage, nette Vermieter

Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten, sehr sauberen Zustand und liegt zentral zwischen Dom und Alhambra. Beides leicht zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus der fast vor der Haustür hält zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Hat viel Spaß gemacht.

Wonderful Apartment

This apartment was lovely, comfortable, and spacious. It was very convenient as we were able to walk to most places in Granada. There are some excellent restaurants close by, such as Casa Lopez and Mas Que Vino. The owners were very responsive and professional - in other words, they are easy to work with Granada was one of our favorite places in Spain and I would highly recommend renting this apartment if you are visiting Granada.

Confortável, acessível e com muito bom gosto!

Já fui várias vezes a Granada mas esta foi a primeira vez que fiquei nesta casa. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Guillermo, que foi muito simpático e até ajudou a carregar as malas para o apartamento. O apartamento está muito bem decorado e é muito central. Dá para ir a pé a qualquer sítio. O ar condicionado é uma mais valia, principalmente no Verão em que as temperaturas rondam os 40 graus. Adoro Granada e não tenho dúvidas que quando voltar irei contactar novamente o Guillermo e a Cristina. Thanks Guillermo, we will return for sure!

Muy bien ubicado y cuidado

Si volviésemos a Granada no dudaríamos en volver a alquilar este apartamento, la ubicación era estupenda, y la casa contaba con el último detalle, el trato de los propietarios fue muy atento y no dudaron en ayudarnos y orientarnos por la zona. Es un apartamento recién reformado, limpio y confortable. Muy recomendado.

Geschmackvolle, luxeriöse Ferienwohnung im Zentrum

Die große, sehr geschmackvolle und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung ist in jeglicher Hinsicht sehr schön. Sie bietet viel Platz mit drei geräumigen Schlafzimmern, einer Küche und einem sehr großen Wohn- und Esszimmer. Sie ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und bestens eingerichtet. Obwohl sie im in der Altstadt liegt ist sie dennoch ruhig. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Zum Empfang fanden wir viele Leckereien in der Küche vor. Wir haben Tipps erhalten, stets rasche Reaktion bei einer Frage. Wir waren alle begeistert. Vielen Dank! Wonderful, spacy and luxurious flat. Very well equipped. Very good service.
