Clean and homey

The house was clean, homey and comfortable. We arrived with the fall foliage the views from the front porch were beautiful. The house is situated close to Main Street in Blowing Rock. It’s a short drive to Boone and AppState. The owner Tyler was quick to respond to our questions ~ a friendly individual. I am happy to highly recommend the home to families. We will return to this home.

Awesome Home & Location

My husband and I had a great stay in the mountains! This home was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. We enjoyed the one level living, the large kitchen, the new back deck and loved the covered rocking chair front porch. It was equipped with everything we needed (gas grill, too!). The location was amazing and an easy walk to MANY wonderful restaurants and shops on Main Street in downtown Blowing Rock. The Blue Ridge Parkway and Price Lake are a very short drive and the house has a canoe which may be used.

Beautiful Weekend at the Rock

We were in Blowing Rock to hike the nearby trails along the Blueridge Parkway. The house was conveniently located to access numerous great hiking trails. The house was very clean, cozy and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was very quiet and Tyler was a great host. We look forward to returning soon.

Cozy Blowing Rock Cottage

Wonderful cottage in a great Blowing Rock neighborhood. Clean, cozy and in a great location, just a couple of minutes from Main St in Blowing Rock. We especially enjoyed the rocking chairs on the front porch with the Blowing Rock Country Club golf course and beautiful views just across the street. Great place to anchor your Blowing Rock vacation!

My wife family and I moved to Blowing Rock in 1997 from S. Fl and raised our 3 kids here a blessing from God with no regrets! We absolutely love the mountains! We reside directly next door to "The Rock" so we would be neighbors! We have been here since 2003 and love the neighborhood - such a great location, quiet friendly neighbors so close and convenient to most everything around whether walking or driving. We are now relatively new empty nesters and were able to purchase "The Rock" about a year and a half ago and would like to share it with others. It is such a fun, homey , comfy place, not everything up to date, but affordable and perfect to anchor in as home in the mountains for a stay!
