Pet Friendly Condo a Short Walk to Downtown Blowing Rock
Settle in to this 2 bed/ 2 bath condo in the heart of Blowing Rock, just steps from downtown shops and dining. Recently updated, the condo features two primary suites, fast Wi-Fi, a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, a cozy gas fireplace and a convenient location.
The condo has a great floorplan for friends or family, with bedrooms split on either side of the living area for maximum privacy, each with their own attached full bathroom.
Relax on the comfy leather sofa in the living area, stream your favorite shows on the 55" Roku TV and enjoy the ambiance of the gas-log fireplace, easily controlled by a thermostat for the perfect mountain-retreat feel. Fast Wi-Fi is included to keep you connected.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, or you're within easy walking distance to Blowing Rock's many wonderful restaurants.
Kitchen includes:
- Dishware, wine glasses, pots, pans, utensils
- A dual Keurig machine (drip and K-cup)
- A starter supply of K-cups, creamers, and sugars
- The dining table comfortably seats four and is the perfect spot for a game night with our collection of board games, cards, and puzzles.
Both bedrooms feature new beds and hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. Each has its own en-suite full bathroom with a tub/shower combination, stocked with fresh towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
King Bedroom: Features a King bed, a 55" Roku TV, a dresser, and a clothing rack.
Queen Bedroom: Offers a Queen bed, a dedicated desk and chair for a comfortable workspace, and a walk-in closet.
OUTDOOR SPACE Step out onto the small private balcony to enjoy a breath of fresh mountain air with your morning coffee.
CONVENIENCES:
- In-unit washer and dryer.
- Starter supply of essentials, including paper products, soaps, and basic cooking oils and seasonings.
PET-FRIENDLY DETAILS -
- We welcome up to 2 dogs, each under 35 lbs (enforced per HOA rules).
- There is a designated dog walk lawn in the community, just steps outside the building.
- A pet fee applies for added cleaning/maintenance (add a pet to your reservation and the pet fee will be added automatically).
LOCATION:
The condo is just a short walk from Main Street and within minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Appalachian Ski Mountain, Chetola, Tweetsie Railroad, Bass Lake, Moses Cone. You'll be right off HWY 321/221 and approx 15 min to App State/Boone.
To ensure your stay is comfortable and your expectations are met, please note the following:
- Accessibility: This is a second-floor unit accessible by a flight of stairs. There is no elevator in the building.
- Air Conditioning: An AC unit is located in the main living space. The bedrooms do not have individual AC units but are equipped with floor fans to circulate the cool mountain air. Most evenings are cool enough to simply open the windows.
- Condo Living: As this is a condo complex with full-time residents and other vacationers, you may hear some ambient noise from neighbors, such as footsteps or plumbing. We provide a fan in each bedroom for white noise if you are a light sleeper.
- Winter Travel: Winter in the mountains can bring snow and ice. We strongly recommend a vehicle with 4WD or AWD and that you monitor weather conditions, as you may need to navigate potentially slick roads.
- Parking: Free parking is available for a maximum of 2 vehicles.
- Dogs are not allowed to be walked in the courtyard of the buildings, but you'll see the designated lawn area is a very short walk from the courtyard. It runs along the creek and is usually stocked with dog waste bags.
