Lake Geneva getaway

The condo was perfect for the two of us. It was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed our morning coffee while watching the golfers approach the first green. Loved the golf course we played. The restaurants were excellent also. Having a shuttle service was an added bonus.

Quick golf trip to Lake Geneva

Golfed off property and stayed one night. Buddy slept on sleeper which was comfortable. Full kitchen, coffee maker…all amenities that you’d need. Bed was comfortable, unit was clean & updated. Close to pool & outdoor grills is you so desire. Would stay again.

Room is right in #1 green of The Highlands golf course. Includes all the amenities of Grand Geneva! Short 5min walk up to Grand Geneva lodge. Great service, we called for a new mattress cover for the pullout couch and Joey arrived in 5 mins!

Exceeded expectations!

We stayed at the rental for a wedding during the holiday weekend at the grand Geneva resort. The property was within walking distance from the resort and had access to many of the resort amenities including the trolley/shuttle when needed and housekeeping services. We were pleasantly surprised that the villa unit was updated and even nicer than the photos! The staff was so friendly and checked in with us regarding our stay each day as well which was amazing! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful facility

The condo was beautiful. It was a little confusing on where to drive and where to go to check in. Perhaps a map before hand could help? But the people on the ground were so kind and helpful and it really is a clean and comfortable place to stay. Really recommend!!

Horrible Resort Maintenance

I am writing to express my frustration with my recent stay at your Lake Geneva location. While there were some enjoyable aspects, the overall experience fell far below the standard I expected from a Holiday Inn Vacation Resort.Upon arrival, our room smelled strongly of marijuana. Although staff sprayed the room, the scent returned within hours, and no alternative room was available. Additional issues included a broken, unusable pull-out bed, a loudly screeching bathroom fan, and extremely low water pressure — none of which were addressed despite being reported.Adding to my disappointment, customer service later informed me that no record of my complaints existed.I expected a higher level of care and service, and I was truly disappointed that our concerns were not taken seriously.

Not what I was expecting!

First of all check in was so difficult! Room was super clean. Walls are paper thin you can hear everything that is going around. We couldn’t sleep since you could hear noises and people talking from everywhere. We order breakfast and it was terrible. Pictures are misleading. Pool looks big in picture but it’s so small. The temperature in the room couldn’t be adjusted for some reason. I was trying to extend my stay and it was a mess front desk would send me to call a number, that number said I should call another number, that another number said to go to front desk at the end didn’t extend the stay because no one knew who I had to talk to.

Near lake Geneva-leavetown

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my son anddaughter-in-law. I asked about tansferring prior to booking. They said yes. Received confirmation that it was transferred 11/18/24. Daughter-in-law never received notification. When they got to holiday inn resort, holiday inn said it was not transferred. They gave me a number to call-luckiy I was home and not at work. No one answered phone. I left 4 messages on board for hostno response. Holiday inn was on hold for 15 minutes. I called the host and asked them to call Holiday inn. They did. It took over a hour for check in. Leavetown blamed VRBO-offered10 percent discoint for next stay..ugh. Lastly, you can't check in until 4pm and have to be out at 10am. 18 hours-not even 24hours!
