Brand New, Cozy 2-bdrm cottage with 2.5 baths & 3 beds Minutes from Lake Geneva

Be one of the first to stay at our brand new home in Lake Geneva, WI. Completed in November of 2024, Oh, Happy Day Cottage is a quaint space nestled on a wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood and includes two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, along with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Never worry about waiting for a bathroom, there are three of them. Each bedroom has it's own full bath and a half bath is in the hall, close to the living room. Hot water on demand will make getting ready a breeze. We are excited to have you stay at our new home, which is an eclectic mix of old and new.

Blocks from Lake Como with a beach, boat launch, sand volleyball, parks and benches to enjoy the view of the Lake. There are restaurants/bars within blocks of the home.
Minutes from the charming Downtown Lake Geneva. Close to Willimas Bay, Fontana, Delavan, Burlington and Elkhorn.

The outdoor space is still a work in progress, but we will update as the projects are completed. The front porch is ready for you to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails and watch for our neighborhood deer.

Full size washer and dryer will be available in the back bedroom (inside a closet) and there is laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided. We just ask that you shake off any sand outside before using the washer/dryer.

This home is not child proof, so please feel free to do some of your own upon arrival.

The driveway has room for 4-5 cars and the garage is currently not available for parking.

If three queen beds are not ideal for sleeping arrangements, we have a full-size air mattress that works well in the living room. We ask that you do not rearrange the bedroom furniture.

The home will be lightly decorated for every holiday including a 10' Christmas tree set up and decorated inside the home at Christmas time.
