Excellent Stay

This is our second trip to the area and the second time using Rentals by OCC. Each experience has been seamless and the staff, location, and facilities are great. We enjoy the quick access to the beach club and the short trips to other locations around the reserve. The staff at OCC are attentive and responsive when needed and quick to help answer questions.

Reserva Conchal is a great place to stay, all services and attentions available. The apartment can acomodate 5 people perfectly, is well equiped and has everything you need but do not expect luxury, the unit is clearly for rental purposes, and the best of all is that OCC rentals make sure you have everything you need, great comunication through the whatsapp, they always answer eventhough we were there on the Easter holidays We will definetly come back

Nice Stay

The apartament was good overall. The kitchen clean and organized and the utensils in good shape. Overall, our stay was pleasant, but there are a couple of points that could be communicated more clearly to future guests. First, it was not evident from the listing that access to the property is only via stairs. This can be inconvenient when carrying luggage or transporting other items, so it may be worth mentioning more prominently in the property description. Second, at checkout we were charged for stains found on some facial towels and the duvet. Unfortunately, we did not inspect these items upon arrival, and there was no practical way for us to determine whether the stains were already present before our stay. While the administration explained the protocols they follow to monitor the condition of the linens, guests have no means of independently verifying this information after the fact. To avoid misunderstandings, it may be helpful to encourage guests to inspect and report any existing damage or stains immediately upon arrival. In situations like these, trust is important, but having a way to verify the condition of items at check-in would provide greater transparency and peace of mind for both guests and management.

Servicios enfocados en el horario de los colaboradores y no la experiencia del usuario.

La vista hora de ingreso y salida, servicio de atencion 24 h, no pueden trabajar en horario de los empleados debe enfocarse en experiencia de usuario. No contestan el chat despues de las 4pm./ Ademas no limpian ni ponen papel higienico, aunque sean 4 dias 3 noches. El colmo poner a los huespedes a sacar la basura, para eso es que existe un administrador de condominio.

Sin duda volveremos!

Excelente condominio! Los electrodomésticos están nuevos y todo funciona perfecto. Aire acondicionado en todo el condo, buen wifi si se requiere teletrabajar. Comunicación con el anfitrión un 100! Sin duda volveremos! Reserva Conchal siempre es precioso para vacacionar!

Pasamos días muy lindos

Pasamos día muy lindos,la casa bien equipada,limpia y todo de fácil uso,la seguridad 10 puntos,la empresa que administra impecable su atención nos hizo sentir en casa ,en cuanto al entorno los senderos para caminar muy lindos,la playa maravillosa muy calma de arena blanca ,el acceso al club de playa con gimnasio,piscina completo toda la experiencia.

Muy buen servicio! Creo que la hora de salida es muy temprano. No se alcanza a completar los días completos de estancia. Sugiero que sea a las 12 m.

Sin embargo, es importante tener en cuenta que una unidad condominal o villa, requieren más tiempo de limpieza, comparado a una habitación de hotel. Nuestro principal objetivo es garantizar una excelente estadía, una limpieza de calidad, y entregar la unidad en las mejores condiciones posibles. Nice and spacious condo in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is larger than it seems in the pictures. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. There aren't too many stairs to get to the condo either. We appreciated the assigned parking as well. The property manager was very responsive to our questions. The amenities inside reserva are amazing and we found great restaurants and beaches just outside the property. Highly recommend!
