This ocean view home is located within the 900-acre development of Mar Vista in Flamingo Beach--amenities include tennis, an ocean-view clubhouse with infinity pool, jacuzzi, swim-up bar, and an amazing on-site restaurant (Gracia), hiking and biking trails, 24/7 security.



Casa Serena is a beautiful, professionally decorated home and only has one level so you don't have to worry about stairs. As you enter the home, you will be amazed by the inspiring views, as well as the attention to detail for you to enjoy a great and relaxing experience.



Accommodations



This new luxury home features 1,750 sq. ft., 3 Bedrooms, and 3.5 Bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, a private bathroom, a TV, and amazing ocean views. In the first guest room you will find a king bed, it has its own bathroom. The second guest room has 2 twin beds that can be put together to form a queen, it has its own bathroom. There is also a 1/2 bath in the main living area. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.



The infinity pool is stunning and offers an amazing place to capture some of the best ocean and sunset views along the coast! The covered terrace area features a gas BBQ, lounge furniture, outdoor dining, and a large coralina stone deck, perfect for morning yoga and evening star-gazing.



There is also a full kitchen and living area with ocean views with an 8-ft island kitchen and seating for 6 people - the perfect breakfast spot! The house is FULLY stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more!!! As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities such as coffee, basic spices, pepper, cooking oil, and shampoo/soaps, which are all included.



You will find reliable high-speed WiFi at the house as well as digital Cable TV, Washer and dryer, and keyless entry.



The property has 8 security cameras located completely on the exterior of the perimeter. There are two in the parking area and two at the entrance of the house. There is also one camera outside the main door of a small casita-style room that is not available for rent. At the back of the property, in one corner, there is another camera facing the garden; it is located near an outdoor shower, but the shower is not within its field of view. In the pool area, there are two additional cameras oriented toward the parking area and the garden.



About the Area



Flamingo Beach is part of the Guanacaste Riviera and is located only 3 miles from the property. This beach is a beautiful mile-long white sand with a mild current and tide that is perfect for swimming and sunning.



One of the world’s most famous surfing beaches, Playa Grande, is 40 minutes by car and the bustling surf town of Tamarindo is close enough, to offer you more fun shopping, surf classes, and a bountiful selection of restaurants and nightspots. We recommend a rental car for this area to get around with ease.



In order to maintain the security that everyone deserves, it is necessary to present the identification of the person who made the reservation at the time of check-in. We greatly appreciate your support.



Mar Vista is a community in a constant state of growth, therefore, it may have some construction in the area causing some noise during the day. We have asked our neighbors to cause the fewer disturbances as possible but please take into consideration that it’s out of our control. We truly appreciate your understanding.
