Ce condo trÚs propre, récemment mis à jour et climatisé est un joyau en plein milieu de Kona. Il se trouve à quelques pas de tous les restaurants, cafés, galeries d'art, églises, magasins et marché de producteurs locaux. Aussi, juste une courte promenade de la plage.

Cette unité est située au 3Úme étage et a un lit queen size, un nouveau canapé et une télévision 55 "pour votre plaisir et votre confort.
La cuisine a un grand rĂ©frigĂ©rateur et un Ă©vier, mais il n'y a pas de cuisiniĂšre. Il y a une poĂȘle Ă©lectrique pour cuisiner.

We love Kona Islander Inn! We've been coming here for 30 years. This unit was the best of all of them we've stayed at so far.

Hawaii getaway

I was able to come from the mainland for a few days and loved staying here. It was very clean with a great shower, air conditioning, a full size fridge, beach towels, and parking is included. I could walk to the beach in minutes, as well as fun shops and restaurants. It smells like fresh flowers inside. It was quiet.

Loved being close to the beach

The unit was clean and comfortable. The fan in the main room was broken when we checked in and we ended up being blamed for it, so not happy about that.

Great location downtown. Parking is terrible. The resort is probably around fifty years old. Grounds and buildings are well maintained but there is probably enough parking for about half of the units. We parked our car in the late afternoon and used Uber for any evening excursions. The unit was clean and furniture comfortable but there is no dresser or closet for clothing. Parking and storage would prevent us from staying at this resort again.

Great value, excellent location

The property is as shown on the photos. Great value for the money. Farmers market within 5 min walking distance. The small beach located on the other side of the complex is great for sunset watching if you return to the condo earlier. I want to mention that parking is not a problem. Yes, there are no assigned parking spaces but you can park either on the street above the complex or to the right side. It only takes 3-4 min to get back to the condo. It is no different than getting a room at a resort. There are no parking spots next to your room. Most resorts you have to walk at least 5-10 from the parking spot. Have no fear rent this place. It is worth every penny. Will stay again there if we come back to Kona.

Kona review

Although i registered for this property two months ahead of time, when i get there i was told they had no record of me. Sign in was an ordeal trying to track down the owner to verify, etc. Then i learn there was no elevator. It would have been good to know there was no elevator up front. As luck would have it , a very kind young man saw me struggle w my bag and carried it up for me. Ladies chivalry still exists.

The Palm

We certainly enjoyed our stay in this unit--it is nicely set up, the kitchen and bathroom areas are excellent--they are separated and allow more privacy and space. Lovely renovated bathroom! Quiet lanai overlooking the gardens where we ate every day.

Great Location & Great Property

The property was located by All'i Dr. which was perfect for getting out and enjoying the area. The grounds were well kept and the people at the front desk were very friendly. The owner of the property was great communicating with us, and took time to check in with us if we were settled and if we needed anything. Would highly recommend this property and would certainly book here again if we return to Kona.

Walk anywhere in Kona

We stayed here for a night on our trip so we were able to walk around for dinner and drinks and not need to Uber/drive back to a room. It was the perfect location for that. The room has been updated and is very pleasant.

For the condo owner I give 4.5 stars. Great location. Could be a little better stocked with convenience items but not bad. As far as parking, total nightmare. Parking is not assigned and there are not enough stalls for this property. 40 minute wait the first night trying to find a spot. 30 minutes the second, 30+ minutes the third. Need to work out the parking issue for us to want to come back. Sorry

Nice location, great amenities

Great location, all the amenities you would need. Netflix app was a bonus, clean and large bathroom with good shower pressure and hot water. Comfortable bed, nice balcony. Wifi was strong, didnt use the pool or hot tub or bbq but saw others enjoying them. Was a third floor walkup and a ways away from the front desk so keep that in mind. Parking: although the parking is free, the spaces at the location are first come first served, and we never once found a free spot if arriving after 7pm. So keep that in mind, you will need to find parking in the soccer field lot two lots over (not even sure if that was legal). Overall a great place, would stay again.

Perfect Kona Condo

Dustin's condo is the perfect place to stay in Kona if you want to be walking distance to everything. The ocean is across the street, the farmers market is two minutes down the road, and there are tons of places to eat all around. The condo was very clean and well supplied. There were beach chairs for our use, which was definitely an added bonus! The kitchen is fully stocked and was perfect for preparing snacks and making small meals. Large TV is connected to wifi & has access to netflix, hulu, etc. Wifi in the condo works well! Very affordable and everything you need for a lovely stay in Kona. Dustin reached out and made sure our check-in and stay went smoothly. Would definitely stay here again!
