This newly furnished 1-bedroom, 2-full bathrooms (yes, 2 full bathrooms!) corner unit on the 4th floor offers a blend of comfort and convenience, ideal for both relaxation and exploration. The bedroom features a cozy king-sized bed and its own private bathroom, providing a serene retreat after a day of adventure. An additional guest full bathroom along with two double sleeper sofas in the living space adds extra convenience for visitors, easily accommodating a family of four or 4 adults.

The unit is equipped with split AC units in the bedroom and the living room!

The kitchen is equipped with brand-new appliances and fully prepared to meet all your culinary needs. The sink and bar are positioned for you to take in the beautiful views of the Kona skies.

For cycling enthusiasts and triathletes, included is a convenient bike rack for two bikes and gear. The owners have made available some basic bike tools and a bike repair stand to help keep you rolling on your bike getaway. Some of the items included are a full-size bike pump, metric hex keys, tire levers, wrenches, and more!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in excellent condition! Very clean and cozy! The decor was super cute and definitely gave you the feel of the aloha spirit. There were plenty of amenities that the owner left for us to use including kitchen items and items to use while at the beach.The owner and manager were fantastic and were available to answer any questions we had while we were visiting. Both were very attentive the whole time.It was in an amazing location that was super close to the ocean and in walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants! Overall, I would recommend this condo to my friends and family and hope to make another trip back soon!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed the warm feeling and creative decor as well as the convenient location. Having our own parking space made all the difference. The apartment was clean and had all the conveniences of home, plus some. All the appliances were modern and in good condition. We also loved being able to just walk out the door and be in the middle of town, minutes from the farmer’s market and coffee, plus not too far from Longs and groceries. Plus when we did not want to walk across the street to the ocean, we had a pool downstairs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family spent nine nights at Kona Ali’i 407 and had a great experience. It’s an excellent little unit that comfortably slept the four of us. It’s clean, well appointed, and everything is in good repair. For a small condo kitchen, we were pleasantly surprised how functional it was with good appliances and great cookware, and we cooked plenty of our meals there. The pool was a nice size and never got crowded. Having a dedicated parking spot was great. The location is awesome as long as you know where you’re booking. It’s right off of busy Ali’i Dr, so there is plenty of activity down there, but you enter the parking area from Kuakini Hwy, which makes parking easy. It’s walking distance to a bunch of great little restaurants, gelato, shave ice, and shopping. It’s a 6-10 minute drive to Target, Walmart, Longs Drugs, and three major grocery stores, the closest of which is a really nice 24-hour Safeway. Ride the elevator down and turn left, and you’re immediately catching awesome sunsets over Oneo Bay and Kailua Bay. With that great central location comes a bit more activity, so yes, a few nights a week you’ll hear busy futsal games on the courts next door. This was never an issue for us, and the noise was over by 9 or 10 pm. The location is also super centrally located for checking out all sorts of great beaches and sites along the Kona side. If you want a super comfortable home base in the middle of a great little town that’ll serve as your jumping off point for perfect day trips and epic adventures, this is a great spot. We’re excited to stay here again next year. Mahalo!

Great spot, super comfortable and yes, it does have mini split AC units in the living room and the bedroom, which were very appreciated in the August heat. (Recent addition, photos haven't been updated yet.) It was so nice to have soft coolers and a beach wagon available. If you're searching for the beach chairs, they are in a locker in the trash chute area by the elevator on the 3rd floor -- door isn't locked, just pull (why didn't I think of that, haha).

This was a perfect location for a week of swim camp. The unit was very clean and well organized. Loved that it had 2 full bathrooms. It also had a place for your road or tri bike to hang in the unit to keep it nice and safe with tools if needed. This was a swim vacation so no bikes this trip.
