Beautiful Home with Gamers Paradise Game Room!

Overview:
Welcome to “Give Me S’more”, a house nicely situated on a quiet cul-de-sac inside the Massanutten Four Seasons Resort and away from the resort traffic. A 2-minute drive to the indoor waterpark, 10-minute drive to the Ski Lodge, and less than 10 minutes to countless restaurants, coffee shops, wineries, breweries, Food Lion (grocery store) and more! On clear winter days, you have a beautiful view of the Blue Ridge Mountains from the back of the house. With four bedrooms and a pull-out couch, there is space for up to 12 guests. For essentials, we provide pillows, sheets, towels, blankets, hand soap, dish soap, and starter packs for paper products.

Amenities:
MPOA Pool Access: House pool pass available for Memorial Day through Labor Day for access into the Stonewall Terrace Pool. Pass provides access to the pool, but the cost for entry is $6 per day per person.

Game Room: Karaoke, DDR (Dance Dance Revolution), Guitar Hero, Foosball, Air Hockey, Virtual Pinball Machine, and three different retro arcades with over 1000 games. We also have Xbox One X with subscription to Game Pass Ultimate which unlocks a robust library of games, PS5 pro with subscription to PlayStation Plus which also unlocks a robust library of games, and a Driving Simulator with the following games Gran Tourismo 7, Need for Speed Hot Pursuit, Need for Speed Payback, and Project Cars 3.

Gym: For guests that like to work out while on vacation, the house includes a Bowflex treadmill, NordicTrack Rower, and other various gym equipment.

Firepit: Relax around the firepit and roast some marshmallows using the 36” stainless steel S’more sticks.

Entertainment: Exhausted from a full day of enjoying the Resort? We have plenty of spaces around the house for the family to sit together and watch a movie or enjoy “me” time and watch their own shows. The house has four smart TVs (75 inch in Basement, and 65 inch in Master Bedroom, Living Room, and Game Room) all with a subscription to YouTube TV. Guests can also log-in to their own streaming services.

Bedrooms:
Master (Upstairs): Relax in your private retreat with the best views in the house. Featuring a King Size bed with a Nectar Premier Foam Mattress with a private full bathroom. We provide wireless phone chargers on the nightstands, a 65-inch TV, and a workspace complete with a monitor (BYOL - bring your own laptop).
Queen (Upstairs): Cozy, shabby chic room, with a Queen Nectar Foam Mattress and a wireless phone charger provided on the nightstand.
Bunkbed (Upstairs): The fun room! Twin over a Full bunkbed with a Twin Trundle. The closet contains plenty of toy options to keep the younger guests entertained.
Queen w/Trundle (Basement): A quiet, separate “suite” in the basement, complete with a Foam Mattress on both the Queen and Twin Trundle beds. This room also has a workspace with a monitor (BYOL) and a full bathroom right across the hallway.

Dining:
Kitchen: Fully stocked for all your family meals, including pots and pans, baking necessities, a stand mixer, electric kettle, Ninja blender, large toaster oven, and even a Margaritaville Margarita Mixer! The dining table seats up to 12 and we do provide a highchair.
Nearby Options: If you prefer to eat out, we provide a number of suggestions in our guest manual, many within 5-15 minute from the house. With Elkton 10 minutes away and Harrisonburg 20 minutes away, there are no shortage of options!

Security:
The house has a SimpliSafe security system installed with five outdoor cameras that cover the entry points. Angles of all the cameras are included in the guest manual.

Parking:
There is enough room for parking six cars, four in the driveway and two in front of the house (depending on the size of your cars). There is also a level 2 Tesla charger accessible from the driveway. Non-Tesla vehicles can also charge their EVs using a J1772 adapter (not provided).
