Bienvenue à Casa Linda à Conchas Chinas. Condo Azul est l'unité supérieure de 3 condos séparés et uniques, chacun avec son propre style et design. Le condo mesure environ 1000 pieds carrés avec un patio privé d'environ 300 pieds carrés. Il y a 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain, avec une nouvelle literie, de nouvelles serviettes et des ustensiles de cuisine. Les grandes chambres donnent sur le nord-ouest et bénéficient d'une vue sur une ceinture de verdure regorgeant d'animaux sauvages et de la baie de Banderas. Prenez nos chaises de plage Tommy Bahama gratuites et faites une courte promenade de 5 minutes à Playa Conchas Chinas ou accédez au bus local à quelques minutes de la vieille ville de PV. Une grande piscine, un barbecue à gaz et des chaises longues vous attendent pour la détente et le plaisir! Host was great and stayed in touch also provided tips on things to do in the area. We were met graciously when we arrived and got a walk thru the property. The view is stunning! We felt like we were in our own seaside villa. Everything you need is there for a great stay. We even used the outdoor grill by the pool. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We loved our stay at condo Azul and would definitely stay again! Rod and his staff (Mercedes and Ian) are all attentive and helped us feel welcome. We stayed for 12 days and couldn’t have enjoyed our time more. The location, condo amenities, and view are all excellent. We walked to Zona Romantica, beaches and the Malecon daily from the condo and either walked back via beach or took a cab easily. I agree with others there is no need for a car. It was our first time to PV and we had a great time exploring the city as well as going on bus tours both around and south of town too. Highly recommend!

Could have been better

The pool was a big disappointment unless you like green hair, green bathing suits and other items to turn green. We had to ask the manager multiple times to please have the pool cleaned. She was very nice but there wasn’t a person proactively maintaining. We checked out 2 days early because the pool required maintenance. It was very Hot and humid in PV and all we wanted was to be in pool.

Beautiful condo!

We loved our stay at Condo Azul. Rod couldn’t have been more helpful and timely with his communication and recommendations. Mercedes gave us a warm welcome upon our arrival and showed us the beautiful space! What a lovely condo - clean, spacious, beautiful bedrooms and an amazing view of the ocean. A perfect place for our family of four. We would definitely come back!

Whether lounging by the pool, enjoying the peaceful wildlife, or exploring the nearby beaches and town, this spot is a true hidden gem.Stepping onto the private patio, we were immediately greeted by a breathtaking view of Banderas Bay and a lush greenbelt teeming with wildlife. The peaceful atmosphere made it easy to unwind and soak in the beauty of our surroundings.Inside, Condo Azul offers plenty of space to relax, with a fully stocked kitchen, a water dispenser, and a welcome basket—a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home. Everything we needed was at our fingertips, ensuring a comfortable and seamless stay.The pool, complete with lounge chairs and a gas BBQ—was perfect for unwinding after a walk back from the beach. For beach lovers, the complimentary Tommy Bahama beach chairs were a fantastic touch. Plus, the local bus stop just minutes away made exploring Puerto Vallarta and nearby villages effortless.The exceptional hospitality from Rod and the property staff truly set Casa Linda apart. From the cleanliness to the small yet thoughtful details throughout the condo, it was clear that guest comfort was a top priority. Wonderful property

Wonderful property and great views, sometimes what you see in the pictures is not what you get when you arrive. In the case of this listing everything is exactly the same everything as advertised in a positive light.If you know PV you know how special Conchas Chinas is. I have been coming here for nearly 30 years and always stay here. For people in the know it’s the Beverly Hills of Puerto Vallarta because you’re minutes away from all the action if you like great dining and a great night life but at the end of the night and during the day you want to go home and have the peace and tranquility of a quiet time to relax with a great view of the ocean.Look at that, I called it home without thinking, thank you for the hospitality.

Awesome getaway!

Perfect accommodation for 2 couples. Separate bedrooms and bathrooms, shared common areas. Fantastic views from balcony. Quiet community. Great workout for your legs to get down to the beach and back but worth it. We used Uber and they were fast and reasonable. Everything we needed to cook our own meals which we did. A really “good for our soul” vacation. Staff was excellent.

Great with minor exceptions...4.5/5

Spacious with a great view. We only had two concerns: Although we knew that the deck, that had a fantastic view, had no direct sun this time of year, we didn't realize that the same was true for the pool...a shame as the pool area was amazing. The bathrooms were huge and beautiful, but the shower tub was hard to navigate for me (72) and a visiting friend (75). If you're younger with good knees this is not a problem. Again, a 5 if we were younger and the season provided more sunshine on our side. You can't beat the view, the help, nor the accommodation.

Wonderful getaway!

We were in PV for a wedding at the nearby Hyatt Ziva, and we were SO glad we stayed here instead of at the resort! There are three properties in this building, which is built on the side of a steep hill, with Condo Azul being the top condo. There is a small jungle/ green space below the building and we loved being above the canopy able to look down onto the treetops. Especially thankful that the owners provided good-quality binoculars, which made it easier to spot the (10!) iguanas in the trees, identify birds, and look for whales out in the bay. The check-in process was easy, and Mercedes, the property manager, was super helpful. We also met the owners, who stay in the topmost villa when they're in residence. They were super nice! The pool is shaded most of the day, so if you want to sun worship, you'll need to go to the beach (easy walk, towels and beach chairs provided), but it is great for folks like us who want to swim after a long hot day, but have had enough brushes with skin cancer that we need to stay sheltered. Getting into town is easy via taxi or uber, but the road into town isn't walkable. For that, you need to walk along the beach, which is quite doable once you figure it out (in daytime. Rough stairs and rocks, so don't do it at night). We'd stay here again, and if you were traveling with friends or a large family group, it would be super fun to book Condos Azul, Verde and Rojo all together!

Amazing Condo

Shared condo Azule with my husband and our friend. The location is magical. We counted so many iguanas and gorobos from the balcony. The pool was perfect and refreshing. I am so glad we stayed here. I normally stay in the middle of town, but this was so much better. It was such a great stay, I would adjust my future dates to rent this exact condo again. Mercedes and Ian are so helpful and can arrange anything you might need

Wonderful property!

Was everything I expected! It’s a beautiful property and a great location. It is walkable to a very nice little beach which I loved. Not one of those crowded beaches but if you’re into that and people watching just walk a little further down the road. I did that too. It’s on a steep hill which lends to a great view! I did walk back up a few times for the challenge and exercise but you can easily catch a cab. The condo is well equipped. There was not one thing I needed that wasn’t provided. But if there was, the communication with the manager was quick and polite. I really enjoyed my stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book it again. The owners were also quick to respond to all my questions before my arrival which made me very comfortable with my decision to book it. Overall, it was fantastic!

Relaxing and Beautiful

We loved the Casa Linda Condo Azul. It was professionally decorated, clean and comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the veranda enjoying the view and relaxing at the pool. We loved that it was south of the bustle of town so it made a great get a way from the crowds. The neighborhood was nice and quiet except the birds who were fascinating to watch. We will definitely consider returning one day. The management staff was attentive and very responsive to all of our requests and questions. This is a keeper!

Amazing Condo

Everything we expected and more.

It was a treat for us to stay in such a beautiful setting! The condo is spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, clean and beautifully decorated with local art. The view from the terrace overlooking Banderas Bay and the neighbourhood homes is stunning. We enjoyed seeing whales, iguanas and beautiful birds especially with the binoculars the host provided us. We were able to walk to the beach and along it into town. Enjoyed sunset dinners at La Playita and the Grand Miramar. The hosts and their staff were great. A stunning location!

This is an amazing property! Our first time in PV couldn't have been a better experience. Casa Linda is located south of the city, in the quieter Conchas Chinas area. We loved the views! We were able to watch the whales in the bay from the balcony and iguanas sunning in the greenbelt trees. It was a quick walk to the beach and a short bus/uber/taxi ride to town. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The Wilson's are wonderful hosts who thought of everything to ensure a fabulous stay. We will be back!
