Perfect location !Host graciously upgraded us to better unit at no extra cost . Bathtub faucet operation was not intuitive . Host provided instruction resolving issue. Definitely loud music from bar next door. Would suggest recaulking all glass window panes . The music made the windows vibrate.For future short trips to Auburn we would definitely consider property.

Great location in the heart of Aubun. We had to laugh at the review that said “like sleeping in a nightclub” because it was so true! The loud music was insane. The host was very responsive and the unit was clean.

The WiFi was terrible. Kept disconnecting. Also tv was connected to WiFi. Didn’t work, couldn’t even watch the local news. Place ran out of toilet paper! Had only one extra roll. Microwave was dirty. Otherwise bed was comfortable and the location is great. Very close to restaurants and campus.

The house is good but if you're looking for quite place over the weekend then definitely this not for you. There is bar next to the house and they play very loud music over the weekend in the night making it difficult to sleep. Per se the place is good and next to publix.

The location is fantastic. The unit was clean and communication with William was easy and friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Many thanks to William for a great experience.

Great location

Would def stay here again. Great location to walk to anything and everything Auburn. As mentioned, next to a loud nightclub. But turned our sound machine app on our phone to drown it out and slept fine.

Incredible location!

Perfect location (although 1716 is a loud next-doords neighbor). But it's a block from Toomer's and even though the place itself isn't anything to write home about, the location is perfect! Owner is responsive and easy to deal with. Overall an excellent, if somewhat expensive, option.

Perfect stay

The accommodations were great! It’s a great location and clean as can be! The house is so very charming and the studio we rented was plenty of space for the two of us. The owner was kind and easy to reach. We will stay again, for sure.

Dirty and LOUD

The location is amazing. Right next to Publix, easy walk to restaraunts and campus....BUT, you might as well be trying to sleep inside a night club. It was extremely loud! We had ear plugs and white noise but could still feel the music. Also, upon arrival i took my shoes off after a long drive. The place had not been swept. All kinds of stuff stuck to my feet. I found a broom and swept up 4 piles of yuck. Tub would've drain and oh just ONE drinking glass. Will not return despite the amazing location.

Perfect location next to a nightclub.

Perfect location, perfect space, comfortable with all the necessary things and good parking. But it's located right next to a nightclub and with the music so loud, it reverberates through the windows until 1 am. I had to leave early because I couldn't sleep, and I didn't get a response from the host when I notified him that I had to move to a hotel as the noise was just too loud at night! I couldn't sleep because of the disco. Manager is unresponsive!! Also the apartment is quite dirty.

convenient nice stay

College-style property in a perfect location for downtown access. It was a bit noisier than expected (we assumed it would be due to the downtown proximity), but earplugs were provided. One small question arose which was immediately answered by owner. It is a property that is best for convenience than luxury or space but the stay went well.

Great location but very noisy at night

This property is in a central location to Auburn University. The downside is it is right behind the main bar street and there is very loud music playing until 2am most nights preventing sleep. I guess great for college students but not for visiting adults. I would highly encourage the owner to update the listing to inform people of this situation.

Great Location

This place is so cute (and historic). It is convenient to walk to everything. Right behind a bar so it gets pretty loud on the weekend. Ear plugs are provided if that bothers you, but when you stay downtown, you should expect that, it’s all part of the scene. Had to contact the owner once and had immediate reply. Definitely recommend for a game day weekend!

Perfect downtown location

Our college aged son stayed here while waiting to move into his apartment. Wonderful location, right next to Hamilton's with a parking space included. He was able to walk everywhere and you will be too on game days when traffic is impossible. Would stay here again!

Get Away

We needed time away and love Auburn. This places was perfect. We walked around the campus, went to stores, and near by restaurants. Listening to the church bells was so relaxing. We will be back.

Excellent place to stay for game day!

My husband and I recently stayed here for a game day weekend and had a great time. It was clean and had the basic amenities needed for a short stay. The location of this property is prime. We were able to walk everywhere the whole weekend and never had to drive in game day traffic. However, being so close to downtown, it is sort of noisy while the bars are open. However, it did not bother us and we would definitely stay here again.
