L'unité 504 de Seagull Condominiums est un cinquième étage rénové, 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains, une location de vacances sur la plage. Il y a des télévisions à écran plat dans le salon et la chambre principale. Un lit king size est dans la chambre principale et une reine dans la chambre d'amis. La cuisine récemment ouverte a de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, de nouvelles armoires, un comptoir en granit et est ouverte pour permettre une vue sur le golfe du Mexique pendant que vous préparez vos repas préférés. Les nouvelles portes-fenêtres s'ouvrent d'un bout à l'autre. Il dispose d'une douche de plain-pied dans les salles de bains et d'un sol en carrelage. Profitez de la vue depuis le patio privé tout en écoutant les sons de l'océan. Un canapé-lit est disponible pour une chambre supplémentaire. Condo 6 personnes. (La piscine du complexe est chauffée en novembre, décembre, mars et avril). Internet sans fil dans un condo.

Best Place to Stay!

The Sea Gull property is the best! Very clean, right on the beach, all rooms have gulf view! The office staff is 5 Star! They are courteous and helpful! We have stayed at this property a couple of times, it will be our go-to property when we visit Port Aransas again.

Beautiful Condo

This condo is beautifully decorated and well appointed. Everything you could possibly need for your vacation is here. The property was very clean and has an amazing view with fabulous deck furniture. We are already planning our next visit.

Amazing!

The ocean view is breathtaking. The condo is beautifully decorated. One quick elevator ride and we were steps away from the ocean. If we went the other direction we were at the pool. Both very convenient to get to. Very kid friendly. Absolutely loved our stay and I can’t say it enough, the view was perfect.

everything was great, whenever we needed anything they were right there. The location was perfect us

the property was well kept. my only complaint was that I could see a childs fingerprints on the windows and the floors could have been cleaner.( found long black hairs in some areas on the floor)

The location and condo are beautiful. Improvements would include better cleaning prior to check-in, especially the windows, for the price.

Awesome View

The view is great. The stove not so good. The dials on the cook top didn't have marks for low, medium, or high. So it was a guessing game to cook. A hugh pain. Most of the under counter kitchen lights are burned out. The fixture in the master bath was missing it's globe. The beds are very comfortable. The living room furniture is uncomfortable and dated. The bar stools are way too high to be able to eat ay the bar. Only very young could eat there, but then danger of falling. Overall good. Place was clean which is very important.
