La Mirage Condo 219 Beachfront Resort Condominiums with Private Boardwalk

Welcome to the Kraken's Art Condo, a well-appointed, two-bedroom, two-bathroom, modern art condo with the preferred surf view, south side of beautiful La Mirage.


The Kraken will be watching as you approach Art Condo 219. Before you enter, be sure to look behind you
through that huge opening
 and catch the beautiful Corpus Christi Bay sunset, and the crash of the surf of the Gulf to the left.


As you enter Art Condo 219, the Kraken's tentacles will welcome you to his newly renovated, comfortable environment filled with modern furnishings and his art collection of modern Texas artists. Look for his tentacles throughout the condo in his favorite hiding places. A favorite of his is the huge duo of 1940s Aladdin movie posters. Also, take a spin on the Italian face chair, surprisingly very comfortable.


What you can expect in the Kraken's Art Condo:

Wi-Fi & Cable; smart televisions in the living room and bedrooms.
Modern furnishings to accommodate 4 guests; the most comfortable down-filled cushions, perfect for that afternoon nap.
The main bedroom with a split king-sized bed, and the secondary bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, the main bathroom with a deep soaking tub.
Blackout shades for our guests who require darker rooms for sleeping.
A private laundry room just for guests with a new washer and dryer, and the perfect area for your towels and beach toys.
A huge balcony to enjoy both Gulf and Bay views, complete with a dining table and viewing chairs.
A well-equipped modern kitchen complete with new stainless-steel appliances, a combo filter and pod coffee maker, all the crazy hand utensils, and all the pots, pans, dishes, and glasses you will need for a beach stay. Please note that spices and seasonings are not provided due to safety reasons.
Please bring your own towels for the beach; only towels for the condo are provided.
Please see the front desk if you need anything that is not already provided in the condo.
Please be sure to visit the exceptional staff at the front desk and tell them you are staying in the Kraken's Art Condo. They will present you with a special gift to commemorate your stay in La Mirage 219.

Overall good stay here, Smelled musty when we first got there but didn't spend to much time inside. that being said I would stay there again. good vibe from the decor.

Girls weekend

The condo is super nice and very comfortable, but no WiFi. The beach area at these condos is very narrow, leaving no room for chairs and umbrellas, out for small children to play in the sand

Great location and view

Beautiful condo. Close to everything. We would definitely stay again. Only concern was the wifi. We were unable to log on and did not receive response when I texted. Other than that it was perfect.

Port Aransas Stay

When we arrived, the air conditioning was not working. The note from the owner said to give the A/C time to cool the unit down. That never happened. Maintenance came to fix the A/C the next day, however, the A/C was not repaired and we spent yet another night with the temperature at 82 degrees in the unit. Finally, the next day, the problem was fixed and we had cool air. For our 4-night stay, 2 nights were without air conditioning. Not the ideal vacation rental. Any chance of a partial refund?
