Seasons at Sandpoint - Condo de coin avec accès rare depuis Lanai

La résidence 131 est l’un des deux seuls condos de l’ensemble du complexe Seasons offrant un accès direct au terrain depuis la véranda. Le barbecue, l'herbe, la plage et le port de plaisance se trouvent directement à la sortie de la véranda et en bas des marches - sans oublier le bain à remous et la piscine! Pas question de remonter dans le condo pour jeter les épices ou le tire-bouchon oubliés. Laissez les enfants aller et venir et gardez un œil sur eux depuis la véranda sans avoir à jouer à l’escorte vers l’avant de l’appartement.

La cuisine est bien équipée, des verres à vin Riedel aux couverts Henckels, avec un style et des œuvres d'art contemporains, le condo est agréablement accueillant. En tant qu’unité finale, elle dispose de fenêtres supplémentaires qui permettent plus de lumière naturelle et une ventilation croisée. Il y a un roi de poche profonde dans le maître, une reine dans la deuxième chambre (tous deux dotés d'un édredon de plumes) et un canapé dans le salon qui se transforme en un véritable lit queen. Pas de matelas grumeleux ni de barres dans le dos. Il suffit de récupérer la literie du repose-pieds à cocktail, puis de la rouler de côté pour ouvrir le canapé-lit. Ce condo comprend également un lave-linge / sèche-linge, l’accès à un garage souterrain, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, une télévision par câble, une télévision Smart LED 55 pouces avec son Home Cinéma et un lecteur DVD / MP3 / iPod / iPhone dans le salon. , un téléviseur HD de 37 pouces avec un lecteur de DVD dans le maître et un téléviseur de 24 pouces avec un lecteur de DVD dans la deuxième chambre. Le fauteuil surdimensionné vous invite à vous asseoir et à vous détendre - et nous vous invitons à rester et profiter!

La résidence 131 se trouve près du début du complexe, à deux pas du centre-ville de Sandpoint, des restaurants, des galeries et de la célèbre City Beach. Lake Pend Oreille est littéralement juste devant! Le port de plaisance propose des locations de fiches de bateau pour vos journées de pêche et de ski nautique et vous êtes déjà au centre-ville de Sandpoint pour profiter de tous les restaurants. Les montagnes environnantes offrent de beaux sentiers de randonnée pour les amateurs de plein air. Vous pourrez même faire de l'équitation avec Mountain Horse Adventures. A fabulous place! We stayed over a week for a ski trip - very convenient to ski and to go into town. Condo was beautiful! And very clean Nice hottub in the next building. Loved that we could walk into town Staff was very helpful

Excellent everything! This place is awesome! 10/10

This place was absolutely perfect. The condo was clean, cozy, and spacious. We booked for two nights but solely from the experience at the condo it made us wish we could stay much longer. Everything about the space was great—from the comfortable beds to the outdoor deck and bathrooms. The accessibility to the beach and dock as well as hot tub/pool was really nice (in addition to the close proximity to downtown area). This was absolutely amazing and we look forward to coming back!

The curb appeal is fantastic, the grounds are kept so clean. You are an easy walk to the middle of town with several shops and eateries. The real treat is when you enter the condo and find out how spacious and accommodating it is. The view is gorgeous and relaxing. We would definitely reserve this condo again.

Great Mini-Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at Seasons. The Condo itself was extremely spacious and clean. The location was great, however the busy railroad right behind the building was very loud, especially at night in the back bedroom. The rest of the experience more than made up for the disturbance, and we loved staying there. The staff was helpful and kind. The short walk to downtown restaurants was great and the Condo amenities were wonderful! We would definitely stay again and just bring sound machines to help with the noise from the trains.

Nice Location

The condo was lovely with a great view of the lake and close to town and walking trails. The condo was very modern, clean and with a very nice patio overlooking the lake. We didn't know when we booked, however, that there was a freight train line behind the complex. Although the trains didn't blow their horns, they were a bit annoying. We also never had TV service. We contacted the HOA who said they would come to activate the service, but they never showed up.

We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed the condo. Our apologies for not mentioning the train tracks behind the property, as that is certainly not something we try to withhold from our guests. Surprisingly enough we receive very few complaints regarding the noise, but completely understand everyone has varying levels of noise sensitivity. About 2 years ago the internet and cable provider changed within the community and most owners decided to opt of cable service due to the high cost and simply provide smart TVs with various streaming apps. The cable service in this condo was supposed to have been terminated a year or so ago, but through some glitch the service was never terminated. It just happened to be cut off by the company during your stay, so unfortunately our on-site team was unable to reactivate it as it had been terminated awhile ago. The TV is now setup as an AppleTV and has various streaming options. Our apologies that this all transpired during your stay, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Very friendly place. We would come again. The only negative is the rate was a bit high since it seemed to be in low season and the cleaning cost and fees are high. I can see summer for lake activity and winter for mountain activities it would be a premium location, but it was very quiet when we visited. We loved the coffee available in the main room at Seasons. All in all - great place. There is a lot of train traffic behind. If you are a light sleeper, that may be an issue.

Glad to hear you enjoyed your stay with us Donna! The fall is usually a bit busier due to the beautiful foliage, but it was indeed a bit slower this year due to travel trends. There are train tracks behind the property, but surprisingly we receive very few complaints due to the way the buildings were constructed. However, we completely understand everyone has varying levels of noise sensitivity. Happy to hear you enjoyed the town and the overall property, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again!

The front desk person was awesome. And showed me around the club house to ensure I knew exactly where everything was. The condo was almost spotless. Overall, very nice, incredible view out the windows and great location on the corner of the building! Plenty of kitchen utilities and Everything we needed to cook up dinner and breakfast after we headed to the store, just a short drive away. Finally, check-out was perfect as well as we left before anyone was at the desk. They told us exactly where to stash our keys and opener and was able to hit the road worry-free. Will definitely be back. Thanks for a great experience!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and comfortable. The fireplace had a bit of a challenge to ignite, and the staff responded quickly with the fix! Friendly people, beautiful location and a wonderful pool and hot tub. The price was a reasonable listing but the the final cost was over $2,200.00 for three nights. I think that is a mistake and am waiting for a correction or at least correspondence. The train going by multiple times was noisy and a surprise. Thank you.
