Super plaisir devant le Majestic Sun Gulf - MEILLEUR parking réservé

RĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©!!! Ce condo a subi un remodelage complet incluant de nouveaux comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine et les salles de bain et de nouveaux appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers en acier inoxydable noir dans la cuisine. C'est un magnifique condo de 1072 pieds carrĂ©s situĂ© dans le bĂątiment A avec une vue imprenable sur le front de mer depuis le salon. Il dispose Ă©galement de son propre parking privĂ© rĂ©servĂ© dans le garage situĂ© en dessous du bĂątiment A et juste en face de l'ascenseur. La vue du 8Ăšme Ă©tage (803) est parfaite, suffisamment haute pour s’éloigner des bruits de fond, mais suffisamment proche pour offrir une vue parfaite sur la plage. Levers et couchers de soleil vont vous couper le souffle.

Ce condo a tout. Beaucoup d'espace, arrangements de couchage confortables, une cuisine complĂšte et une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse empilables dans l'unitĂ©. Profitez des piscines intĂ©rieure / extĂ©rieure, des bains Ă  remous et du centre de remise en forme. Un trĂšs beau sentier de randonnĂ©e traverse la propriĂ©tĂ© Majestic Sun pour vous permettre de marcher ou de courir en plein air lorsque vous ĂȘtes fatiguĂ© du tapis roulant.

Il y a un lit king size dans la chambre principale avec une télévision à écran plat de 42 pouces. La deuxiÚme chambre est meublée avec deux lits doubles et dispose également d'une télévision à écran plat 42 ". Le salon est confortablement meublé avec un beau canapé, une causeuse et une télévision à écran plat 55 "avec lecteur Blu-ray. Le canapé s'ouvre sur un lit queen size pour des invités supplémentaires.

Les activitĂ©s dans la rĂ©gion sont nombreuses, notamment le golf, le tennis, la plongĂ©e sous-marine et la pĂȘche. Destin possĂšde une des meilleures pĂȘches en eau salĂ©e du pays et une grande flotte de pĂȘche.

Ce condo nécessite des séjours hebdomadaires de printemps et d'été.

Family vaca

The location right on the beach was amazing but the amenities are not superior. Pool is small for amount of people staying and fitness center is also very small. Property location is exceptional and beach was very nice. Overall a very nice vacation for the family.

Took my 2 boys and my parents to a quick beach trip. This condo was great space and very convenient. We also really enjoyed the view of the beach.

All went well. Property manager was very helpful. Clean and comfortable. Plan to return in the near future.

Wonderful Experience

This property was exactly as described and we enjoyed our stay very much. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The communication was good and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. The private parking spot was a great addition - we kept our beach stuff in the car instead of lugging up and down the elevators. Highly recommend- we had a great experience!

Great place, wonderful location

Very nice place in a great location. We had 7 people of all ages and it fit us well. Agent was very helpful and responsive. Only drawback was that the floors were very sandy/dirty turning your socks black just from walking around. Sweeping didn't help.

Beach Time!

Everything with the room was fine. Just a little bit of a walk to the beach if you take chairs and coolers and other stuff. Overall it all worked out just fine!

We had a great stay at the condo. Pros - easy code access to condo and pool, Quick walk to the beach, easy access to food and drink spots nearby, Balcony views were amazing, most all amenities (pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, dinnerware) were there in the condo minus a couple Cons - cleanliness left a little to be desired, sheets looked as if there were a few small blood stains on them, tub in the master was not very clean, there was no smell of any cleaner that was used when we arrived in the restrooms or condo, one trash bag and no detergent for washing machine, bring your own For the most part, what was stated in the summary was there

Family Vacation

The view was amazing!! We loved the view from the balcony and the location was great. The actual room was not great. The furniture was ripped, we had 2 rolls of toilet paper for a family of 5. The door was wide open when we arrived. The remotes for the TV's didn't work. There were no beach towels available. We didn't know that until we got our check in instructions. We weren't there for the room, but these things were frustrating. We had a great time vacation.

Overall nice but floors were filthy.

Great location and view. Convenient parking. The bed was comfortable. However, the floors throughout the condo were dirty, not just sandy but flat out filthy. It was impossible to walk barefoot without the soles of our feet becoming black. This was surprising and disappointing because the rest of the condo seemed reasonably clean. Having a Keurig would have been nice. The 12 piece steak knife set just took up counter space.

A bit disappointed

The view is definitely beautiful but our room was not the best. There were stains on the shower curtain and we had to keep plunging the drain in the tub after taking a shower. This property also doesn't have the complimentary beach chair service that other surrounding properties have. There is also no one at the concierge desk but the other properties nearby still have a concierge. Overall disappointing for the $$ it cost us. I won't be staying here again.

Overall, a good stay.

The property itself I enjoyed very much. I especially like the private parking. The dishes in the cupboard were still soaking wet I assume from being taking out of the dishwasher previously. The light in the refrigerator did not work. But none of these were a deal breaker. The most concerning issue was not being allowed in to the condo an hour and a half early in the middle of a horrible thunderstorm I even offered to pay money and was told no so even though we were standing at the door trying to get in with all of our belongings we had to get everything back to our vehicle and take shelter there. A little leeway would have been nice and courteous as we are all human beings. But these days business is business even though I did offer the business money. I say this in hopes of consideration maybe in the future for somebody else. This would still not stop me from returning.

Not family friendly as advertised.

The condo is listed as the ultimate family condo but it is not. There are some worn out board games but that is it. There are no extras in this condo. No child friendly plates, cups, etc. it’s hard to travel with toddlers when the only choices are glass cups or giant cups. The condo feels dated and worn out. The pans were badly worn. You have to hold the skillet on the stove the whole time to keep it flat. Beds hard, finishes coming off of the appliances and the non stick coming off of the pans. If you are flying in as we did, it is a hard place to stay. We are used to staying in places that have beach toys, or beach chairs, basic cleaning supplies like counter cleaner. I understand that it isn’t a full service hotel, but typically you stay at a condo to have some perks over a hotel. With a high end price this condo didn’t measure up with other majestic sun condos we’ve stayed in. Also, there are only 8 towels, so you have to wash towels daily but provide your own detergent. Enough towels for a stay need to be provided or detergent. The location of the condo is fabulous and it could be an awesome family spot but a few updates/additions need to be made so it can be genuinely list it as the ultimate family condo.

Positives: Great pool, great balcony views even though it is across the street from the beach. Negatives:Bed was hard on my back, very dirty dishes put away in cabinet, no ice maker, balcony door lock broken, no safety lock like dead bolt once you are in, lots of stairs if you have back hip or knee issues to get to the beach.

Beach vacation

This was our second time staying at Majestic Sun condos. The area is nice but busy. You have to get to the beach early to pick your spot or you will be in the back. Our kids like the inflatables that you can pay for by the day. The room we were in was perfect for us. It had enough space and beds for everyone in our party. Upon our arrival there was still sand in the floor but wasn’t a big deal as I know sand is a given if you are at the beach. My biggest complaint of this room was that there wasn’t an ice maker in the fridge. It was very hot after we got our stuff brought up to the room and there was no ice for a cold drink. There were ice trays in the freezer but they were empty. We then had to go on the hunt for some ice so we could cool down. Overall this condo was nice and we would stay here again.
