L'automne Cottage a été soigneusement conçu pour offrir à nos clients toute la saveur de Bend. Cette maison du patrimoine confortable vous offre également de nombreuses commodités modernes pour votre confort. Améliorations consistantes et nos touches personnelles feront en sorte que votre séjour à Bend est aussi spécial que la région elle-même.

Ce cottage dispose de deux chambres (une king size, une queen size), d’une belle salle de bain avec un combo douche / baignoire, d’une cuisine bien aménagée avec des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et d’un espace de vie confortable avec foyer au gaz, télévision à écran plat avec station d'accueil I-pod, bureau Wi-Fi gratuit pour rester connecté.

Vous pouvez également profiter de notre cour entièrement clôturé qui a un barbecue à gaz, table de bistro en plein air, et un jacuzzi privé pour votre «fin-de-un-fun-Bend-jour 'absorbe sous les étoiles.

Loved staying here!!! Perfect location for downtown and easy access to everything else! The house was clean and well stocked. Every detail was considered. Erin was great and quick to respond when I reached out. We would love to stay here again!!!

Great Little House

Love this historical home! The location is awesome! Very clean, comfortable bed, we only use one bedroom. The fenced yard is great for our pups! We haven’t had a chance to use the hot tub, but what an extra amenity! Thank you and hope to be back soon!

Cute Bungalow

Cute house. Walk to town. Well maintained. Unfortunately, there is currently a major road project going on. RIGHT OUTSIDE THE HOUSE. The noise started by 7:15 most days. Like a giant transformer shaking the whole house. We did day excursions both days and when we returned by 4:00 pm, it was done for the day. It was extremely disruptive to our visit.

Great place for Bend!

Had 3 of us in this house for a snowboarding trip. Location was great. Quick and easy 25 minute drive to the mountain and we were able to walk <10 minutes to downtown for food and night life after the mountain. Great place for a solid weekend in Bend. Hot tub was awesome!

Cozy House Close to Everything

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The beds were comfortable and the whole place was very clean. We could walk to the grocery store and several breweries. The yard was perfect for our dog and sitting outside would be wonderful in the summer. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Great location, easy couple blocks to downtown core, or over to the Old Mill District and all of it's fun. House is older, but well kept, nice little fully fenced back yard w/hot tub. Bathtub didn't drain well, but that was the only issue and it's a minor one. Would stay here again!

Yes we love that location too ---the historic downtown at your finger-tips is priceless. We are very proud of the fact that this 1917 mill-workers cottage has been restored so beautifully and feels so warm and welcoming --- glad you enjoyed that charm too! So sorry about the bathtub draining slowly. I wish you had called me to take care of that minor problem the first night. (That's the best thing about having local, hands-on owners) Rest assured its on my list for tomorrow and will be fixed in no time. Thanks again!

Great location in the heart of Bend

This adorable house is ideally located between downtown and the Old Mill District, within easy walking distance of both. Best of all, they allowed us to bring our dog, and the house is right across the street from a dog park - we could not have asked for more! The house was immaculate and the hot tub was a plus. We will be back.

We really enjoyed the location of the cottage and the layout of the home. The backyard is very cute and comfortable. All amenities covered! My only negative is ants in the kitchen by the sink.

We have never had ants in the house before but we’re told by an old farmer friend that when temps hit over 100 for several days in a row (unusual here in Bend) they seek water sources. Adorable, clean cottage in the perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay at the Autumn Cottage. It was nicely equipped, had comfortable beds and was clean. The hot tub was a perfect way to start and end our day. In addition to the home itself, the location could not have been better. We walked to town a few times a day for a morning coffee, meals and of course the breweries! We will definitely be returning in the near future!

A quaint, well appointed bungalow

We had a wonderful time at the Autumn Cottage! Close to everything in downtown Bend. Kitchen well stocked. The hot tub was great to return to after a hard days skiing. Very close and walkable to near by restaurants, Drake park, etc. Highly recommend this place for your next visit to Bend. We look forward to returning on our next trip.

Great dog friendly - 2 blocks to Old Bend downtown

Seamless process. Very well done cottage with hot tub and fully fenced yard. Nice furnishing. Small dog park across the street. Walk to all of Bends best restaurants and Drake park.

Perfect getaway

Cute cottage. Plenty of room, super clean, very well stocked and pet friendly! Walking distance to restaurants and dog park. Hot tub available but didn’t have a chance to use it. Erin was a charm to work with. Thank you for a lovely stay in your beautiful home!

Autumn cottage stay

I loved this location, the house, every little detail included within the house & the bikes! We cruised around downtown & got to check out so much more than by foot. You have put so much thought into so many details about the house. We really enjoyed everything. We will pass this along to others and want to stay here again and again!

Loved the house! It was perfect. Very close to everything and we love to walk. I highly recommend this place. The property manager,Erin, was fantastic. (I left something behind and she mailed it to me.) Can’t wait to go back.

Very clean, nice home right in the downtown area close to everything that us well-appointed. The negative was the homeless encampment directly across the street.

I liked reading that a part of what you enjoyed was the great central, walkable relationship with our wonderful historic downtown. Those are the things that as a host, we have control over and what we work on diligently to deliver to our guests. However as with any, and nearly every, urban setting in America now we are also struggling with houseless people in Bend, especially with such a close downtown setting. Unfortunately, that is beyond my personal control. Luckily, our City Council is making these issues a priority and their dedication to Bend shows in their responses. I’m trying to do my part too and am hoping as a community we can reach some good solutions for all. For future Bend trips we do have less-central properties, further away from the downtown core area that may suit your family better. Thanks again

Great place to stay-Excellent Cottage

Had a great long weekend with wife and Dog. We lived in Bend for 5 years so it was great to return. The house is fantastic with alot of attention detail. The set up was accomodating for work from home as well. We would stay here again. To be clear, there are homeless people living out of there cars or sleeping on sidewalk across the street. We live in downtown Seattle so it's nothing we havent seen before and overall we never felt in danger.

Those are the things that as a host, we have control over and what we work on diligently to deliver to our guests. As with any, and nearly every, urban setting in America now we are also struggling with houseless people in Bend, especially with such a close downtown setting and during the summertime. Unfortunately, things that occur off property are beyond our personal control. Luckily, our City Council is making these issues a priority and their dedication to Bend shows in their responses. There is a camping code that makes it illegal to camp where you have mentioned in your review, and we are starting to work with the City of Bend on effective enforcement. We are trying to do our part and are hoping as a community we can reach some good solutions for all.

Cute little house but had problems

The house was cute, clean and located close to town. Unfortunately, the amount of homeless activity/camps right outside on the sidewalk was worrisome. We ended up leaving the property and moving to a new home we felt safer for our child to be in.

Hi Courtney- Loved that you lead with cute and clean and close to town --- we know the Autumn Cottage is a gem and feel that property is what you should honestly review. I’m assuming the three stars was your grade for a failing society as sadly Bend has been suffering from a growing houseless problem, along with the rest of our country. Our local leaders do a good job of trying to make our citizens aware that being homeless is not unlawful, and that all humans deserve dignity. The very small group you referred to are across the street and in a City owned parking lot over which we have no control, not on our sidewalk as you know. We honestly can say we have had absolutely no personal problems or safety issues at The Autumn Cottage in the 21 years we have been operating. We do consistently try to practice live and let live--- and patience. I am sorry you felt uncomfortable during your stay.
