Luxe spectaculaire Old Mill District Townhouse Walking Distance River Walk

Situé à distance de marche du quartier Old Mill et moins d'un mile du centre-ville, cette maison contemporaine de construction récente, avec un design vert et matériaux eco amical avec l'aménagement paysager natif. Marque de nouveaux appareils, des comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine et finement sélectionnée, les meubles et les nominations de haute qualité. Situé dans une communauté paisible et tranquille.

La chambre principale située à l'étage dispose d'un haut plafond avec lit queen et salle de bains avec la vanité double. DeuxiÚme chambre à coucher située à l'étage dispose aussi haut plafond avec un jumeau / lit superposé double et un jumeau / lit superposé complet menant à une salle de bain complÚte. Les deux chambres ont 32 "TV à écran plat.

En bas, le salon dispose d'un canapé confortable avec fauteuils jumeaux, pouf surdimensionné peluche et (3) des tabourets de bar. A 40 'TV à écran plat salut-def, systÚme audio Bluetooth et un lecteur blu-ray pour votre divertissement. Table à manger est grand avec service de chaise pour six.

Promenade à la Les Schwab Amphitheater pour certains des grands événements en plein air et des concerts. PrÚs de la riviÚre Deschutes qui traverse le quartier du Vieux-Moulin, Riverbend Park, kayak, paddle board, rafting, vélo ... tous accessibles à pied à partir de cet emplacement de choix.

Pour certains le meilleur ski dans le U. S., Mt. BaccalaurĂ©at est infĂ©rieure Ă  30 minutes jusqu'Ă  la route. Juste aprĂšs Mt. BaccalaurĂ©at sont quelques-uns des lacs les plus vierges que vous pouvez trouver pour la pĂȘche, la randonnĂ©e, le vĂ©lo. Le Mt. BaccalaurĂ©at Super Shuttle est Ă  seulement 5 minutes et peut aussi vous rendre Ă  la montagne.

Upon arrival, the property was clean and ready for our arrival. There were plenty of linens, especially towels (which was nice as there were 5 of us). The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. Pack your toiletries (and coffee if you drink it)! The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and close to everything we needed.

Property was lovely and very close to the Old Mill District where there are many things to do! Floating the Deschutes river, going to concert, we saw Lainey Wilson! Many great places to dine or drink. Overall had a blast and would stay again. Thanks Ronn for your hospitality!

Wonderful property, walking distance to many great food, drink and entertainment areas. Definitely will look this place up if we venture this way again. No surprises and host left great recommendations for activities. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Top notch place to stay.

Bend birthday getaway

The house was as stated in the app. It was nice seeing the deer walking down the street next to the house. Neighborhood was quiet and didn't have any theft issues. However with the restrictions of not parking in front of the house due to new tar seal, having a guaranteed parking spot was a challenge.

Very Pleasant Getaway

The place was very clean and organized and close to shopping and restaurants. The only thing that didn't meet my standard was the quality of bed mattress..it was outdated and was not firm enough for me.

Stay here if you’d like to be close to town but don’t care about anything else. Plus it was haunted.

Where do I begin? I usually do not give bad reviews of my vrbo’s but, folks, this was one of the worst Vrbo I’ve stayed in. I’ll list the pros first. Super deep garage, adequate air conditioning, lovely new washer and dryer. That’s about it. Cons: windows were filthy inside and out. Same with window tracks. Disgusting. When we pulled out the tv in the living room to watch some Olympics with the family I was shocked to see the dust that was behind the television in the entertainment area. The bean bag needs to go. I’m not sure who would want to sit on that. Your dining room table underneath the glass is gross. Seriously I could go on and on. Threadbare towels, a curtain in the master to separate the bathroom and the bedroom? No extra toilet paper. Stains all over your white carpet? In the master shower, there were pubic hairs, slime in the soap holder, and soap scum on the shower doors. The sinks didn’t drain properly. You honestly need to throw away the purple dryer because it is a fire risk. The entire back of the dryer becomes extremely hot and could burn someone if they weren’t aware. The stovetop was dirty. The rug in front of the kitchen sink had stains all over it. The guest towel in the bathroom needs to be thrown away. Honestly, this house looks like it was lived in heavily in the 90’s and then you decided to use it as a Vrbo investment. I’m not sure why you keep getting great reviews to be perfectly honest. We were extremely disappointed. And I don’t say that often.

Everything I expected.

The condo was clean and comfortable and convenient to the Old Mill area, Hayden Homes Amphitheater, and restaurants along the river. I will stay here again next visit.

Perfect family getaway!

This townhome is in a great location in Bend. Walking distance to the river and beach. Minutes drive to downtown. Was super clean and all the amenities you need. The bunk bed room worked out perfectly for our kids to stay in. The big garage even fit our truck! The only reason I’m giving a 4-star is because the master bedroom bed is pretty uncomfortable. I’m not that picky, but it wasn’t great. My wife ended up sleeping on one of the bunk beds. A simple mattress topper would help make it more comfortable. But everything else was great. We’d stay there again and again if the bed situation changed.

Great location, comfortable set up

Love that the Old Mill District was within walking distance. There were 3 of us and we all had our own comfortable bed. Parking was also easy, one of our cars parked inside the garage and the other on the street. The neighborhood seems safe and was very quiet.

Comfy space close to downtown

We are regular visitors to Bend, and really enjoyed the location of this home. It’s close to all, clean, comfortable, and a great home base. I also appreciated the work space in the loft where I could keep up with work.

Great stay in Bend

Really enjoyed our stay in Bend and at Rob’s place. Very comfortable house, nice to have a garage, and excellent setup for our family of four. Would definitely stay here again.
