Décoré dans des tons orange, ce joli studio vous accueillera pour votre séjour à Paris. Vous aurez tout le nécessaire: espace chambre, cuisine aménagée ouverte, salle de bain avec douche. L’appartement a une capacité de 4 personnes mais il est recommandé soit pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant, soit pour 3 adultes (en raison du type de canapé lit). L' immeuble possède une cour intérieure meublée avec table et chaises (pas de sortie directe depuis l’appartement).

Description about the property is very accurate. Better looking than the pictures on the listing. Everything was great and the host was very helpful. Location is excellent easy to get around. We will definitely stay there again.

Studio near Le Marais

This suite was absolutely perfect for us! It was large, comfortable, well equipped, well laid out, with gorgeous big windows overlooking the building's central courtyard. The location was terrific, on the border between Marais and Bastille, with lots of restaurants and shops, and within a 5-10 minute walk of 3 metro stations. Carole was a wonderful host, warm, friendly, and eager to help in any way she could. We would love to come back!

Quiet space in the middle of everything!

Great apartment in a complex with inner courtyard that provides a sense of being outside the city while still being in the middle of everything. Property manager was very friendly and provided plenty of suggestions for things to see and do in the neighbourhood, all within walking distance. Overall, great place!

Charming courtyard get away

This apartment struck the right balance of a great location (next to the Marais, 2 blocks from the metro), while seeming very quiet on a courtyard. It was spacious and clean. Carole, the property manager, communicated effortlessly. We would highly recommend this place.

Absolutely lovely!

The perfect quiet retreat after a day of sightseeing. The photos don't do it justice! The ceilings are high, the windows wonderful to let the cool air in at night, and you feel very safe in the the flower-full courtyard, with two security gates/gate codes to get in. Also, getting to have a clothes washer and a kitchen while traveling is the icing on the gâteau! Plus, the host is lovely and very helpful!!

Wonderful Paris retreat

Wonderful location, well equipped apartment, located a short walk to center of Marais. Bus & metro stops close by. Commfortable & spacious in a quiet location with view of courtyard. I woke up each morning to the sounds of birds tweeting. Carole was a wonderful host & always available if I had questions. I would definitely choose this location for my next stay in Paris.

Comfortable Studio Apartment in Secure Building

We stayed here four nights and it was wonderful. The large studio apartment was safe and quiet, easy to find, and in the heart of a vibrant local neighborhood, with plenty of sidewalk cafes and restaurants. The bed was super comfortable. The kitchen is small but had everything we needed. The bathroom has a small washing machine in it, which was quite nice after traveling for two weeks and mostly handwashing our clothes. There is a supermarket two short blocks away and it was only a 5 minute walk to the metro station, which is easy to use and took us all over the city. Carole took good care of us, giving us directions, greeting us, and inviting us to contact her anytime if we needed anything. When we needed a ride to the airport, she scheduled a taxi. Thanks for everything, Carole!

Great apartment and super hosts!

This was a great apartment for the 2 of us. Comfy bed and well stocked with all the added little extras we needed for cooking and staying. It is well situated at the edge of the Marais and touristy areas we wanted to see and the studio location within a lovely hidden private courtyard felt safe. We did unfortunately have a pick pocket incident at the Strassburg Denis subway, but our host Carole and the owners went above and beyond to help us sort everything out. We would have been very lost without they kindness! Can't ask for better hosts.

Large comfortable apartment in lovely setting

We spent 16 days at the apartment this past September and enjoyed our stay very much. Our host, Carole, graciously allowed us to check in a few hours earlier than official check in time and helped us get our luggage to the apartment, which is one flight up. She was helpful, friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The apartment was very spacious, with nice furnishings in a lovely, lush and private courtyard setting. We were able to prepare breakfast every day and also several dinners on days we did not dine at restaurants. There is no oven, so dinners were prepared stove top. We came to the apartment after a 12 day cruise and the first day after arriving, I tested positive for COVID. Carole, our wonderful host was able to book a doctor’s appointment for me for that very evening! Happily it was a mild case and although I needed to quarantine, I felt fine by the next day. Because I had COVID, I spent 8 days sleeping on the couch in an effort to protect my wife from catching it. Because of this, I can testify that the couch is quite comfortable and the apartment can very comfortably accommodate a third person. In addition, the apartment is well located at the edge of the Marais, walking distance to Places des Vosges, and walking distance to two very interesting markets: Marché couvert des enfants rouge, and Marché Bastille. We particularly loved Marché Bastille and brought our children souvenirs that we purchased there. Definitely recommend for up to three adults or to a family with two young children!

Very nice apartment, perfect location

The apartment is perfectly located between Marais and the more down-to-earth 11th . So you have the best of both. Metro 2 min away, Republique with many more lines a few minutes walk (or two stations). Very quiet because you are not directly at the street. Carole was very helpful, so there haven't been any problems with checkin, checkout or during our stay. Highly recommended.

Sehr schönes Appartement

In dem Appartement haben wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral in dem Arrondissement Marais und aufgrund der Nähe zur Metro optimal. Der Kontakt zu Carole sowohl vor der Anreise über fewo-direkt als auch persönlich hätte nicht besser sein können. Wir kommen ganz sicher bald wieder!
