A little slice of paradise

Perfect base for a wonderful holiday in Sardinia. Stepping out of the back gate straight onto the beautiful beach. We can thoroughly recommend this beautiful little villa for a family holiday.

Great location!

Amazing holidays! When we arrived I couldn't believe, the house is literally on the beach! So, there are no words to describe the greatness of the location. With a very nice garden that serves as refreshing spot to take a break from the sun, the house is really confortable and nothing is missing. The owners were really nice people and helped us with suggestions and information to travel along the cost.

Sardinia

This place is beautiful. The location was great. Close to the airport and close to other surrounding areas. Having the walk out to the beach was amazing because we had the ocean at your doorstep. This was definitely a nice place to stay, we wish we stayed longer : ) the area was very safe and there was a mix of people, families with kids, honeymooners and older people etc.. Everybody was friendly. We enjoyed this stay 100% Sardinia we will see you soon xoxo

Magical

It was the perfect location for a relaxing stay. I did not want for anything, the home was well stocked and magnificently decorated. All around it was perfect. Our contact Kikka was better than expected and was over immediately if I needed her. Not one complaint, I’d highly recommend!

We stayed here for 10 days as a group of four adults and two children, and honestly, we have never had such a wonderful vacation with our kids!Here is why this place is an absolute gem, especially for families:1. Outstanding Hospitality: The check-in and check-out process with Kikka and Hania was smooth and super friendly. Kikka even arranged a seamless transfer to bring us to her other property, which was such a thoughtful and helpful touch!2. Direct Beach Access: Having the beach right at the edge of the garden was an absolute game-changer. We could literally step into the sea spontaneously without the hassle of packing a beach bag every single time.3. Fantastic Garden: The kids absolutely loved playing in the garden—it gave them so much freedom and kept them entertained all day.4. Perfect Covered Terrace: From around 9 AM, the terrace is completely shaded. It made sitting outside for breakfast, lunch, and long evenings incredibly comfortable and relaxing.5. Refreshing Sea Breeze: Thanks to the prime location right on the seafront, there was always a light breeze. Even on warm days, it never felt uncomfortably hot.6. Unbeatable Location: Everything you need is within walking distance! There is a top-quality ice cream parlor and a super delicious pizzeria right around the corner, and a larger supermarket is just a 10-minute walk away.Those 10 days simply flew by! We cannot recommend this place highly enough—especially if you are traveling with children.

Quiet coastal getaway

The condo was clean and well equipped. It was small, but comfortably adequate for 4 adults. Off-season visit was peaceful and relaxing. The sandy beach, although public, almost seemed private! It was a quick walk to town and to the dock. Both the caretakers and the owner were easy to reach and responsive to our questions. Groceries, pharmacy, bakeries, and restaurants were all easily accessible.

Incredible!! We absolutely loved our stay at the Little Gate. Firstly, the view is breathtaking - just astounding. The grounds are beautiful and lush. The apartment was very well furnished and had everything and more in the kitchen. The location was perfect and walkable to the town. The parking was so easy and convenient. We loved the sweet cats that came around, sadly for me, they never let me pet them. Chicca, our property manager is an absolute star! She was so friendly and helpful to all of our needs and questions. She was also so responsive and we really felt taken care of. Book the Little Gate and you will be so happy you did!

Superbe sauf le bruit

Emplacement ideal. Vue incroyable sur l ile de tavolara. Petite plage pratique et pas loin des plus belles plages. Commerce a proximité. Place de parking a côté. Cependant gros probleme d insonorisation car meme si le quartier est calme on entend les voisins du dessus et tous les passants dans la rue. Ca a pu gêné les enfants pour dormir. Par ailleurs vu le prix on pourrai s attendre a plus de confort (lave vaisselle, machine a café moderne, literie de meilleure qualité). La vue et le coucher de soleil qui embrase les falaises de l ile de tavolara font oublier ces désagréments.

Malheureusement, en raison d’un problème lié au service d’assistance, il est possible que des feuilles de remplacement inappropriées aient été fournies. Au lieu de cela, nous avons accueilli ses suggestions, fournissant une machine à café Nespresso, et nous évaluons la disponibilité d’un lave-vaisselle. En ce qui concerne les bruits, étant donné l'emplacement unique de la maison, c'est malheureusement un inconvénient que nous ne pourrons guère résoudre: étant sur la plage, il est normal de subir un bruit qui, jusqu'à présent, ne s'est jamais révélé excessivement gênant. Un lieu exceptionnel !!!!

Une plage pour nous seul (ou presque) au pied du jardin!!!! Les enfants et les parents ont adoré. Porto San Paolo est très calme en octobre, pas de foule de touristes donc nous avons profité de la région en toute tranquillité. Des vacances reposantes dans un endroit magique!!

Fantastique

Nous avons séjourné début du mois de mais chez Naima et Matteo. La maison est bien équipée et confortable. Le jardin est très bien entretenu. La cerise sur le gâteau est l'accès direct à la plage et la vue sur l'ile de Tavolara, c'est vraiment très beau. Les commerces sont accessibles à pied ainsi que les restaurants. je recommande vivement cette location.

Wer die Nähe zum Strand mag ist in dieser Unterkunft bestens aufgehoben, näher ist es kaum möglich. Die Unterkunft ist ein super Ausgangspunkt um die Strände und Umgebung zu erkunden. Gleich um die Ecke ist der kleine Hafen um ein Boot zu mieten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist super.

Das Highlight ist die Lage direkt am Strand! 10 Schritte und Du bist im Wasser. Reservierter Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Wir waren in der Vorsaison dort, sodass im Obergeschoss sowie im Nachbarhaus keine Gäste waren. Somit hatten wir unsere Ruhe und konnten uns auf der Terrasse mit dem großen Tisch unbeschwert aufhalten.Unser Rückflug war erst am späten Abend, sodass wir um einen längeren Aufenthalt bis in den späten Nachmittag gebeten hatten, welchem Mateo nachkam - kostenfrei - sehr nett!Die Ausstattung der Küche war komplett, es fehlte nichts um anständig zu kochen.Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer mit einem Ehebett (gut), zwei Einzelbetten und einem Bett mit ausziehbarem Zweitbett (letztere sehr einfach).Zwei Badezimmer mit Dusche, die aber nicht viel Wasserdruck haben.Fazit: Eine gute Unterkunft mit 1a Lage, wo wir uns für gut eine Woche mit 5 Erwachsenen sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Wunderschönes Ambiente: Meer vor der Türe, kleiner Garten, Restaurants, Hafen direkt in der Nähe. Gastgeber superfreundlich, Wohnung hat alles was man braucht.Allerdings: man wird jeden Morgen zwischen 6-6.30 Uhr von den vier nervösen Hunden in der Nachbarwohnung geweckt durch ihr lautes Bellen. Und man muss darauf gefasst sein, dass morgens um 8 Uhr unerwartet der Gärtner im Garten steht und einen Höllenlärm macht. Das ist leider für uns eine ziemliche Einschränkung gewesen, trotz aller sonstigen Schönheit! Leider.

Empfehlenswert mit kleinen Mängeln in der Wohnung

Schön war besonders die Lange. In der Wohnung hätten wir uns bequemere Betten( besonders in dem Jugendzimmer) eine strukturiertere Küchenausstattung und ein einfacheres Schließsystem (zu viele Schlüssel) gewünscht,

Die Größe, die Anordnung oder die Matratzen? In Bezug auf die Küche erhalten wir normalerweise positives Feedback über die Ausstattung. Was genau hat Ihnen gefehlt? Bezüglich der Schlüssel: Da es zwei Türen nach draußen gibt, haben wir leider keine Möglichkeit, daran etwas zu ändern. Una vacanza ottima, la comodità del mare ad un passo è impagabile, soprattutto con dei bambini, che hanno apprezzato e utilizzato moltissimo anche il giardino.

È stata un’esperienza fantastica. La posizione è incredibile, ci sono tanti servizi a pochi passi, la spiaggia pur piccolina è agevole l’acqua è pulita insomma indimenticabile!

Relax totale in paradiso

Ormai è il terzo anno che vado con gli amici in questa casa meravigliosa.Come le altre volte non bastano gli aggettivi per descrivere le emozioni che può dare chi ama il mare, il panorama che offre la struttura. Ultima chicca, questanno l'host ha aggiunto anche la lavastoviglie per offrire il massimo comfort agli ospiti. GRAZIE Matteo!!

Il paradiso in terra

È il terzo anno che con gli amici vado in questa casa eccezionale! È una casa curatissima, Matteo è un host attentissimo alle esigenze degli ospiti. Quest'anno ha aggiunto anche l'aria condizionata di cui peraltro non c'e stata necessità. CONSIGLIATISSIMA!!! Spero proprio di poter andare anche il prossimo anno.

Direkter am Wasser geht nicht!

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser komplett eingerichteten Wohnung. Über den kleinen Vorgarten besteht direkt Zugang zum Strand und so kann man jeden Morgen als erstes erfrischende Schwimmübungen absolvieren. Direkt neben dem Strandv befindet sich die kleine Piazza von Porto San Paolo, wo es ein sehr nettes Café („Aqua“) gibt, außerdem immer wieder kulturelle Veranstaltungen. Es ist immer etwas los. Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Quartier!
