Bienvenue dans ce joyau caché de Grand Cayman. Spotts Beach permet à la Beach Escape intacte de devenir une réalité. White Beach et Blue Sea vous attendent.
Kings Landing est une unité récemment rénovée de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain.
Conçu et décoré sur mesure pour permettre à nos clients de se détendre dans les meilleurs meubles.
2 chambres à coucher king et un canapé-lit queen permettent à toute la famille de dormir confortablement et le lit de jour patio est un autre endroit pour faire une sieste ou lire un livre.
Un patio couvert massif vous permet de profiter du plein air dans le confort de l'unité avec la plage à seulement quelques pas sur le chemin.
Les palmiers de plage apportent de l'ombre naturelle, tandis que la plage est équipée de chaises longues.
Venez profiter de notre belle maison, nous nous réjouissons de vous accueillir.
Il y a une piscine de l'autre cÎté de la rue pour l'instant car nous travaillons à la construction à quelques pas de cette unité de sortie.

The condo was beautiful! We loved the half screen/half glass window porch. It had space for our family to eat and relax in while it stormed. The beach was lovely with chairs for lounging, plenty of space for shade and sun. We snorkeled every day and saw many turtles, sting rays, and fish right from the beach. The condo had plenty of beach toys, noodles, and extra snorkel things.

We absolutely loved our stay at King’s Landing! The condo was exactly as it appeared in the listing - beautifully appointed with high quality finishes, furniture and water toys. We can’t say enough about the owner’s communication. Michelle is very proud of her property and does everything she can to make sure your stay is wonderful - answering questions and providing recommendations. There is a parking spot right out front, which makes it easy to unload/load bags. We loved the walkway from the back screened porch out to the beach. The 2 bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. High quality linens and towels are provided, including great beach towels. Michelle has thought of all of the things you may need. There were many beach toys: noodles, kayak and paddle board, although we didn’t use them. We did enjoy taking the 2 beach chairs to various spots on the island. Although we did some exploring, probably the most enjoyment came from waking up and walking on the beach, then snorkeling right off the beach to see fish and several sea turtles each day. Then we would lay on the beach loungers under the shade of palms and read and snooze the day away - absolute bliss! We loved having the private beach area away from the crowds of Seven Mile Beach. Often when it was choppier and windy in other areas it was much calmer at our beach. There is a grocery store and some restaurants close by, and then you’re a quick drive to other parts of the island. We would love to go back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Cayman Islands rental. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care and thought went into every detail. The decor was stunning—elegant, comfortable, and perfectly suited to the island vibe—making the space feel both luxurious and welcoming.The amenities were exceptional and truly had everything we needed (and more) for a relaxing stay. The home was spotless, well-organized, and fully equipped, making it easy to settle in and enjoy our time without any hassle.What really set this experience apart was the host. Condo has everything you need and situated in a great area. Beach is steps away with a screened in porch. This is the second time we’ve stayed at Coral Bay Village and we will continue to stay at these condos. Property management is great with communication with any questions you have!

Perfect Paradise

This was our second stay at Kings Landing, and it is our favorite vacation spot! The condo is immaculate and beautiful; it is fully stocked, and we cook all our meals there. The beach is amazing with sea turtles and crystal clear water. This is the equivalent of a 5 star hotel in my opinion!

Slice of Heaven

We had a fabulous stay at Kings Landing for Spring Break! The check-in process was easy and communication before and during our trip was fantastic. The place was wonderful. Great beach location but still able to drive to other places on the island all mostly under 30 minutes, very clean, well equipped, and quiet. We had a small leak in master bath and the plumber was there in less than 30 mins. Our week was busy and relaxing at the same time. Thanks so much for a fabulous week!

Fabulous stay!

We loved our week at this property. The beach (which is steps away) is beautiful. We snorkeled there almost every day and saw sea turtles! This location is nice and quiet but close to everything. Property managers were fantastic. Great communication, very friendly. Would love to stay here again.

Wonderful stay

We were very happy with this rental. 1 min walk to the beach , which is the best on the island in my opinion. Not crowded at all and if you like snorkeling
wow! Turtles every morning. The inside of the condo was very well done, lots of nice tile work and plenty of beach toys, rafts , snorkels , and canoes. Thank you, we will be back!

Nice quiet area

We loved our stay at this property. It's recently remodeled and quite beautiful. Perfect for two couples with king beds and both rooms. The kitchen was nicely stocked and lots of toys for the beach. I loved that they provided beach towels. The beach is just a short walk down a path and the turtles in front of the property are plentiful. Beds are a tricky situation in the rental world
 We felt the beds were way too firm for our taste, but it didn't impact our stay too much. Communication was a bit strange
 when interacting on vrbo, I later realized I think I was talking to the owner and when communicating on WhatsApp I think I was talking to the property manager. There was a bit of confusion where one person said talk to the other and the other said talk to another so that was a bit confusing. But again our stay was relaxing in this beautiful property.

Paradise!

We enjoyed our stay at King’s Landing!! We went with our friends and we were all in awe of how beautiful the unit was and that it was right on the beach. It couldn’t be in a better location. The area was quiet but easy to get to 7 mile beach and restaurants. The unit was well stocked with everything you need. Thanks again for allowing to stay at your little piece of paradise!

Great Stay!

Condo was immaculate, spacious and comfortable. The private beach was so beautiful and never crowded- can see the sunrises and sunsets! We were able to easily explore all parts of the island from this central location within 30 a minute drive. Good communication with property management and owner. Highly recommend!

Great week in Grand Cayman

My wife and I were very impressed with King's Landing condo. The renovations were obviously recent and well done. The unit was very well stocked. Property managers were very helpful without being overbearing. Spotts Beach is one of our favorites on the island. I would definitely recommend staying here.

All about the location

Nice property. The location at one of the best beaches on the island makes it perfect for anyone not wanting to tackle to brutal traffic near the west end beaches. Beach is quiet with beds to use and only a minutes walk from the back door. Great snorkelling spot and grocery stores close by. Well equiped kitchen and lots of towels! Only downside was the hidden parking exit on to the very busy road. You have to take tour life in yours hands a bit pulling out.

Great stay in Grand Cayman

Traveled to Grand Cayman for week vacation and stayed in Michelle's condo. Perfectly placed on the island between east and west bay so we were able to go either direction for excursions. Quiet private beach is a walk away to enjoy the sunsets. Overall a great experience and we would stay here again without thinking twice. Thanks Michelle, Melinda and Sandra!
