Cette maison unique est idéale pour de nombreuses combinaisons d'invités: une petite famille, un groupe d'amis ou des couples qui aiment passer des vacances ensemble mais préfèrent un peu d'intimité.

Dehors, vous êtes entouré de jardins tropicaux luxuriants et à seulement quelques pas de la belle mer des Caraïbes calme et douce. Cette région possède certains des meilleurs sites de plongée en apnée de l'île où vous aurez peut-être la chance d'apercevoir une tortue ou deux. Après un après-midi de jeu en mer, vous pourrez vous détendre et vous détendre au bord de la piscine tout en profitant de la brise tropicale chaude. Le chef du groupe propose un barbecue à gaz pour faire griller du poisson frais que vous pouvez acheter chez un pêcheur local.

La ville de Bodden est une zone historique en plein milieu de l'île. Perfect for 2 couples. Each floor has a complete apartment with downstairs big enough to be together. Clean, well equipped. The few issues were dealt with immediately by Scott. The beach is beautiful. Snorkeling right off shore. The pool a nice perk to cool down. Local restaurants provide a variety of food choices and the kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook for yourself. There is local transportation by the front door every 10-20 minutes, or rent a car. Easy to get around once you master the traffic circles. I would definitely book again.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here! The backyard set up was hands down the best part of the property! Absolutely stunning setting and loved the privacy. Sadly 3/4 days of our trip were rainy or fully overcast and we weren’t able to enjoy our time outdoors to the fullest but that was just our bad luck. The place had everything we needed and plenty of space. I do wish that the beds were more comfortable and there is a decent amount of road noise but we just used a sound machine to help drown it out. There is no handrail for the stairs going to the second floor which could be an issue for certain guests. The check in and out process was super easy. Overall we loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Very unique spot on the south part of the island. Water is a bit rougher than along 7 mile stretch but easily swimmable and enjoyable. Not as great as other spots for snorkeling because it is not as calm and clear. The front of the house is basically a 2 lane highway so getting in and out of the driveway was unnerving at times but we got used to it. In all, if you’re coming to grand cayman for the beach, this spot is worth checking out. We split up our week stay in 2 parts. Great way to take it all in.

The water can definitely be a bit more lively than Seven Mile Beach, but many guests love it for swimming and the natural beauty. Just to clarify, the road in front of the house is actually a neighborhood road with a 25 mph speed limit rather than a highway. That said, we always recommend taking care when entering and exiting the driveway, especially if it’s your first time on the island. We’re so happy you chose to split your stay and explore different parts of Grand Cayman—it’s a great way to experience everything the island has to offer. We’d love to host you again anytime!

The property is beautiful and well appointed. The location is pretty private, somewhat secluded by vegetation, however there is a bit of road noise and some construction in neighboring homes. There is walkable food and liquor from this location. Snorkelling was very good.

My husband and I are very particular. This house has the basics for your stay. The location is okay. We noticed a lot more traffic than years past. Definitely hard to pull in and out of if you rent a car. Chickens are obnoxious, but hey they are wild! Cleanliness was just okay. I’m sure we could have had a maid service come in and clean again but it was subpar on arrival. We chose not to complain but I thought about it. Grape Tree Cafe is the absolute best and convenient. Cayman Villa customer service is outstanding!!! Our flight was delayed several hours and our host Janice was in touch with us the entire time and even called the rental car company to let them know about our late arrival. She even offered to pick us up if we arrived too late to retrieve our car that night. Overall we are happy! Thank you Cayman Villas!

Perfect Location to Unwind and Relax in Private Setting

We stayed at this bungalow after 8 days in a luxury condo on seven mile Beach. Nice change away from the crowds and private beach setting was just what we needed. The bungalow is rustic and could use some updates but overall we enjoyed our stay, especially taking in the local restaurants which are much more reasonably priced than Seven mile Beach. Would stay again!

Would Stay Here Again

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit, and the property was as advertised -- very clean, separate bedroom areas for privacy, well appointed. We prefer to stay closer to 7-mile beach but were not disappointed with this location. Only negatives were road noise as the house is right on the street, and that blasted rooster that crowed every night.

Great quiet getaway

This house was great. Clean, comfortable and right on the beach with a very large beach front. Boddentown beach is good for snorkeling and with our swim shoes we were able to walk out and enjoy the water to swim. The pool is perfect for a couple. Private and with a great view. Away from hustle and bustle of 7 mile beach we really enjoyed this place. Definitely need a car!

Secluded property

The house was exactly how it was previewed online. Perfect private back yard with a pool and a great view thru the short path to the beach. Busy road out front but once out back a perfect paradise! Centrally located in the island so far enough from the tourist areas but still an easy drive to all the spots. We loved snorkeling behind the house. Also, a great chef has just opened a restaurant next door and will cater to whatever you want!

Great property!

Absolutely enjoyed my stay. The island is so beautiful the the house is on a great piece of property. You can enjoy a nice dip in the pool or the ocean and the outdoor space is all so great. I loved laying in the hammock or just lounging in the multiple seating areas in the yard. The house was great also, the only thing was the light situation was a little complicated to figure out. But overall, great house and amazing property!

Fantastic stay!

The house was clean and in good condition. As the houses to either side are empty (and apparently have been for years), the property was very quiet and private. While technically a public beach, we never saw anyone else on the beach and enjoyed a dip in the pool after being in the ocean. There was a bit of road noise, but it never bothered us. Word of advice, though, back into the driveway, makes it much easier to get out. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely out of the way oasis

The property looks exactly as advertised, and outfitted even better. We love to cook and hang out at after a busy day of scuba diving, and the kitchen was fantastic along with the new Weber Gas Grill. Our favorite part was spending time outside enjoying the beautiful ocean view, and watching the beautiful birds fly over along with the rooster, hen and chicks who live next door. Embrace the local culture, beautiful beaches and nearby restaurants. Serenity Sands is a little piece of heaven on earth.

Amazing vacation!

We spent a week here on this beautiful island and stayed at serenity Sands. We have two young children and could not have chosen a better place to stay. It was so amazing to be able to get up in the morning, make a coffee and walk to the beach to watch the sun rise. We all enjoyed the days playing on the beach, swimming and kayaking. The property itself was immaculate, clean and very comfortable. The back yard was everything you can ask for equipped with a BBQ, small pool, multiple areas where you can just lie down and relax and last but not least the beautiful ocean and private beach. Would revisit again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful location

The property is exactly as presented, with an amazing backyard pool, and a few more steps to a great beach. We spent 9 days here, and really enjoyed hanging out at the beach right behind the property and relaxing in the pool with the kids. The island has a lot to offer, so many beautiful beaches to visit, and this house is close to most of them. 7 mile beach is about 25 minutes and we did visit 1 time, it is worth the short drive for sure, just pack everything you need! We did a private boat excursion with Robert Soto, highly recommend this to really enjoy so many cool places in a 4 hour trip. The property manager is great, very responsive and was in contact with us as needed and quick to respond when I had a question.

Family Vacay

The house set up is perfect for our family. Allowing our two teenage boys a complete living space of their own upstairs. My husband and I found the mattress in downstairs bedroom extremely firm and uncomfortable. So the stay was great, but we didn’t sleep well. What the interior of the house lacks the backyard makes up for! The private area is absolutely lovely. The pool, the palm trees, the ocean….its a dreamy setting.
