Belle Maison sur Cedar Lake Leelanau N Shore à Leland, Mi

La maison est un cèdre construite sur mesure, deux étages walk-out, avec le niveau inférieur de marcher sur le bord du lac. Chaque étage dispose d'un grand, confortable salon dans le centre, chacun avec une belle vue sur le lac.

Le premier étage dispose de deux salles de bains et une grande chambre des maîtres et den avec un canapé dépliable. Il ya une grande salle de séjour confortable avec de belles fenêtres et un cèdre plafond voûté. Également à cet étage est une belle cuisine et salle à manger, ouvrant à une terrasse extérieure. Le deuxième étage, en plus de la salle de séjour, dispose de trois chambres et deux salles de bains. Il ouvre sur une terrasse et une passerelle vers le quai et le lac.

Leland se trouve entre le lac Michigan et North Lake Leelanau, une belle et grande lac intérieur. Notre maison est dans un endroit privé sur la rive ouest de North Lake Leelanau - idéale pour la baignade, le canotage, le kayak, ou tout simplement assis sur le pont et profiter de la superbe vue sur l'eau. Leland et le lac Michigan sont à une courte marche de la maison. Leelanau County, qui est le «petit doigt» de la péninsule inférieure du Michigan (dans le coin nord-ouest), est un superbe endroit et un endroit merveilleux à visiter. Il est une mosaïque de belles fermes de cerisiers, vignes, collines boisées et spectaculaire rive du lac Michigan et les plages.

Il est également la maison de la Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore qui contient miles et des miles de plages magnifiques et spectaculaires dunes de sable. Dans Leland vous pouvez profiter de boutiques, de nombreux restaurants et historique Fishtown. De Fishtown il ya des excursions de pêche charter disponibles, ou un service de traversier à deux îles (Manitous), partie de la Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. Everything was perfect with our stay. Place was very beautiful and had everything we needed and very clean. Location was perfect - walking distance to Fishtown and very close to an EV charger at the golf course and a small park on the beach. Highly recommend.

Perfect Leelanau Peninsula Getaway

Absolutely loved our stay! Perfectly located within walking distance to Fishtown and Leland shopping. Short drive to Suttons Bay, Northport, Traverse City, etc. The home is well stocked, very comfortable and has everything you could need or want to enjoy a family vacation.

Our family get-together was wonderful! The house was as described, with plenty of space for 11 people. The kitchen was well stocked and there were toys and books for the kids. The lake views were beautiful. The dock had lots of space for chairs, and the upper deck was roomy and comfortable. We could walk to downtown Leland. The dunes are beautiful. All in all, it was a great get-away.

Beautiful property super close to downtown Leland! This was a great, spacious place for two families to enjoy a long weekend together. There is a mini crib and a pack n'play as well as a baby gate for the top of the stairs and a closet with toys for kids of various ages. The host was accommodating and easy to communicate with. The kitchen was well-stocked. The view, the dock, the fire pit...all lovely! We had a fantastic trip and would love to return.

Wonderful stay!

Spacious, comfortable, well-equipped home comfortable for 9 adults + 2 infants (and could have hosted more!) We loved the dock and ease to the water, the bonfire bit, many spots to hangout (deck, living room, patio downstairs). 2 separate living areas perfect for having infants.

Although the weather was cold low to mid 60’s, we had a great time. We loved the view of Lake Leelanau from the back windows. The lake water is so clear. Also we enjoyed walking to Fish Town to shop and eat ice cream at the Harbor House. We visited Van’s Beach on Lake Michigan too. We walked the shores in search of the famous Petoskey rock. We found a couple of them plus some other interesting rocks. Thank you for a wonderful stay at your cottage!

Beautiful lake front home

This home was perfect for our group of 6 mature adults. The setting is very pretty and close to shopping and restaurants. It is neat as a pin and very clean with a well-stocked kitchen. The owner was accessible and easy to communicate with. If you are looking for a home to gather with friends or family, this home is for you!

Great home!

We rented this house for my daughter's wedding. We had 7 adults and we had plenty of room for everyone. The home was very clean. The owner was easy to communicate with and we had everything we needed. To make it even better we had beautiful weather for the wedding on the beach by Lake Michigan. I would highly recommend this rental.

Comfortable lake house

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the property. Typically, houses in wooded areas have some bugs or spider webs inside. I saw no evidence of this. The host takes pride in the property. Plenty of kitchen items, full size fridge, plenty of seating. We brought our own Keurig pod style coffee machine but there is a brewer there. Downstairs is cold, even in summer. I didn’t sleep downstairs but my family who did needed sweatshirts and extra blankets at night. Perhaps a space heater downstairs would solve the issue. All in all, a fabulous property. We’d stay again. Great location walking distance to town.

The house and location worked very well for our group. The house is close to Leland, has lakefront access and is secluded from the neighboring houses by vegetation , even though they quite close on both sides. The property contact responded quickly to our few questions.

Perfect springtime trip

We had a wonderful trip to Leland - so lucky because the cherries and the trillium were blooming. House is very well equipped with everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment and also cooking basics (always a bonus). We loved that Loftus cottage was clearly a family home. Location was excellent- easy walk into Leland. Weekend family wedding.

We came for a small family wedding in Northport. This was such a good experience. We were so pleased with this beautiful home. It's a very peaceful property with a gorgeous lakeview. We had two families together and it was a wonderful place to spend the weekend. We enjoyed our family time sitting on the dock and having our bonfires in the evening. It was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. This is the first time we've rented a house, it was easy and we were so pleased, we loved looking at all the family photos on the walls. We know this house has been filled with love. We would definitely go back again. The only negative is the check out time. We didn't get to bed until after 1:30 am and had to be out by 10:00 am. Not easy getting a group up and out so early after a wedding, a little stressful, but they all did it for me. We all loved this house!

Amazing

Excellent place Such attention to detail The only thing that wasn’t awesome was the weather. My son has autism and this place was perfect for him. The host was responsive and helpful. The dock was perfect for our small sailboat. The sandy beach was walking distance as was downtown. I would stay here again. Reminder to anyone who likes to grill to bring charcoal. We forgot to bring it.

Ten out of ten!

This was the best rental experience we’ve ever had. Fantastic family house on a beautiful lake. Close to town. The owner was very helpful and the house was extremely clean and well organized. We hope to stay here again (if we are lucky enough it find any open dates!)

My parents built this waterfront home in the resort village of Leland in 1990 so that our family could have a place to gather in the summer. It is beloved by all members of our family as a relaxed and beautiful place to get together.
