Situé sur les vastes rives du lac des Ozarks à Sunrise Beach, MO. Parfait pour la navigation de plaisance, la pêche, le golf et le shopping. Notre maison a une vue imprenable et est à seulement 15 min de la plage Osage, du golf grossier, des bars et des restaurants.
La maison comprend 5 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain et votre propre grande terrasse !! La maison dispose de son propre quai privé pour la baignade, le stationnement des bateaux ou tout simplement pour se détendre. Captain Rons, Paradise, Frank et Louies sont à quelques minutes.
C'est vraiment l'endroit idéal pour passer de merveilleuses vacances au lac des Ozarks !!!

Clean house, and nice dock on the water. The place is spacious. Two upstairs bedrooms had window/wall AC units, rest of house had central air. Good communication with the owner when I had a couple of questions. The open slip in the dock doesn't have any cleats for securing our rented pontoon down, but I made the posts on the structure work. We did hiking in two state parks, cave tour (Bridal caves, it was so-so), putt-putt, and pontoon rental and tubing (Pirates Point is close for rentals). Was considering renting kayaks but the lake is so expansive and often choppy in the main areas due to boat traffic and busy-ness, we decided against it.

We had a great stay at this property and would definitely come back! The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was fantastic very responsive, easy to work with, and made the whole experience smooth.There were just a couple of small things worth mentioning. The front door key was tucked under the mat rather than being in the lockbox, which was a little unexpected. We also noticed some trash under the bed in one of the downstairs bedrooms and under the bunk beds upstairs. Other than those minor things, the property was very clean and well kept.Parking can be a little tight if you're bringing multiple vehicles and a boat trailer. We had two vehicles and an empty 32-foot boat trailer, so space was definitely limited. Thankfully, the neighbors were absolutely awesome! They allowed us to park our trailer in front of their storage unit at the top of the hill, which freed up a lot of space and made it easier for everyone else to get through.Also, despite what some of the other reviews say, THEY DO HAVE SHOWER TOWELS! So no need to bring your own based on those reviews.We stay at different places all around the lake multiple times throughout the year, and this is one we would happily return to. Great location, great house, wonderful neighbors, and a fantastic host. We will definitely be back!

Perfect

This was the perfect location for a get away. The directions in were a little confusing but once there everything was great. We actually spent more time at the house than planned because we were enjoying it so much! Best stocked rental I’ve ever stayed at and air conditioner that could keep up with the MO summer. Host was great communicator on anything that arose. Could not recommend more!

Stayed for a week with my family of 12. I have lots of feedback and I will start with the not so good first; The main level flooring creaks like a 100 year old farmhouse.The room a/c units are very loud.The bathroom door is very hard to open/close - I suspect due to the humidity but needs fixing.The shower goes hot/cold/hot if any other water is being used.The kitchen utensils are unsufficient for 12 guests.The boat dock is infested with spiders and spider webs.The outdoor trash cans had nothing securing the lids so trash had to be cleaned up daily from the racoons getting in the cans.Both outdoor grills were very dirty.The good stuff;Location is good with shops, restaurants, boat rental nearby.Parking was good - we had 4 cars no problem.Plenty of room/seating for dinner/meals with 12 people.Having access to the boat dock at the house was great. We were able to dock the rental pontoon with no issues.Swimming/fishing/sunset from the dock was great.The area of the lake near the property is calm on weekdays but very busy on weekends. Constant loud boat traffic all day saturday and sunday but that is to be expected.The family had a great time and overall felt it was better than expected.

A few issues

Gorgeous property with lots of space. Our family had a good time overall, however we did have a few issues. 1) We were expected to take our trash 15 miles down the road and pay to have it taken. The trash cans out front were completely full when we arrived. This was very frustrating when we have littles. It was not pleasant to load trash in the back of our car. (We did not find out this detail until a few days before our arrival). 2) One of the beds broke the first night just simply by one adult sitting on it. Although the manager said they would try to fix it, it was not fixed during our 4 night stay. Overall it was a nice house and beautiful property, but there were a few hiccups.

Fall Fun

A weekend fall fun family getaway. House was comfy cozy for two families. Home had great views both inside and outside. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Everything we needed, including beautiful weather. We took our own boat and enjoyed the lake and distance to a few lakeside restaurants. Owner was quick to answer questions. Highly recommended this property.

Nice get away

The house was beautiful and just as expected. Check in/out was very easy. We enjoyed our stay. A few unexpected rules that weren't listed as part of the initial listing. It all worked out great and our group had a great time.

Good overall

I was disappointed that towels were not provided for this level of home. I use VRBO frequently and had never experienced that and didn’t know until a few days prior to stay. Expecting us to pay to dispose of trash is also a little much at this cost of home. The house was nice and provided a lot of seating.

Summer getaway

House was on the water with a boat dock. Clean and ready when we arrived. Nice size deck to relax on in the evenings. Would stay here again.

Great location! Beautiful house!

We had a fantastic time at the lake house! The house itself was even better than we expected. We had a small group but it would be perfect for a larger family/group as well. It's located about 5 or 6 minutes from a large grocery store and maybe 8 or 9 minutes from a fantastic marina at Pirate's Point. There is also a dollar store and a couple gas stations within that area as well. The dock is where we spent most of our time and it was exactly what we were looking for. A large dock with a large swim dock on the side. There is an area on the swim dock that's roughly 26ft X 10ft that gets sun all day in july when it's not cloudy. The rest of the dock provides plenty of shade around the two boat slips. The dock also had a lot of space between the two neighboring docks for lots of room to swim and fish. The neighbors on both sides were extremely friendly as well. You do need to bring bath towels and maybe a couple camping chairs for down on the dock but otherwise this lake house had everything we needed. The kitchen is stocked with pretty much every kind of utensil and cookware you'd need to make a meal. I definitely recommend this lake house!

First experience with VRBO

We had 3 different families staying in the house with enough room for everyone to have their own space. The master bed and bunks were comfy but the other beds could be a little higher quality. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need for meals. It was nice to have the washer and dryer to wash some clothes so we didn't have to pack too much. The kids brought their poles and spent most of the time fishing and swimming off the dock. This house is on the main channel but it's the quieter end of the lake so it wasn't too rough. Bring your floaties. Remeber to bring all your own towels since there aren't any. This was our first experience with a rental vacation home and I was very pleased with everything.
