Nephews wedding weekend

This was a great house and location. Close to both the Rehearsal and wedding location. Great are aro walk our two little dogs too. Only one suggestion is getting a couple little outdoor chairs and little tables would be great for back area. Loved playing ping pong upstairs too.

Beware of staircase!!!

Stayed for a long weekend for a family wedding. All sleeping rooms are upstairs and the staircase is long and steep and the handrails are hard to hold and only on one side of staircase. The flooring on the stairs are a laminate and the footing is slippery. If anyone in your party as mobility issues or if you have small children AVOID!!!The property was less than clean. Oven was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned is some time. The bathrooms needed a good bleaching as there was mildew in a few of the showers. The walls were also filthy and are in dire need of a new coat of paint. Additionally, the bed linens are starting to age and should be replaced. Also, if you need to use heat, the heating unit is extremely noisy making it difficult to sleep. The location is excellent and we felt very safe. Parking was great and the driveway will accommodate 2 vehicles.

UTSW Graduation

Our family really enjoyed staying at this home in order to attend my daughter's masters graduation from UTSW. Having the garage was awesome to stage a move from an apartment locally to coming home to Arizona.The management was very responsive to any issues. I would stay here again if I ever need that much room in Dallas.

A great spot together with friends With an amazing Location!

We had such an amazing stay Here! This place is the perfect location for anyone looking for a getaway to Dallas. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! Home is even better than the pictures and there’s plenty of space for everyone to hang out comfortably. We will definitely be booking this place again!

Large Space but Showing Wear

Nice kitchen and living room for hanging out but as others have said the property is really starting to show some wear. Outdoor space is small and has a single chair.

Great location, easy to get to, and close to some great food and shopping.

Overall the stay was pleasant. Beds are comfortable. It is well equipped. I will say that it has some very visible wear and tear. Walls are pretty dirty (they are white and show everything) Loved the openness, could use some actual outdoor seating. The backyard is not spacious at all. (The description on property details says it’s large and has lounge furniture. It does not) I would stay again though.

I was in town for a conference. Enjoyed the property. Communication with the property manager was great. I would love to stay again when i have more time to truly enjoy the property. Route to the convention center was easy.

B Day/Friends Reunion

This property was AMAZING! It is centrally located to all the restaurants and venues we wanted go in the Downtown Dallas area and was 15 minutes from Love Field and 30 minutes from DFW Airports. Everything about this property and furnishings were Top Notch!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY:))

Perfect Spot for Convention

The four of us found this house to be the perfect spot for our convention at the Kay Bailey Convention Center. Just a 10-minute drive to the convention and the house is one mile from awesome bars and restaurants! Loved it!

I now part own and operate 9 short term rentals in Dallas, San Antonio, Houston and Nashville. This property was my home for four years and absolutely LOVED the location. To me, its perfect. I can get in and out very easily and take a short Uber ride to anywhere downtown.

My wife and I love to stay at our home with our 2 young daughters. We have a park right behind for them to run around and they love going to the aquarium and zoo. We are very blessed to own this home and look forward to sharing with you!

For larger groups that want to be under a single roof but not too crowded, this place is perfect for you. Features a spacious floor plan, over-sized kitchen and living room, backyard and patio, and 4 bedrooms plus a game/flex room. Just furnished in Oct 2019, guests will be staying in a brand new home with all high quality appliances. Please read below for a more detailed layout:

First Floor - Large living room with 60 inch TV, sofa, full size futon, dining room table, fire place and access to the backyard patio and grill. Kitchen is loaded with high quality appliances and a giant counter top island. A small office area and half bath are also located on the first floor near the garage.

Second Floor - Upon walking up the stairs you will notice the game/flex room with a ping pong table, large TV and a day bed. The master bedroom features a king size bed, private balcony, large TV and en suite bathroom. Across the hall is bedroom #2 with a king size bed, large TV and en suite bathroom. Bedrooms #3 and #4 both have two twin beds and share a large bathroom.

2 Cars may park in the garage, 2 cars in driveway and plenty of street parking is also available. If you have any additional questions about the layout please reach out.
