The home is a 5 bed/4 bath with plenty of parking. Centrally located just of 635 in a safe and quiet 1960's style neighborhood, allowing for easy access to almost all areas of DFW.

Hosted Thanksgiving dinner after Cowboy game. Had plenty of room to eat and visit. Plenty of room to find a private or quiet area to talk. Large safe backyard for kids to play.

Everything about this place was amazing! We celebrated my dad’s 70th birthday . It couldn’t have been more perfect. The space was clean, convenient, and beautifully set up for what we needed. The owners were kind, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly.The neighborhood was peaceful, and the overall atmosphere made the day even more special. It truly felt like home. Awesome place to stay!

My family and I just wanted to get away and spend quality time. This was a great place. Anytime we went out to do something it was only 15 to 20 min away. Easy access to food , skating, bowling, Traders Village, shopping, and a good variety of food!

Fantastic Dallas Getaway!

We celebrated my son's graduation from SMU and brought in our extended family. This was the perfect spot for a family gathering. Clean, spacious, inviting, and quick access to SMU. From the little details like great towels and a plethora of bottled waters waiting for us, the owners are spot on. Thank you!

Wedding Party

We rented the space to accommodate family and friends of the wedding party. There was plenty of room and beds for everyone. Any questions were answered quickly. The property is beautiful with a rustic charm. We would highly recommend and would use the property again!

Great place for hosting friends

The property was very clean and was definitely enjoyed by my friends and family who visited. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. There was a slight hiccup during the stay where the AC was struggling to keep a cool temperature during the evening inside the house. But overall I would recommend this property for anyone hosting friends and family for a small event. The hosts Matthew & Callyn were very responsive and definitely helped us during the whole stay and the checkout process when we had to extend for a bit.

Nice and Comfortable

My family was in Dallas to celebrate my oldest brother's birthday! This house was nice, spacious and comfortable for all 12 of us including kids. Unfortunately it was cold so we didn't utilize the back patio, but it was a cute set up. The owners communicated in a timely fashion anytime I had question! If I could give more stars I would. Highly recommend if you're staying in this area! If I'm ever back in this area would rent again!

Thanksgiving to Remember

I got this place to house some family and host thanksgiving there. This place was perfect! I had 25 people for thanksgiving. I had to bring more tables and chairs to accommodate the size of the group but to fit them all in was very easy with the size of the open concept kitchen/dining/living. Also, there was more than enough counter space for all the food that was being served. My family that stayed there loved it. Almost everyone had there own bathroom and bedroom. It is very spacious. If you needed to get anywhere, this house is very close to 635 and 35. I am thinking of booking this space just to have a large party!

Spacious 2500 sq foot, recently renovated, 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a corner lot with large fenced and gated back yard and parking BUT if you're needing something in the same area but just a little smaller OR your group could use 2 houses within 0.5 miles of one another, we also have a 4 bed, 3 bath that also sleeps 16 people. This other property is better suited for groups with multiple children as there is a bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds, toys, books and a TV dedicated to the bunk room. The back yard has a HUGE grass area with a FIRE PIT perfect for s'mores. In this property there is 1 king, 2 queens, 1 full, 1 futon and 6 twins- let us know if we can help you book this property.
