La maison est entiÚrement meublée et dispose d'une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, laveuse et sécheuse, terrasse, cour arriÚre clÎturée, garage pour une voiture, une grande allée pour les voitures supplémentaires et un systÚme de sécurité sur place. La chambre principale a un lit king size, la deuxiÚme chambre a un lit queen size et la troisiÚme chambre a deux lits jumeaux et est également en transition directe vers la cuisine sans mur entre les deux.

Perfect Resort Destination

Very clean. The perfect house for our situation with the pool and fenced in yard. Beds were super comfortable. Close to beach and restaurants. Neighborhood nice to walk in. Laundry amenities were wonderful to have.

Home away from home

Me and my kids loved the pool. Plus liked how the house had two bathrooms so I did not have to share my bathroom with the boys. The house was close to everything. Plus my kids made friends with the next door neighbors kids. It was just nice to be laid back and relax. Would definitely come back to the house for another vacation.

Recommended!

We needed a dog friendly place for the holidays. This property is well kept, it's comfortable, and there's a pool. The owner was very responsive, and gave very clear instructions. There were stocked Staples like shampoo, soap, laundry detergent. One of the best rental properties experiences I've had. I would highly recommend this property for dog owners in the area. We'll be back!

Overall great experience As described Two things need improvement Ants at kitchen sink Backyard had not been cleaned of dog feces and there was a bunch - pitted my dogs up with plastic bags . It would have been nice to have a shovel available.

Overall, Mariya was very responsive and accommodating. In reading others reviews I had a different impression of the property. It was clean, however the pictures of the size of the property was definitely deceiving. The property lists a “third bedroom”, which is actually not a bedroom at all but two Twin beds right next to the kitchen, so just be mindful there will be no privacy for those that stay there. Also for those that have young children please be aware that there are no locks on any of the bedroom doors or the door that leads to the garage. As mentioned, the place was nice but I would not rate it as 5 stars as others have.

Alright

Our stay was pleasant. The house was clean and basic (which we liked since we have four children
less stuff for them to break â˜ș). There are 2 beds right by the kitchen just as shown in the pictures. Our 8 and 10 yo daughters enjoyed sleeping there. The backyard is fenced which was great for our dog, however, it lacks privacy. It’s surrounded by other houses with no trees to block the view. Not a huge deal for us, but would’ve been nice to have a little more privacy. The kids loved the pool. The neighborhood was older with some well maintained homes, and some homes that were not. Overall, our stay was alright. We felt like it was a little overpriced for what we got. The host was great! Mariya had great communication and was very quick to respond. Thanks for hosting us!

Perfect Fit

The property was exactly as described. It’s in a convenient location to Ft Pierce and Jensen. In between US1 & I95. The room situation was perfect for what we needed. The couch was comfy. The bed in the master was extremely comfortable. The pool was great. Loved the fenced in yard as it was perfect for our 2 large dogs. Accepting 2 large dogs was hard to find and we are glad we found this property. There are always “negatives” to find. But neither negative warrants anything less than a 5 Star Rating. 1) I wish the dogs could have gotten into the pool, as our 13 year old loves the water. But we understand the reasoning behind it and knew it was a rule before booking. 2) The master shower could use some new tile work. It appeared to have been tiled in a hurry. HOWEVER, the water pressure was amazing and the shower was extremely roomy. Our host was extremely responsive before, during, & after checkout. We will 100% stay here again if we have to stay in this area.

Quick getaway stay

We traveled to Florida to purchase a home there, and needed a last minute place to stay. Our needs were few...pet friendly, space for us to work our daily jobs, clean, bedroom and bathroom. This place turned out to be great for our needs. The owner was quick to respond to inquiries. I have nothing bad to say about the property. The padding on top of the King bed was a little funky - but the bedding was really soft and pretty. The only comment is that, while not bad (nor did I feel unsafe walking our dogs), the neighborhood is mixed with oddities.

Excellent vacation. House did not disappoint. Great property if you are traveling with dogs. Walkable neighborhood. Dog friendly neighbors. Easy access to property off Crosstown Expressway. Pool was a plus.

Wonderful stay

Wonderful week in Florida and close to the baseball fields, the reason for our stay. The property was exactly as advertised. The house was VERY CLEAN, the pool and lanai were super relaxing. The property manager, Marlya was AMAZING, communication VERY timely. Would stay again!!!!!!!

Great vacation in Port St Lucie with friends for Christmas

Affordable & Clean Property

This property was super clean and Mariya was a great host. My grandkids had a blast in the pool and loved the floats and pool toys. Terrific location, and close to Jensen Beach. We hope to stay again!!!

From communication with home owner to extreme cleanliness, this house exceeded our expectations for our family of 5! Quiet, nice neighborhood. Great pool! Great location for us as we checked out Jensen Beach nearby, Vero Beach and Jupiter. Fenced backyard was peace of mind as we traveled with our dog! House had all we could have wanted included(coffee pot, dish soap, pots and pans, shampoo, soaps etc ) Very highly recommended! Thanks for allowing us a great vacation in Southern Florida!

Great location and home

My husband and I stayed several weeks while looking for a home in PSL. The house was very comfortable and the pool was refreshing. Mariya was very responsive to any questions and we enjoyed our stay greatly! Recommend for long or short stays. Quiet neighborhood and very dog friendly.

House hunting

This property was perfect for what we needed. We came from Washington state to look and buy a house. Quiet neighborhood, was able to sit by the pool and read with no noise. Bed in master bedroom super comfortable. Would stay here again.
