Bring the whole family to this timeless 1930's Craftsman's home with lots of room for fun & gorgeous separate guest home. The perfect family & pet-friendly vacation home in the heart of Downtown Stuart just 10 minutes to the beach and 3 minutes to an amazing family-friendly park!

The Space

Walk up the country-style entrance to the large wrap-around front porch, where you will find an outdoor dining table for 4 and a lovely tropical seating area.

THE LIVING ROOM

The living room is cozy and warm with its 1938 Pine flooring & Cypress ceilings, you will love the warm woods & historic fireplace & French doors. You will find a large L-shaped sofa with a smart app streaming T.V. and a sound bar. The T.V. offer cable channels also.

To the left of the living room is another seating area with 4 Adirondack style armchairs surrounding the historic fireplace and a cabinet filled with games.

THE DINING ROOM

The dining room is off the living room space & kitchen for easy service and has seating for 6 guests. Surrounded by the rich warm woods and large windows, it's a wonderful place to dine with family and friends.

THE KITCHEN

A lovely Farmhouse kitchen with white cabinetry and pops of unique blue countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped with a drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, and all the necessary glassware and dinner service.

THE BEDROOMS

Primary Bedroom sits at the end of the hallway. It has a King bed, lots of closet space and an en-suite bathroom.

The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen bed with a Cypress wood ceiling and a true rustic farmhouse feel.

The 3rd Bedroom is a trundle bedroom which can sleep 2 guests. There is a personal desk with desk chair for remote workers or students.

THE BATHROOMS

The beautifully upgraded Primary bathroom has a marble double sink vanity and a bath/ shower combination decorated with new marbled tiles. There is a hairdryer, small shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided.

The 2nd Bathroom is shared between bedrooms 2 & 3. There is a step in the shower.

THE LAUNDRY

There is a Maytag washer & dryer in the laundry area and we supply all the detergents and cleaning products needed.

ADDITIONAL EXTRAS

We have a pack n play with sheets and a high chair. There are also baby/ toddler/ kids books and some toys.

THE PRIVATE GUEST HOUSE

The stunning newly upgraded private Guest House is located outside the main house and attached to the pool deck. With a comfortable King Bed, Cypress wood ceilings, living room area with Smart TV & Wi-Fi, kitchenette with fridge, toaster oven, coffee maker, ice maker and counter seating. There is a white wicker dining set for 4, an additional sitting area and an en suite bathroom with a shower.

THE OUTDOORS

The outdoors is amazing! There is a lovely pool (which can be heated upon request and daily fee) with 4 pool loungers fully fenced in overlooking the yard. There are some pool floats and beach towels provided. There is a firepit area surrounded with Adirondack chairs under the gorgeous trees.

THE SHED

Inside the shed you will find beach chairs & umbrellas for the beach conveniently located minutes away.

PETS

We welcome pets with a paid non-refundable pet fee per pet. Max 2 allowed. (only dogs, no cats). Please pick up after you pets and keep them off the furniture if possible. The backyard is fully fenced.

THINGS TO NOTE:

Must be 30 or older to book.

Upon booking, we require a copy of the booking guest’s driver’s license and a signed rental agreement.

Smoking is not permitted inside the home.
