Cette maison de 4 chambres à coucher et 3 salles de bains, entièrement meublée, comprendra toutes les commodités que vous attendez, elle comprendra une cuisine en granit avec tous les nouveaux appareils et tout le confort de la maison. Et pour une réflexion tranquille, il y aura une terrasse du salon avec une vue magnifique sur l'eau pour siroter votre café du matin. Les chambres ont des portes coulissantes en verre qui s'ouvrent sur la terrasse couverte.

Située au bout d'une rue sans issue tranquille, la maison s'installera au bord d'un canal. Un vaste bassin est disponible pour un bateau de 30 '. Place pour garer 1 remorque. Apportez votre propre bateau ou louez-en un parmi plusieurs locations de bateaux à proximité.

L'emplacement de la maison est idéal pour des excursions dans le récif et dans les eaux de l'arrière-pays. Il n'y a pas de ponts bas pour encombrer votre accès direct à l'océan. Looe Key Reef, célèbre dans le monde entier, offre une des plongées les plus spectaculaires aux États-Unis! Certaines des espèces que vous verrez le plus probablement seront, tortues, mérous de Goliath, anges, perroquets et puffeurs, pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns. Un peu plus loin dans les eaux profondes, vous rencontrerez les meilleures activités de pêche sportive que seules les îles de la Floride peuvent offrir.

Pour les propriétaires, nous sommes idéalement situés à quelques minutes en voiture de Key West et de Marathon. Keys Retreat

Beautiful modern home, nice amenities, easy access to convenience store, excellent restaurants, liquor store, etc. , very nice pool, always a nice breeze, best of all is the view from the living room, kitchen, gathering room.

Cudjoe Bay

Beautiful house. Very clean. Well stocked with towels, soaps, paper items. Beautiful views from sunrise to sunset. The pool and kayaks were a huge plus. However, the 32 steps to the MAIN living area from one’s car is a big downfall - groceries, luggage, etc. The main floor (top floor) was very warm because not all the window coverings had been installed allowing direct sun into the living area for 6-8 hours/day. There were no screens on any doors or windows on the main floor keeping doors and windows closed most of the time due to small irritating insects. Initially upon arrival before we were aware of the above mentioned issues, we asked to rebook for the same period in 2023 only to find out that this booking had already been pulled out from under us by the owner without asking us if we were even interested.

Thank you for the 5 start review! The property really is something amazing. I am so sorry I didn’t explain that the top floor has a separate cooling system and can be set to compensate for all the glass doors! The remaining two window coverings are on order. We do have screens for all of the doors, but only put them on in a couple areas as we feel that it impedes the view a bit. Perhaps we’ll put them on a couple on the top floor so it can be opened up further. Especially sorry that we took a booking for the same month next year, as we didn’t know there was an interest…. My apologies. Thank you for the feedback. It helps us continue to make our place even better!

Nice with lots of rules in the contract

Beautiful home- but neighbors spy & walk with dogs or bike ride & phone the owner with reports. The owner calls & says cussing is reported, paddles weren’t beside the kayaks, visitors can’t park in the street. It was so stressful we were afraid to do anything in case we got a call warning of breaking rules.- there’s cameras outside. Don’t do anything wrong or you’ll pay dearly for it. This was the worst vacation we’ve had in 14 years In the keys- No visitors, no more than two cars- and neighbors who spy & report your Every move! Owner is trying to charge exorbitant fees bypassing VRBO- we reported him.

Oh my goodness. In 23 years of owning a vacation rental, this was only the 2nd time I had to keep any security deposit. This was my worst experience to date. The original guests were wonderful for the first two weeks they were there. Unfortunately, at some point they entrusted their adult children and their friends to stay at the house and went home. The neighbors did call twice. Once to let me know there were 7 cars in the street and loud obnoxious behavior including profanity and the guests urinating in the yard. The second call was to report trash blowing around from 14 overflowing containers and bags of trash left behind. I am uncertain what is meant by exorbitant fees. The damages were in excess of $3000. I only asked them to forfeit their $1000 security deposit to pay for a list of damages to the property, not for breaking the rules. I did call the guest directly to discuss the damages prior to reporting to VRBO, rather than withholding the security deposit through VRBO without communicating. We do have 2 security cameras on the exterior of the house, that do not cover the pool area. The cameras are not monitored or checked unless there’s a problem. All of our communications clearly state no more than 2 cars and no more than 8 persons in the house. There is no hidden agenda. We would much rather not share the house, than have this situation. We love sharing our house with responsible people. It is an exclusive experience and not intended for the type of group that disregards most all of the rules and common respect for both the property and the neighbors. Breathtaking views and convenient to Key West.

Our stay in the enchanting Cudjoe Key home exceeded all expectations, offering an ideal retreat for several reasons. Firstly, its location, a mere 35 minutes from downtown Key West, provided convenience without sacrificing tranquility. The breathtaking panoramic views from every room elevated our experience, creating a constant connection with the stunning surroundings. The proximity to various restaurants and bars, ranging from 5 to 30 minutes away, offered diverse culinary delights. Our leisurely walks or bike rides to the Morning Joint for coffee and sandwiches, as well as the nearby Square Grouper, added a delightful local touch to our stay. The heated pool, consistently at a comfortable 87 degrees, became our haven for relaxation and lounging. Communication with the owner was seamless, ensuring our needs were met throughout our stay. The sunrise spectacle each morning, visible from the front of the house, was a breathtaking start to our days. The inclusion of two tandem kayaks allowed us to explore the shallow waters effortlessly, reaching the nearby island with ease. Enjoying the mesmerizing sight of pelicans gracefully navigating the winds became a cherished pastime on the porch. It's important to note the property's multiple steps, which, while expected and manageable for us, might pose a challenge during tasks like unpacking or grocery runs for some. Despite this, we would unquestionably rebook this property for its unique charm, and overall delightful experience.
