The view of the lake was gorgeous! We loved having coffee each morning and looking out at Lake Erie. The owner of the property was also very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Friendly host

Great host and great location, few minutes drive to downtown. Recommend to come to the island between may-sep. we stayed on October and many place has closed. Thanks for the noon check out flexibility. Wish the building roof remodeling people did not come during the guest stay. It could be dangerous when the top stuff drop to the head. The cleanness of stairs needs attention. The property itself is clean

Great property!

The property is in a great location-close to town but quiet. Chris is an amazing host. He answered all my questions promptly. And they thought of lots of small touches that made the condo even better. Live flowers on the balcony, luggage racks to put suitcases on, spice rack with spices in the kitchen, etc. The view is perfect. The condo nice and clean. I would recommend Chris and the property!

Nice Condo with a view

We picked this as a little getaway for our anniversary. It was a nice condo for the 2 of us. A little walk from the main road so it was nice and quiet. Beautiful view! Kitchen had all we needed. The Brita pitcher in the fridge was a nice touch so we didn’t need to buy water bottles. Also had coffee for the coffee pot and Keurig. Very clean! We had an enjoyable stay.

Perfect Little Getaway

We enjoyed staying here! It was perfect for us! The view off the balcony is amazing! Chris (the manager of the condo) was very helpful along the way! He answered any questions that we had and helpful tips for the island was great too! The condo was cleaned up and ready when we arrived! We actually got access sooner than our check in time which worked out great! You will love it here!

Perfect location and very nice.

Would have liked a better a/c set up but it did work ok. Glad I brought my dishwasher (husband) along! Neither were a big deal just a surprise.

April showers bring May flowers.

Chris was so helpful and nice. Easy to work with. Checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo was perfect with beautiful view. The only disappointment for me was the weather-rainy with high winds so i couldn’t sit outside on balcony. Could see the water from inside. Would like to come back when not so cold and rainy.

Great Location!

Best on the Island

We come to PIB every year. This is our first time staying in this condo. In my opinion, it's the best affordable option. You are close enough to downtown to walk, but far enough away to get a quiet sleep. The view out the back windows and on the balcony is incredible. The A/C worked great and kept us comfortably cool. The place was immaculate, well stocked with everything you'll need to cook, had plenty of paper products and towels, and Chris checked in and was a great host. I would highly recommend!!

Girl's Weekend Getaway

Fantastic Property that had everything that we needed. Very clean and was a perfect location, close enough to downtown that we could go and enjoy the areas that we wanted, yet far enough away that we were also secluded to just visit and enjoy each other's company. The host was phenomenal, extremely responsive and exceeded our expectations for providing information and recommendations. He even accommodated our last minute extended stay for an additional night, could not have asked for a better host!! I'd give a 10 star rating if I could!!
