It was very relaxing stay, the pool and the Trullo was great for us and our two kids. The Trullo is beautiful and well located in quite and stunning area. Sandro and Ina were super nice and helpful with everything we needed or asked.

Didn’t use the pool so cannot comment. Trulli was in a quiet remote location that suited us. Location handy for access to many towns of interest

Thank you very much for your review. I would just like to add that we are in a quit spot in the countryside, just like you said. Yet within easy reach of various little towns and villages. Martina Franca and Locorotondo are both less than 10 minutes to drive, Alberobello and Cisternino just a little bit further.

Perfect location to explore local towns

Ina’s stunning home was the perfect place to explore the local towns that we love and Puglia. Communication with Ina prior to our arrival as well as during our time in her home was punctual and helpful. The home has the larger pool I’ve seen in a rental house. It was great. Ina and her husband Sandro hav created an unbelievable vacation home. Would definitely return!

Magnifique propriété dans une région de caractère, hôtes accueillants, disponibles et discrets

Le trullo correspond en tous points à la description donnée. Intérieur décoré avec beaucoup de goût, serviettes de bain en quantités, cuisine bien équipée, cheminées fonctionnelles, jardin spacieux et bien entretenu, grande et belle piscine (malheureusement un peu froide début octobre), balançoires et toboggan. Les hôtes Ina et Sandro étaient toujours disponibles et se sont démenés pour résoudre dans les meilleurs délais un problème d'accès à Internet indépendant de leur volonté. Ils avaient en outre préparé à notre arrivée tout le nécessaire au bien-être et au divertissement de nos deux enfants (lit bébé, chaise haute, jouets d'intérieur et d'extérieur). Les villages alentours sont enchanteurs et encore assez authentiques (en tout cas en dehors de la haute saison), la campagne est parsemée de trulli. La mer est à une demie heure de voiture. Les hôtes fournissent un document recensant leurs recommandations de lieux à visiter, restaurants, bars, épiceries, marchés etc., qui nous furent souvent bien utiles. En bref: une location à recommander sans réserve, où nous reviendrions volontiers.

Moderner Trullo

Wir haben einen schönen 10-tägigen Urlaub im Trullo genossen. Leider war das Wetter nicht ganz so gut, so dass wir den Pool nicht nutzen konnten. Aber im Trullo hat die Heizung wunderbar funktioniert. Die Lage des Trullo ist sehr gut - wir konnten viele tolle Dörfer mit dem Mietwagen erkunden. Bei Fragen haben Alessandro und Ina immer super schnell reagiert und geholfen. Vielen Dank!

Gorgeous trullo

The trullo is well kept and well equipped with all the necessities. It is very specious and elegant! I love that it has central heating which kept the trullo comfy and cozy at night. The property is very big with private parking and well maintained. Our host was very helpful and had great suggestions for restaurant and excursions! Would love to stay again especially if we come back during warmer months to enjoy the pool!

Live In A Beautiful Trullo.

We fell in love when we discovered it on Vrbo and more so when we first got there. I find it very much ideal for one couple of a couple with children. Well maintained property in every where. I wouldn’t hesitate staying there again.

A beautiful trullo in an amazing setting

We spent a week in this lovely trullo. A peaceful setting but only 10 minutes from Locorotondo that we visited many times for evenings out. The pool was fantastic - great size and plenty of room to laze around and soak up the sun. Our hosts were lovely and helped by making reservations at the beach and for pizza. Would love to go back and explore this unique area again.

Fantastic Place to Stay

If perfection is what you seek, look no further! Of the many, many places we have visited and stayed over the past number of years the Trullo House is, perhaps, the absolute best. What a delight it was to meet our hosts, Sandro and Ina, who welcomed us personally, made check-in and check-out so hassle-free and provided excellent guidance regarding the best places to visit in and round the local area. The house itself is beautiful, lovingly restored, spotlessly clean and well appointed. The outdoor patio area was quiet and private and we found ourselves wanting to spend as much time as possible simply lounging there in the warm sun! The pool is inviting and very well maintained, with lots of seating and magnificent views. The bed in the main bedroom is exceptionally comfortable (we did not use the beds in the second bedroom although they appeared of equal quality) and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking “in”. There is absolutely nothing that deserves less than a 10/10 (or higher) and we definitely plan to return, sooner rather than later.

A Peaceful Getaway

My wife & I really enjoyed our stay at Trullo Fumarola. The accomodation is spacious for two people, but i think a family of four would struggle being on top of one another. Overall it was clean, but lacking a little in cooking utensils. However the owners Ina & Sandro were only a telephone call away, and were more than accomodating in providing the odd items that we needed. They were also very informative on the area, and the welcome pack had all the information we required. I have to say I was a little daunted driving into Martin Franca, but thanks to the wonder of Google Maps, we navigated ourselves around the town quite comfortably. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the area of Puglia and would recommend it to our friends. It made a wonderful break particularly in a difficult year with the outbreak of Coronavirus. Dear Martin and Jenny, thank you very much for your feedback which we will definitely take to heart. I do feel, however, that the perception of the inside space might be somewhat subjective. The Trullo measures 95 square meters inside (1023 sq ft). This is considerably more than the average rental property for four people and the absolute majority of our guests, most of which groups of 4, have found the Trullo especially spacious. As to the cooking utensils: We feel it is very important to keep our kitchens well equipped since we know how much many of our guests like to take advantage of the wonderful local specialities, thus giving them the possibility to prepare even elaborate meals. Whenever something is missing (some utensils are very particular and not of common use), we make sure these are supplied within a few hours, just like we did in your case. Kind regards Ina and Sandro

Absolutely beautiful!

Just enjoyed the best week here. We are missing it already. The trullo is so beautiful and very spacious with all your needs catered for. It’s perfect for kids with toys provided, a play ground area and gated swimming pool. There’s loads of outside space too for them to run around and cherry trees to pick fresh cherries from - a real treat. We absolutely could not fault it and would love to return again soon!

Beautifully restored trullo with everything you could think of and more to enjoy the property.

Quality accommodation and pool area. Only a short drive to one of the prettiest small towns in the region. We travelled all over Puglia and Locorotondo has a lot to offer visitors.

Fantastisch ingericht, vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren. Echte aanrader!

De Trulli is heel mooi gerestaureerd en zeer mooi ingericht. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Ligt wel vrij afgelegen. Zeker auto nodig. Eigenaren Ina en Sandro zijn zeer gastvrij en behulpzaam. Altijd bereikbaar voor vragen.

Stunning Trullo

Beautifully restored Trullo attention to detail inside was incredible extremely comfortable. Pool and gardens also beautiful Sandro and Ina were lovely hosts . Lots of places to explore in the surrounding area we particularly loved Locorotundro . We will certainly visit again.

Best child-friendly holiday yet!

We have just returned from a 5-night stay at Trullo Fumarola and can safely say we will be back. The trullo is beautiful, inside and out. It was very comfortable and well-equipped. It was great to find a lot of the basics there, such as tea, coffee, sugar, washing liquid etc. Furthermore, there was a bottle of delicious extra-virgin olive oil which I understand the owners produce themselves. I must confess to having used virtually the whole large bottle during our stay. The owners also left us a very nice bottle of red wine and some home-made biscuits, which were extremely welcome on our arrival. The trullo was very clean and well-maintained, exactly as it appeared in the pictures. The owners were very helpful and made themselves available to answer any queries, while not being intrusive. We were with our two-year-old son on this holiday. He had a fantastic time too. There is lots of space for little ones to run around and he really enjoyed using the slide and the swings. Ina had left a great big container of toys and cars for our son to play with, which he was delighted with. The pool was great too, and easily big enough to accommodate you and the guests from the other house. It is fenced off for safety and although the fence looks quite low in the pictures, it's not, and it would be virtually impossible for a small child to open the gates to get in there. This is probably the first holiday we have had where we have hardly eaten out at restaurants at all. The place is so beautiful that we were happy to cook and eat al fresco there, rather than go out. There is plenty of space to eat outside, including nice shaded areas with tables and chairs. A couple of nights, we joined forces with the family in the other house and had very sociable evenings sitting outside enjoying good food and wine. We did have a really excellent meal out at a place called Il Cortiletto in Speziale. It didn't look much from the outside but was definitely worth the drive (it was recommended by several of my brother's Italian friends). I would highly recommend the tagliatelle with courgette flowers. We would definitely recommend Trullo Fumarola to friends and family. In fact, my parents were staying nearby and came over one day for lunch, and were adamant that next time, they would be booking this.... Not if we get there first!

Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und ruhig gelegen

Tolles Feriendomizil. Alte Gebäudesubstanz mit sehr stilvoller, großzügiger und moderner Einrichtung. Vermieter sind extrem hilfsbereit dabei aber nicht aufdringlich. Die Lage ist sensationell. Sehr ruhig gelegen, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in kurzer Fahrdistanz erreichbar. Im Frühsommer kann es nachts noch frisch werden. Heizung kann dann zu 20€/Tag genutzt werden. Pool ist nicht beheizt.
