Située dans le complexe Beach Wood, cette villa située au 2��me étage de l’Omni Amelia Island Plantation est le lieu idéal pour une escapade relaxante. Profitez du temps dans le complexe privé lorsque vous ne vous prélassez pas sur les étendues de superbes plages.

Cette villa de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains a été rénovée et comprend de nombreuses fonctionnalités, dont des sols carrelés et des comptoirs en granit. En face de la plage, l’unité est décorée avec goût avec une ambiance côtière décontractée et jouxte près de 7 km de pistes cyclables et de sentiers pédestres.

Les visiteurs ont accès au spa, aux boutiques et aux nombreux restaurants de la station. Il existe également d'autres activités, telles que le centre de la nature et le golf miniature putt-putt. En 20 minutes de route, vous rejoindrez le charmant centre-ville de Fernandina Beach, où vous pourrez vous rendre dans des restaurants et des boutiques éclectiques.

Wonderful time!

We stayed 3 nights while attending a wedding at the Omni, which was right across the street and a very easy walk. The unit was perfect for the 4 of us and had everything we needed. Thanks for a great visit!

Relaxing times on Amelia Island

We had a great time. The condo was clean, comfy, and had bonus amenities of beach gear. I also love that the guest room had 2 queen beds instead of twin beds. We had shower that wasn't draining and they had someone there right away to fix it!

It was great, although we did not get to go to beach because we were there for my daughter’s wedding! Next time !! The one thing I noticed was that there were popcorn kernels in the carpet and couch. Check to see about your cleaners. Everything else was great!!

Great for families!

This property is clean, comfortable, and great for our family with 3 kids under 10. It is close to everything we wanted to see on Amelia Island, and the communication with the host for check-in was very thorough and helpful. The property is incredibly safe as it is located within the limits of the Omni (wow), and we loved being within walking distance of the shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay and will be back!

Island Delight

Comfortable and clean; included every amenity imaginable. A 5 min walk to the beach and resort shopping/restaurants. Great walking and biking paths. Conveniently located to so many fun activities--hiking, biking, horseback riding, kayaking, and the beach. We enjoyed our time at Beachwood and would stay again.

Wonderful experience! The condo was exactly as described online. It was in a great location. The management was great! They were able to change us from Thursday night and Friday night to Friday night and Saturday night due to hurricane Nichole without a problem. They also let us check in early due to a wedding! I would definetly use them again!

A relaxing weekend :D

We spent a wonderful weekend at this Condo! It had everything we needed to have a great cup of coffee, cook dinner and a good nights rest. The grounds of the unit were perfect! We enjoy walking, and this place had great neighborhoods, trails, beach and shops to walk to. We were provided with information about Downtown Fernandina Beach farmers market, restaurants & shopping. It was perfect! Friendly people, friendly dog city, great shops! From check-in to check-out - it was perfect. We will be back! :D

Disappointed

The property itself was nice, bedding comfortable and clean, but the overall cleanliness was not good. There was visible dirt on the floors, hair in the shower, particles in the fridge and a terrible smell in the kitchen. . Although the property manager was gracious and offered the cleaners to return, I didn't feel comfortable waiting. I bought some cleaners and worked on the kitchen counters that looked clean because they were stone, but were not. I sprayed out the bathroom s so we could take our socks off. The next morning I found a bug crawling in the clean hand towel in the kitchen. Again, we went to get some spray to take care of that. I didn't even bother telling the manager The trash was empty, but the can was smelly, so I washed that down. After about the 3rd day onto our stay, the smell dissipated. The garbage disposal was not working as.there was some type of an object whiirling around. My husband took care of that. No charge. And then there were the basic maintenance issues such as lots of visible dist on the shades and dead bugs on the window sills The manager said that there was a woman before us who stayed for a month. She must not have cleaned at all, but that should not have been our problem. The.property manager did discount us one day for our stay, but it really did not make it feel any more comfortable for me. Someone should be checking behind the cleaners and there should be some deeper cleaning done occasionally. I would not rebook this property. It's a shame for the.owner because the place is nice; but the cleaners need to be monitored more carefully.

Comfortable, Beautiful, and Perfect Location!

We loved our stay at 2020 Beach Wood! We were in town for a family wedding at The Omni Resort and loved being so close to the main hotel - less than a 5 minute walk, but for so much less than we would have paid to stay at the hotel! Parking was convenient, the walk up very short, and the inside very comfortable. We found the kitchen to be well stocked and loved having our breakfasts out on the covered patio. Over all, we were comfortable, well supported, and even got to check in early - so helpful with all our luggage!

Had Great Time

The walk to the beach was a little further than we thought it was going to be but overall had a great time. Pretty place with lots of pretty live oak trees. The pool was also great for the kids because of the shading from all the oak trees. Great way for them to still play in the water but not be in the sun after a long day at the beach.

Very Accommodating, Nice rental property.

The rental partners were great, they kept us updated on all the info we needed. There was an issue with the shower but we were notified before hand and compensated with free mini golf, we had a great time! The only thing was the distance from the beach, I did not feel like that was revealed in the listing the photo of the boardwalk made me think we were closer but that could have been that I missed that detail. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend!
