Nouvellement décoré, spacieuse maison de ville de 3 étages dans la communauté gated luxe Wildwood Square. À seulement trois pâtés de maisons de la plage, de la promenade et des jetées de Morey. un accès facile à la piscine et de magnifiques jardins paysagers avec des sentiers pédestres, une grande piscine et 4 barbecues à gaz. Le premier étage a salle de bain complète et chambre avec grand lit confortable. Lumineux, ouvert au deuxième étage a des espaces de vie et salle à manger, cuisine entièrement équipée, placard avec lave-linge et sèche-linge, et une terrasse qui surplombe l'immense piscine. Troisième étage dispose de 3 chambres. La chambre principale a plateau-coussin lit king size, salle de bain privée et grande terrasse. Première chambre d'hôtes à l'étage a un lit queen. Le second dispose de 2 lits superposés. Également inclus: TV HD 55 pouces, câble Comcast, Netflix et Internet sans fil. Garage privé pour deux voitures. Propriétaire fournit des oreillers et des couvertures, locataire apporte draps et serviettes. maison parfaite pour les grandes familles. Location familiale seulement. A wonderful week

This is lovely place to stay. It is close to many of wildwood attractions as well as offering a pool onsite for when you return after a day of fun.

Great house & location

We had a great family stay at this very well equipped house. Lots of little extras that made it easier with small kids. The pool is literally on the doorstep, and the beach is a short walk in a straight line! Hosts were very easy to communicate with. Overall a great place.

Awesome Stay at the Beach!

Great stay at this fantastic townhome just blocks away from the beautiful Wildwood beaches. The townhome was spacious, clean, had great porches overlooking the pool and courtyard of this very well maintained community. A perfect spot to get to the action of the Wildwood Boardwalk, Morey's Pier and very central to other activities in the area, including Cape May. The owners were very communicative and responsive as we prepared for our stay, everything was easy to access and the house had great amenities, including beach equipment, pool passes, a perfect size fridge (and extra in garage), nice cookware/serveware for big family dinners and an easy to use stackable washer and dryer, which made our trip even better! The community the townhome is located in is a gem, with security, ample street parking, friendly neighbors and beautiful pool and barbeque area. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and would highly recommend to others!

Wonderful Gated Community w/POOL

We’ve always said “if you’re lucky enough to be at the beach, you’re lucky enough”. But being in THIS vacation home was more than lucky. It was fabulous for our family of 10. Having parking and a pool were an added plus, but the layout of the home was the icing on the cake. Large open floor plan on the main level was just what we needed to enjoy our time together. With all of the amenities we were able to pack less and that was wonderful. The owners responded quickly when we reached out to them. Would definitely like to return to this home. Thank you! Great Place in a great location!

Writing a review for this townhome isn't fair, because it's a much nicer place than I can describe for you - the pictures are great, but don't do it justice. My family had a great week here - parents, grandparents, teens, young marrieds and a 10 month old. We never felt crowded; there was plenty of space for everyone with the open living-dining-kitchen area, plus decks to sit outside and enjoy the breezes and pool view. We ate most of our meals in, making sandwiches for lunch and then big dinners and had no problem with cooking or dishes - we had everything we needed. The bedrooms were spacious, all the beds were very comfortable, and my wife and I slept great in the King bed in the master. We would have liked to take the bed home with us! The townhome community is very nice - great security with gated entrances, a 2-car garage to keep your vehicles safe and out of the sun and elements, and a beautiful, large pool steps from your doorway! It's also close to things you'll need, like a Rite-Aid next door (it had groceries too - we got milk there cheaper than the big grocery store) and a Wawa and 7-Eleven in close walking distance. Of course, if you're going to Wildwood, you're not going for the local Wawa... it's the Boardwalk and the beach! It's just a short walk to both, and you come up on the Boardwalk right in the middle of the action. We were there quite a bit, and my kids had a blast playing games and winning tons of prizes. Roman was a great host and has been very easy to communicate with throughout the process. If you want to do Wildwood, this is a great townhouse with terrific owners - you will be very pleased!

Location

The property is very nice and the neighbors are too! They were helpful when we arrived and having difficulty entering the gated community and working with the code to enter the home. The property is listed as North Wildwood. It might have a North Wildwood address but, in my opinion and that of my nephew who lives in Wildwood, it is actually not North Wildwood. We were not disappointed at all with our stay and would return. Just an FYI.

Beautifully decorated and spacious home in a great location! Pool right outside the door. Short walk to beach and boardwalk. Owner was great to deal with. I would definitely recommend renting this property and I would love to stay there again!

Nice Townhouse in the middle of Wildwood

The property was very clean and the owner Roman was great! It was nice to have the pool right there. There's plenty of room....we had 4 adults and 6 kids and didn't feel cramped at all. The gated community gives you a safe feeling. It is a little bit of a hike to the boardwalk and beach....about 4-5 blocks. . We actually drove to the beaches on 16th Street because they're a lot shorter there. All in all, I would recommend the townhouse.

Great Summer Vacation Rental!

This was a great summer vacation rental! We enjoyed all the comforts of home and plenty of space for everyone. This home was beautifully maintained and the complex was a lovely oasis within walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. It was a pleasure working with Roman who is also very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Wildwood.

Great Family Vacation in Wildwood

What a great place to stay in Wildwood. If you are looking for a place to stay with family this is the place. So close to many great locations in Wildwood and located in a great community. The pool was great and we met a lot of nice people while staying there. Our girls, 2 and 4, had the best vacation there so far and can't wait to go back in the future.

Spacious, immaculate, and ideal location!

We had a great time in Wildwood and your townhouse was very clean and spacious for our entire family. The new king bed in the master was so comfortable and the extra Queen bed on the first floor was ideal with a full bath right outside. We fit our Cadillac Escalade on one side of garage and another car on the other side, so we avoided street parking and easily unpacked our bags. Our boys loved the pool and we were in it everyday! The shallow end was ideal for our 3-year old, as it gave him ample room to play without us worrying about him going too deep. The location of the property was also perfect as we were able to walk to the Boardwalk, Wawa, and Rite Aid. Roman and Anne, you were a pleasure to rent from and thanks for delivering exactly what was included in your listing. We would definitely rent here again and will recommend the property to any friends who will be staying in Wildwood. Thanks again for sharing your home with us and take care.

Wonderful family vacation!

Wonderful Wildwood Opportunity!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our 2 week stay in Roman & Anne's beautiful condo! It is decorated so nicely, stocked well with supplies and homey touches, and is very comfortable! The kids loved the pool, and the walk to the beach and boardwalk almost every day was fine! We were able to walk or bike to just about everywhere we wanted to go! The fireworks were perfect, as we saw them from the balcony of the condo. We had such a wonderful time! We look forward to renting again from Anne & Roman who made everything so easy, convenient and comfortable.
