Cette grande maison spacieuse est idéale pour les familles ou les groupes, pouvant accueillir confortablement 10 personnes. Récemment rénové au cours des deux derniÚres années, le look est moderne et chaleureux, avec toutes les commodités dont vous aurez besoin pour un chez-soi loin de chez vous. En tant que nouvelle liste, nous mettons à jour quotidiennement, vous verrez donc les progrÚs avec de nouvelles photos ajoutées tout le temps.
Que vous vous dirigiez vers les plages, les vignobles ou les zones commerçantes, revenir dans cette maison est un avantage considérable, car ce sont des vacances en soi.
La maison a une salle familiale qui donne sur la piscine et comprend un foyer au bois, une grande cuisine, une salle à manger, un salon avec un canapé-lit confortable, une salle d'eau au rez-de-chaussée, 4 chambres et deux salles de bain complÚtes à l'étage.
Les caractéristiques extérieures incluent une grande piscine creusée de 20 'x 40', un grand porche avec moustiquaire et mobilier d'extérieur confortable, un barbecue, une table de pique-nique et des bancs.
Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis et les lits seront faits avec du linge propre avant votre arrivée.

At home feeling

Honoring my father at his memorial, my family and I were able to relax, swim and be at peace on the large and tranquil rear screened in porch. Close to beaches yet not the seasonal traffic and fervor. Well out fitted, clean and comfortable. And Kate was a dream w any need. A home away from home

First time New Jersey visit

This is the perfect house for a family.There were 8 of us snd we had plenty of space. The weather was chilly, but didn't keep the kids from the pool. Other activities like ping pong, horse shoes, corn hole , basketball hoop, and the hammock just added to the much needed family time. The fire pit was a hit and was a greatcway to end the evening. The kitchen is well appointed and there is a gas grill and picnic table as well. Kathleen was a welcoming host and offered up many suggestions for family activities. Lots of wonderful memories made. Thanks.

Cape May Stay

The property was beautiful with a very nice yard. I have to say this was the first rental experience i’ve had where the host was on the property to meet us and give us a tour of the house when we arrived. She also said she’d be periodically coming to water her plants. We felt we didn’t have complete privacy. One morning we woke up and she was there watering her plants in the yard. The hot tub was broken which we were told about on the day of check-in, but 2 men appeared on the property to come “fix” the broken hot tub during our stay at a time when we were all in bathing suits in the pool. I booked the stay for friends and I and we were not told anyone would be coming onto the property to fix anything. It was not even fixed, the men stated they had to come back at another time with parts to fix the hot tub. We felt it was not appropriate. The house was also very hot the first day, and we had no control over the temperature. i had to ask the host to keep lowering the temp and put the air conditioning on, from her personal phone. we were also told to open up all the doors and windows and turn the fans on
 in a house with air conditioning. For the price. we should’ve been able to control our own climate in the house, as well as had full privacy when renting it out. I had never experienced any of this in prior rentals before. Overall, it was a beautiful house and backyard and we had a great stay, just some added quirks.

Great house!

This was a really nice stay. Kate was very accommodating and gracious. We really enjoyed the house and it's many amenities. Will stay again if there is an opportunity to do so.

Convenient location/ awesome pool

Our group of 5 adults and 3 kids really enjoyed our stay. The house is big, beautifully decorated and has a great layout with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. We took full advantage of the pool during the day, and the kids enjoyed all the pool floats and toys provided. The yard got pretty buggy at night (it is the shore after all) so be sure to bring some bug spray or utilize the large screened in porch. The house is in a residential area, close to the parkway and stores. It is a short drive to the beautiful Stone Harbor beaches, less than 30 minutes from cape may, 2O minutes to Wildwood. We enjoyed taking in all the area’s attractions while being able to come home to our own pool!

When you plan a getaway you do not expect that the host will be showing up. The day after our arrival she advised she would be stopping by every other day in the morning to water the plants. This was not the case she just seemed to appear one day it was 4 times. Everyone felt our privacy was invaded. I had never experienced any of this in prior rentals before.

Better than it looks in pictures

Very nice, well renovated house. Lovely neighborhood. Nice pool. Friendly owner. She is a good local guide to give info about best beaches and restaurants. Close to Wildwood and Cape May. Be aware that all bedrooms are on the second floor. The owner being on the property to do yard maintenance in the middle of our stay was odd. But, I’d stay at the house again. Our family with 5 adults and 3 kids really enjoyed it.

Perfect for Early Fall at the Shore!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Kate's home and regretted not having more time to take advantage of all the comfortable large and small spaces! The enclosed porch is perfect and although the pool isn't heated, it is too inviting to not jump in on a 73 degree sunny day! The kitchen has everything you need to make meals but if you don't feel like driving a whole 5 minutes to gather items at the Acme, Kate's home is perfectly located near some of the best restaurants and breweries. The highlight of our trip was an early evening visit to Stone Harbor beach which is just 15 minutes away!

Great stay with some minor hiccups

We stayed recently with 4 adults and 4 kids (aged 8-10). The house has everything you will need including tons of towels and kitchen supplies as well as a ping pong table and fire pit! And the location is perfect. A short drive to the beach and a grocery store and restaurants. But we did have a couple issues. First, we had to bring our own pillows and blankets which was a real pain with a small car and 4 people in our group flying in from California. Apparently these are covid rules although there were pillows on the couch which is confusing, and pillows in the closets which I would assume we weren’t allowed to use since we were told we had to bring our own pillows. Second, the AC was an issue because of new thermostats installed that kept going into eco mode and left us super uncomfortable at night. Kate was very responsive about it but unfortunately it happened for several nights without a solution. The thermostats had a passcode on them so we couldn’t adjust ourselves. Luckily 3 out of the 4 bedrooms had fans which helped. Finally, even though the listing says the house has cable, it really only includes local channels and on demand
 you don’t even get channels that come with basic cable (CNN, HGTV, Bravo, etc). Overall we had a great time, and loved the pool and location.

Perfect Family Getaway

This was a perfect stay for my family and my sisters family. We wanted somewhere close to a beach but with a pool. The beaches nearby are beautiful- we chose stone harbor and the option of the pool was great for the little ones. Plenty of space to run around for the little guys. Plenty places nearby to eat and to entertain the fam.

Cape May Court House Stay

The location and the house itself is nice, had plenty of space for three families with small kids. The beds could have been better - most of them were squeaking, so it took a few nights to get used to. The pool is the best feature of the house big,clean and spacious, BUT the owners came every morning and evening to clean it, which felt as if we were constantly watched, no privacy at all. On top of everything there were hoses inside the pool connected to the pool vacuum which we removed from the pool the first day of the stay (how else would you let kids into the pool full of hoses, they could have easily hurt themselves) and apparently the hose was leaking(which we were never advised of) and the owners claimed that the water level dropped because of that... again, no guidance beforehand. At the end of the third night we ran out of garbage bags and toilet paper and apparently we were provided just"enough". If you are looking for some privacy I would go with a different house, but if you don't mind a "watching eye", everything else was pretty reasonable.

Great House, Convenient Location

Enjoyed our stay at Kate's house. The house was clean and had plenty of room to spread out. The weather wasn't great for swimming but the pool looked enjoyable and Kate was there every day cleaning it.

A perfect Getaway

House and pool were great; kitchen was well equipped. Owner was wonderful and extremely helpful. Location was great; easy drive to the beach and restaurants and groceries close by. Greatly recommend!

Great pool, close to beach

The pool was amazing and was perfect for my family. My young nephews loved it. About. 10-15 min ride to the beautiful Stone Harbor beach. Close to grocery store and amenities. We had a great time!

Had an Amazing time at this beautiful home

We stayed for the weekend and had an great time with friends grilling and swimming at the pool and relaxing the hammock. Kate was a very gracious host and greeted us and kindly gave us of walk thru of the property. The house was immaculately clean and fully stocked with everything you need. Our only regret was not staying longer. We will definitely be back and renting this home again.

Home in Cape May

Improvement needed- bathroom shower clear handle/ knob should be repaired. I was a bit afraid it would break on me. Positive feedback- Property owner was available to answer any questions and provided a walk through when we arrived. She wanted to ensure that we knew how to utilize certain things in the home. Home was clean, comfy and the pool was awesome! We definitely enjoyed the pool, grill and some tan time. Board walk is 20 minutes away. We highly recommend this home. It's well taken care of and Kate was very pleasant.
