À 17 miles au nord d'Ocean Shores, dans une rue isolĂ©e avec une douzaine de maisons, cette maison est disponible Ă  la location de trois maniĂšres diffĂ©rentes: la maison entiĂšre, le niveau supĂ©rieur ou le niveau infĂ©rieur. Cette liste est pour le niveau infĂ©rieur 1 chambre seulement.

La vue est incroyable! Vous pouvez en profiter dans le confort de votre terrasse, salon ou cuisine. Marchez seulement 60 marches jusqu'Ă  la plage de sable en utilisant le sentier d'accĂšs Ă  la plage entretenu directement en face de la maison!

La vue imprenable est disponible à un petit prix ... il y a des escaliers ... environ 30 dans le niveau inférieur. Ils sont robustes et larges. Cette propriété ne conviendrait pas à quelqu'un qui a du mal à monter ou à descendre les escaliers. Il n'est pas accessible aux fauteuils roulants.

À l'intĂ©rieur, vous trouverez une cuisine bien garnie avec presque tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour prĂ©parer des repas, y compris des Ă©pices, du cafĂ© et du thĂ© gratuits, des condiments pour boissons ainsi que des produits de nettoyage. Draps, serviettes et produits en papier sont fournis. Il y a une chambre, une salle de bain complĂšte et une laveuse / sĂ©cheuse au niveau infĂ©rieur. La chambre a un lit queen, TV et lecteur DVD. Il y a un canapĂ©-lit dans le salon, parfait si vous apportez quelques kiddos. Toujours dans le salon, il y a un tĂ©lĂ©viseur / lecteur DVD intelligent avec des films DVD et des CD ou apportez vos favoris! Saviez-vous que vous pouvez lire vos CD de musique sur le lecteur DVD? Vous pouvez apporter votre ordinateur portable, vous connecter Ă  l'aide du cĂąble HDMI et diffuser votre service de tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  domicile. Nous avons Ă©galement une variĂ©tĂ© de jeux, puzzles, livres et magazines! Il y a un petit barbecue Ă  briquettes sur le pont infĂ©rieur. We always enjoy staying at this cozy cabin on the beach. Easy access to the beach just steps from the front door. Spectacular view of the surf. Is cabin is clean and comfortable.

We vacationed in Olympic National Park. We stayed here our last two nights. It the perfect little beach house. Views were great. The hot tub is an added bonus. Host was easy to work with and pleasant. If you love being by the beach this is for you!!

Very nice, quiet, private location. Right across the street, well more like a dirt road, from the beach. A few trees obstructed the view if the beach from the lower unit, but that was not an issue for me. The unit was a little on the small size but accomodated my friend and I just fine. A great place to stay for 2 to 3 people.

Incredible location

We 100% would stay here again. It reminds me of staying at my grandparents beach house in the best way possible. Great location, easy access to the beach, ocean views from the house and the hot tub. The home looks just like the pictures. You are paying for an incredible location with great views. We felt it was a great value.

The Blue Pearl has everything you need for a family vacation to the beach. Great property that is maintained above and beyond expectations. I found the trail to the beach a bit challenging with my bad knee, but otherwise everything was perfect

Just what we needed!

A perfect getaway if you love the beach and an incredible sunset. Perfect for kids and animals. It will definitely be going back. It’s also super great to know that I could rent the upstairs as well for a larger group of people.

Bad weather, good weather, it’s spring . Amazing clam digging. Heart views and privacy.

Very satisfied with unit was up graded. To the 2 bedroom. 3 days of clam digging limited every day . The store up the street gave change and we found a rare quarter in it , probably someone’s coin collection. Would recommend it to others

Overall fine but not for us!

communication was great to check in and out. We checked in much earlier even. Thank you for your help. Window blinds are broken on the bottom in the living room area for the lower unit and very hard to put it up so what a point if we cannot even see the ocean. Bedroom smells bad and mattress is so uncomfortable. We were not able to open single window expect one bedroom window so felt so suffocated. fire pit area is taken by over grown grass and weed. Or I would say you cannot open most of the windows.Not sure how people are posting super good reviews. I never really write a review but I really cannot stop myself. Did not meet our expectations. Thank you.

Very nice place. The beach was a short distance from the house, but a nice little walk. Janet was very nice to deal with and made it very easy. There is not a lot to do close to the house, but my wife and I enjoy day trips anyway.

The property was better than expected! 20 yards away from the beach, with a wonderful view of it off the porch! The place was super clean all around. They had a few things to provide for the kitchen, like utensils, appliances, and some seasonings and such. There is almost no cell service in the place, but they have internet to connect to that worked just fine. Lots of board games and dvds for entertainment. All in all, 10/10 would recommend!!

Fantastic Location

We stayed in the lower half of the Blue Pearl for 3 nights in July. We were fortunate with the weather - blue skies every day. We had a great view of the sunsets off our deck. A short path through the woods led to the beach - miles of mostly empty beach. It is a wonderful location. The accommodations are simple but functional. Lots of new appliances in the kitchen. Great hot tub. The only negative was a slightly musty smell from the carpeting, but we ran the air conditioning quite a bit of the time and that helped. The owners were great - we texted them with a few questions and they responded immediately. We enjoyed the fire pit on two of the nights. We enjoyed dinner at Koko's in Seabrook on two nights - delicious Mexican fare. This was our first visit to the beaches of western Washington and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I hope to be able to return again.

Sunset on the Beach

We were looking for a quiet retreat with a view of the ocean, and we found it in this lower unit. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bed was comfortable, the hot water was hot and the view from the front windows and deck (and hot tub) were gorgeous. We saw spectacular sunsets from both the beach and the kitchen table. Excellent restaurants were nearby, one in easy walking distance. We met one of the owners and one of her staff and found all communications easy and clear. We were looking to get away from it all at the beach, and we did, without any worries or problems!

Why visit this property? For us, it means peace, serenity, calm. An opportunity to enjoy the vast ocean, the crashing waves, the clean sandy beach. We love relaxing here and spending time alone as well as sharing with family and friends. Kick up your heels in the sand like a child or kick back with a beverage and enjoy the view. Life is just better at the beach!

Typically, the beach is lightly populated with Pacific Beach public access to the south and Moclips Beach public access to the north. Walk down to the beach or load your lunch and beach toys into the car and use the public access where you can drive onto the beach!

During clamming seasons, the "Mocrocks" beach is open right in front of this home with Copalis Beach nearby! Check out the WDFW website for rules and dates! https://wdfw.wa.gov/fishing/shellfishing-regulations/razor-clams. Clamming guns available to borrow. Limited Quantity.
