Situé dans les appartements Tropic Shores magnifiquement r��novés, à quelques pas de la meilleure plage de Carpinteria et directement en face du parc des marais salants. Cette unité a été rénovée selon les plus hauts standards de qualité et meublée avec de beaux meubles et équipements contemporains.

Nous avons décoré cet appartement avec un mobilier et des équipements élégants et contemporains. Tout est nouveau et beau. Le bâtiment extérieur a également été récemment rénové, avec des jardins luxuriants et des coins salons dans la cour, et des jardins avant où vous pourrez déguster un verre de vin pendant que vous regardez le coucher du soleil.

We appreciated how clean, well stocked, and nicely updated this condo was. The check in process was very easy and the kitchen was very spacious. The host responded quickly with any questions we had.

Me and my girlfriend loved everything here. We had everything that we could ever need for a great weekend away from home. The host was amazing and very helpful. What stood out to us was the location. Everything was so close to us and we felt like we didn’t have to go too far to enjoy ourselves. Would recommend and we would definitely book again.

The host was very welcoming and gave good directions on how to enter the unit. Nice location and unit. It would have been helpful to have some directions for operating the TV in the directions binder.

The apartment and amenities were in good condition. It's a great spot to stay so close to the beach and downtown areas. Being per friendly we could bring our dogs and make a great family holiday. My only concern was the music/TV noise from the neighbouring units in the early hours which was disturbing. But other than that the host, apartment and location were ideal.

I was kicked out do to smoking and told to go to motel 6

The paperwork I was evicted with was lifted along with everything else.

Hi Rosemarie! This Is unfortunately that you got evicted by a Sheriff. We have a strict policy no smoking in the apartments, no smoking on the property or around property. You were smoking in the brand new apartment with closed windows even after we have asked you so many times not to smoke. We have warned you so many times not to scream during a night or day that you disturbing all tenants. During your smoking we have received so many complaints about you smoking and smoke traveled to other units and tenants were smelling your smoke on their vacation. You have a one star reviews and hosts should pay attention to this. I don’t recommend you to anyone.

Fantastic beach vacation!

This was a perfect spot for our family with two active young kids. Lots to do from bike riding, to the beach days! The location was truly a two minute walk to the beach and the beach was clean pretty and just enough waves for our kids to boogie board for hours. There were plenty of good restaurants in Carpinteria that was serving outdoors or take out which made it easy and safe.

Carpinteria has been our family's favorite vacation destination since I was a small child in the 1950's. After several years of camping at Carpinteria State Campgrounds, our parents decided to build Tropic Shores Apartments and make this our second home. A few years ago, our parents both passed, away after a full and long life, leaving Tropic Shores to the four brothers, Tom, Richard, Mike, and Jeff. Since we all feel a very special connection to Carpinteria, we decided to remodel the building from ground up, and keep it in the family for our children to enjoy.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Tropic Shores is a small building of 16 units, all located with a center courtyard of lush landscaping...some of which were planted by our father over 50 year ago. The building is very quiet and your are sure to find it easy to relax and re-energize. While we're not right on the beach, we are located so close that you can hear the waves crashing at night. 200 steps and you're on the sand. Directly across the street is the Carpinteria Salt Marsh, which is basically a bird sanctuary. You may enjoy quiet walks through the Salt Marsh watching for birds or other animals while watching the sun rise or set.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Carpinteria is one of the las remaining small beach towns found during the mid 1900's, essentially unchanged over the last 5 or 6 decades. It's a town where you may feel safe allowing your children to walk or bicycle through town on their own. Named "The World's Safest Beach" because of the protection of the Channel Islands, the surf rarely gets very large...but still large enough to enjoy the waves. When you're ready for something more exciting, there are dozens of wineries, golf courses, movie theaters, and restaurants in nearby Santa Barbara and Ventura.
