Beautiful newly remodeled 2nd floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with brand new furnishings and amenities throughout. This recently renovated complex (2018) is half a block from the nicest beaches of Carpinteria and directly across from the Salt Marsh Reserve. Super quiet location, 200 yards from the sand, and walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Carpinteria is one of the last standing little beach towns in California, essentially unchanged in over 50 years. The city is limited in growth based by its physical boarders, making the entire town only about 1 mile square. Dozens of smaller mom and pop restaurants and cute beachy shops. Its a town where you young children can walk or bicycle safely, visiting old favorite shops like Robitelle's Candy shop and The Spot burger joint. Then there's the beach! Protected by the Anacapa Island chain, Carpinteria is known as the World's Safest Beach. Your dogs will love it too, as the beach from our street (Ash Avenue) Northward, dogs are allowed with leashes. (If allowing dogs off-leash...be aware that the police occasionally ticket off-leash dogs and the ticket is expensive. We're located about 10 miles from world renown Santa Barbara, and 15 miles from the city of Ventura. Looking for. some shopping? Camarillo Outlet Mall is located 30 miles to the South. Northward you find dozens of wineries, Solvang, and all directions have dozens of great golf courses. Whether you're interested in shopping, dining, kayaking, whale watching, golfing, or just relaxing on the beach, Carpinteria vacation will become a fond memory that you and your family will yearn to repeat year after year. All of Carpinteria is easily walked in about an hour. There is also a cute public trolly and bicycles to rent (mostly summer). Amtrak stops many times each day for fast easy trip to Santa Barbara and points beyond. LAX is the International airport that serves the area, about 2 hours South. The smaller Santa Barbara Airport is about 30 minutes away.

Apt 9 was perfect for my family. It’s down the block from the beach and across the street from the Salt Marsh. The rental is appointed beautifully, with coffee ready to be brewed. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return!

Great location, walking distance to the beach. Newly remodeled, nicely appointed apartment, has everything you need. Easy checkin/checkout, responsive host. Wonderful apartment. A few points: the wall are paper thin, so if you get noisy neighbors, you will definitely hear them. But honestly it’s the same in all of Carpentaria, we stayed at another place, houses are very close to each other, you hear neighbors no matter what.

Great remodeled apartment near the beach
The place was great, good location and very comfortable with a new feel from their renovations. Walking distance to the beach and right across from the nature park is nice. I love that I was able to have my dog there as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location
I’m can’t imagine a better location. Trivial walk to the beach and town. Nice quiet apartments. Everything we’re looking for. Only negative is the kitchen is a bit small. If you’re a family looking to do a lot of cooking at home, it’s a tight fit.

Awesome Location and Stay
Great little place. Great access to the beach, downtown shops, salt marsh and Amtrak station for further exploration.
Explored town and the beach. Nice restaurants and atmosphere. Took quick trip on the train into Santa Barbara. Walking distance to station and then it drops you right downtown in SB.

Everything was clean and well maintained. Easy check in. On street parking was easy this time of year. Well stocked kitchen loved it was pet friendly even though we didn’t have our pets. Comfortable beds…bed pillows were not comfortable at all. Loved the amenities baskets in the baths and K cups if you wanted coffee. Blow dryer, iron (small table top ironing board made it a little challenging to press a dress) Host was great at communicating with us. Condo is an easy walk to all restaurants and beach. Would definitely book here again.

Great condo, amazing location!!
Beautiful and clean/upgraded unit on 2nd floor, just a block from the beach! Full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, great Wi-Fi. Easy street or back of unit parking & so close to the beach, including beach chairs & towels to borrow! Fairly quiet complex, and so close to many restaurants and shops!
Would definitely stay there again, host very responsive and respectful.

Fabulous Stay!
We were blown away at this condo. They thought of everything from beach towels, to built in heaters in each room, muffin tins to a nice coffee machine with an assortment of coffee pods. It was clean, quiet, and the communication with the manager was simple and she replied promptly. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Perfect new years getaway near the beach
We live in the Bay Area but i went to brad school in Santa Barbara. Two decades ago. We look to come back to the Santa Barbara area every year. We found this well done 2 bedroom apartment for our New Year’s Eve getaway. Very close to the beach in Carpinteria. Excellent communication with Elena. Property was as described. Kitchen has everything to cook meals but we really didn’t as we wanted to try all the new restaurants in the area. K cups every morning. 2 baths that were needed when you have two teens with you. Pet friendly. We loved our 4 day stay. We hope to be back during warmer times. The property has wall heaters so no issues there. Loved our visit!
