We very much enjoyed our stay at this property! The condo was exceptionally clean upon arrival which was very much appreciated. The check-in and checkout process was so smooth. The resort was nice and also not too bad of a walk to the beach. There was also a lot to do in the surrounding area. This place was a 10/10. I will definitely book again!

Be prepared for around a dozen emails from business that owns this property. Trying to sell you property, discounts on another day. Put it in the price and maybe some marketing on the fridge would of fine.Property was nice and a great location.

Seascape Condo

Nice property in good location. Several restaurants nearby but not extremely busy area like Destin. Master bedroom had one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Only slight negative is they request the temperature set no lower than 70. That's warmer than I keep my house but not unbearable. We would stay here again.

Will not stay here again.

My wife and I and 2 daughters arrived before check in around 1pm and decided to check out the resort like you would at any other resort. We walked out to the pool area and was taking a few photos when this guy that we thought was security walked up to us and asked us if we had our wristbands. I explain that our room wasnt ready yet to get our wrist bands when he started telling us we had to leave the pool area and how he had gotten in trouble before for letting people stay without wristbands. We later learned he was the maintenence guy. I was just a very unpleasant experience. We left and went shopping but i was really upset. It was a humiliating experience. We felt uneasy the rest of the time we were there. I called realjoy to express my concern and i was told this guy didnt work for them. Ok. They did have the property manager call who in an irritated tone told me our room was ready. No apology, no customer service. At this point we were our to lunch with family and friends who were also vacationing with us but staying at other resorts. On our last day there, we spent some time at the pool and my wife was very upset to see all the people there not wearing wristbands but not being asked to leave. I try hard not to assume everything is racially motivated but sometimes its hard not to draw that conclusion when most of the guess were Caucasians. You can probably therefore guess my race. But i digress. I will not be returning to this resort.

Christopher, We are so sorry that your vacation got off to such a rocky start. Early check-ins are difficult for us because our units are rented back to back. We do try to accommodate our guests and our records indicate that an early check-in was arranged for you a full 2 hours early. It is common for resorts to require wristbands to be on the property and use property amenities. We manage individual units on behalf of owners and not the resort property itself. That means that we have no control over the property policies or their enforcement. Our records indicate that we allowed you to go up to the unit before it was ready to get wristbands so that you could look around without your presence being questioned. We listened to the call at 2pm letting you know that your room was ready and felt that it was pleasant and professional. We are truly sorry that you felt uneasy on your vacation. This is not the experience we want our guests to have. We hope that you were able to enjoy some time on our beautiful beaches with your friends and had a safe trip home.

Beautiful

The condo was beautiful and a great location!!! Our only complaint was that it was difficult to enjoy the balcony because of neighbors smoking even though no smoking signs are posted throughout property. People were even smoking by the pool.

We are happy to know that you thought this condo was beautiful and in a great location. We apologize for the neighbors smoking. Yes, all of our units are non-smoking. Unfortunately, we do not manage some of the surrounding condos and therefore have no control over their actions. Had we been made aware, we would have been able to contact the resort's security to try and resolve any issues that may have been a disturbance, which includes noise and smoking.
