Accès facile à la plage par la promenade accessible en voiturette de golf. À quelques pas des magnifiques rivages du golfe du Mexique, cette maison nouvellement construite peut accueillir 10 personnes dans 3 chambres à coucher et un couloir avec 3 1/2 salles de bains. Une des piscines communautaires rafraîchissantes est juste à votre porte arrière. Cette toute nouvelle maison donne un sens aux mots luxe vivant avec un aménagement paysager vierge et des aménagements haut de gamme, y compris des comptoirs en quartz et des appareils en acier inoxydable dans la cuisine d’inspiration gastronomique, pouvant accueillir 6 personnes au bar et des sols en carrelage de qualité. La grande table à manger en bois dur a deux bancs pour accueillir les invités. Une grande salle pleine de décoration élégante vous invite à la détente avec style et confort avec un canapé, une causeuse, 2 fauteuils d'appoint, une télévision avec câble et une connexion Wi-Fi. Hors du couloir est une demi-bain et la laveuse et la sécheuse sont soigneusement rangés dans un placard. La chambre principale en bas (BR1) a une salle de bain avec double vasque et une grande douche. Au deuxième étage, deux ensembles de lits superposés encastrés sont nichés dans l'alcôve du couloir avec une télévision fixée au mur. Chambre d'amis (BR2) a un lit King et partage une salle de bain avec double vasque et une grande douche. Au bout du couloir se trouve une chambre principale (BR3) avec un lit king size et une salle de bain avec double vasque et grande douche. Profitez de votre café du matin sur le balcon donnant sur la piscine.

Very nice stay. Great house and great location. Mosquitos were pretty bad, but that was the entire complex not just this property.

Great find!

Overall, clean and well stocked house. Loved the location right by the pool and the included golf cart. All the rooms having king beds, plus the bunk area for the kids was ideal! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location with Golf Cart!

The property was amazing and backed right up to the pool for easy access. It came with the golf cart ready to go so we could get right the beach which was awesome! The house was clean and a spacious! Definitely will be back!

Wonderful Location/Amenities

We loved the location of the VRBO and the space was nice. The only drawback was the overall smell of the place. It smelled like it had been sprayed with pesticides.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday

Great place, roomy Clean Very relaxing house Love the upstairs area The only issue is that the property is not fenced in so if you have dogs that’s an issue. We moved patio furniture to block the sides of the house so our pups could not sneak out And this was the only issue

Much needed escape to the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After the disaster that 2020 has been we desperately needed a weekend away. However, due to Covid we wanted to find a place that was super clean. The Salt and Lime house fit the bill. It was more than roomy enough for the 7 of us + 2 dogs. Parents stayed downstairs and kids enjoyed the upstairs. The place was clean tidy all around. The pool is right outside and beach is about a 10-15 minute walk. My only negative was that the backyard fence is not very secure. There are many gaps that a small dog can squeeze through. So we could not let our dogs loose.

Great Location. Not clean

The beach was awesome. Use of the golf cart made transporting grandparents and kiddos SO MUCH EASIER! It’s nice they waive the first day. After I decided to add on a couple more days, they raised their prices $15 more per day. I showed the screen shot of the lower price, and they did honor it. House is set up well. Kitchen has great set up for our group of 10. Not very clean though. I shared all of the below issues with pictures to the property management, and they never responded. Not sure what the cleaning fee covered. - pedestal sink in 1/2 bath was detached from wall and is wobbly - light fixture over the table has cob webs - both return air vents are dirty - fans have dust hanging off - upstairs bathroom has pink mildew in the shower - upstairs east/south facing bedroom had ash stains on the sheets - floors were grimy. We had to wear shoes whole time to keep our feet clean.

Bare minimum, but decent location

We have stayed in this neighborhood before, but this was our first time at this house. It is definitely a rental property- very little decor, no pillows on the couch, limited supplies in the kitchen, etc. the golf cart (which we declined) was parked in the middle of the driveway, so it limited parking. The house echos a lot so when people walk up/ down the stairs it would wake everyone up.

Time Out

We decided to take a quick break from our busy lives and head down to the coast. The property was very nice and cozy. It met all of our needs this weekend and we hope we can stay there again.

We were happy with the location, it is between beach markers 38 & 39, the cart boardwalk made getting to the beach and even to town very easy. The kitchen/living area and one king bedroom is down stairs. The house was clean, but as others reviews stated, it needs more towels, washcloths and bath soap. We brought a few of our own towels, and included foil and a skillet, glad we did

Good location, BAD stench

The rental property had an awful stench upon arrival and throughout the stay. Even after returning home to San Antonio we could smell it and had to wash all of our belongings even the items we did not wear while staying at the place! Unsure what it was due to...cleaning agents, smokers, other??? It was nauseating for all family members. Slim on soap and bath towels not stocked completely for our group. We had to call and request more. Proximity to beach was good especially via golf cart- 3-5mins max. Neighbors were quiet, just sounds of their kids playing in the pool. Neighborhood seems safe. Management fellows were responsive to our inquiries. Overall, we will not stay at this property again due to the stench and the worn looking bedroom linens, and dirty areas at showers and pantry.
