The suite was very spacious and we appreciated the two king beds. The kitchenette was lacking supplies and it would have been nice to have had a door to the bathroom rather than a curtain. Also the step up to the bathroom made it unsafe for nighttime trips. It was ok for a 1 night stay but I wouldn’t want to vacation there!

It was just as described in the heart of Papeete. So convenient to the market, town, historical sites and we loved the Shell station and convenient store that was a life safer for snacks, ice, basic groceries and the delicious French bread we enjoyed daily. After we adjusted to the area we were very happy with the choice and value. We were 1/2 block from the Tahiti Nui Hotel. Communication and instructions were great especially considering it was our first trip to Tahiti. Thank you so much.

Excellent communication with hosts. Unit was clean and comfortable. Building is in disrepair with broken elevator, deteriorating stairs and unsafe locks in terms of fire safety. Overall, great hosts, spacious unit, but poor building. Get ready to drag your luggage up several flights of stairs.

Highly Recommended!

Julio & Dahlia, the husband and wife hosts of this apartment, were truly wonderful and incredibly thoughtful. They welcomed us at the airport with flower leis and drove us to their apartment, which they had meticulously prepped with the air conditioner running so we were in cool comfort from the moment we walked in the door. The apartment was clean, bright, and very spacious. The WiFi worked well and the air conditioner was very efficient. Location was right in town, a half block from a convenience store and a 7 minute walk from a large supermarket (Easy Market), which Julio even offered to drive us to. There were many restaurants within easy walking distance. After our stay, Julio kindly dropped us off at the cruise port where we embarked on our cruise. We would definitely stay here again.

Bare necessities, striped bed cover was stained and is your cover sheet. Pillows not comfortable. No hand towels. Stairs repaired with duct tape and elevator not working. Appliances worked but if microwave plugged in with other appliances power goes out. Landlord quick to respond. Shower base barely able to drain shower water. Place was okay for a day or two but seemed like a renovated office space. Not magnificent. Lovina picked us up at dock and arranged taxi to airport, that was good. We will, in future, make sure our accommodation is in a residential building.

Great apartment in the heart of Papeete!!!!

We stayed here 2 nights following a cruise - great option to 'get our land legs' back. Really spacious; well-fitted kitchenette; we felt safe and secure (4 separate locks to access the apartment); walking distance to everything in the city! It is a bit hard to find (on the back side of a commercial building). But the owner of the building was there to meet us and Louvina provided excellent instructions for us to check in and out! She also arranged a ride for us to the airport upon our departure - even though it was before 5 a.m.!! Louvina was very prompt and thorough with responses to my questions. We'll probably stay again next time!!!

We loved the location which is easy walking distance in Papeete to the Market, Coast, Park, Notre Dame cathedral and other points of interest. Many good restaurants within easy walkijng distance. Close to the Ferry going to Moorea. The owners Julio and Deliah are wonderful and picked us up at the airport/took us to the Ferry dock when we left. We would definitely stay here again when we return.

This was a nice, spacious place to stay near the city center. It's a tiny bit off the beaten path, but not too long a walk from anything, and the room itself was great. Also the owners were very friendly and helpful to us.

Clean, well-prepared property close to shopping, Papeete Market, and the ferries to Moorea.

The owners were kind to meet me at the airport and transport me to the apartment. On day of departure easily walked the few blocks to the ferry, for transfer to Moorea. The property was well-priced for this single-room apartment downtown close to shopping/ferries.

Clean and comfortable

Our 3-day stay at this property was very comfortable. It’s clean and has almost all the amenities of home. It’s conveniently located near the big open market, stores, restaurants, and Notre Dame of the Immaculate Conception Church. The owners Daliah and Julio Law were very hospitable. They greeted us at the airport with pretty leis and warm smiles. They showed us what was around the area in terms of restaurants and shopping before taking us to the property. They had turned the AC on before our arrival and that was very considerate of them. We were supposed to be there for 5 days but due to the coronavirus we had to cut our stay short. Julio kept us abreast of the daily changes of what was happening on the island due to the virus. Actually he was very good in keeping us informed even before leaving the U.S. because a few days before we were to leave home the Tahitian government required anyone stepping onto the island to have a medical certificate certifying the traveller is in good health. Nothing like last minute but Julio saved us. We would never have known 3 days before our flight to obtain a health certificate from our health provider. All in all we enjoyed our stay although short. We highly recommend staying with the Laws.

Ce local était resté libre et inoccuppé depuis de nombreuses années, nous l'avons transformer pour acceuillir nos amis en premier temps mais suite à de nombreuses demandes, nous nous lançons dans cette nouvelle aventure pour vous accueillir à votre tour , chez nous.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Située en plein centre ville, on est à deux pas de tout, de l'hôtel de ville de Papeete, du Marché de Papeete, des opérateurs téléphonique Vini et Vodafone, location de voiture Avis, d'une laverie, de la gare maritime, des fameux "roulottes du front de mer", restaurants, pizzerias, du jardin de Paofai, de la place Toata etc... et restant à votre disposition pour renseignement complémentaires.
