Ceci est un condo à étage divisé récemment rénové de 2 chambres dans une communauté fermée riche en commodités près de certaines des plus récentes attractions de Gilbert et Mesa. Ce sont des vacances dignes ou le plaisir d'un voyageur d'affaires. C'est une communauté très bien entretenue avec diverses piscines, bains à remous, grande salle de sport pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns. Tous à distance de marche d'une variété de restaurants, centres commerciaux, cinémas et divertissements. Une route calme et à faible trafic peut vous amener sur l'US60 en quelques secondes et il est à distance de marche de l'hôpital Banner Gateway. Tout comme nos autres offres immobilières, celle-ci attend vos commentaires élogieux.

Hassle-Free Stay in Gilbert

The unit was clean, spacious, and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were both simple. The location is conveniently by groceries, food, and major roads/highways. I stayed here with my brother for a week and we had everything we needed. Thanks again Dalen!

Great Central Location

Nice place, great location. The only item thing I would change is getting a more comfortable bed in the master suite. We like a firm mattress but this was down right hard! A king size would make it even better!

It was spacious, which was nice. Pictures didn’t show the space run down like it was. appliances could be updated and neighbors complained we were loud when we were gone the entire day and was in bed early.

Very Impressed

We could not have been happier with our stay here. My husband and I took our daughter and her friend to AZ for a few days of sunshine and pool time. The complex is in a safe neighborhood while still close to shops and restaurants. The condo is clean, has a great floor plan, and is furnished nicely. It was plenty of room for our group of 4. The kitchen had everything we needed. Our room had a huge walk-in closet. The pool is close by. We loved that it also had a covered seating area with a grill and a counter with bar stools. We will definitely stay again!

Christmas 2020

We were there visiting our son and his family. Good location as it was only about a 10 minute drive to his home. The condo was comfortable enough but not as well equipped as we've experienced with other VRBO rentals. The condo was advertised as sleeping 6. However, with 4 seats at the dining room table and 4 dishes, cups, etc., and only 2 wine/cocktail glasses, only 4 could be served at a time. Maintenance seems to be lacking. Second bathroom had a light out on the light bar above the sink. The kitchen lighting was not sufficient to do any prep or cooking in the kitchen. Had to turn on the light under the microwave. This worked out okay for us as there were only two of us and we didn't cook there. Unlike most VRBO properties, there were no instructions on what to do with garbage or recyclables. We figured that out for ourselves. No check-out procedures. If these items are updated, this could be a great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay! The accommodations were nice. Host answered any questions we had in a timely manner. Condo was in close proximity to main pool and clubhouse. The overall experience was great. The only downside were the stairs. We are in our 70's and hauling suitcases up and down was a lot of work, as well as multiple trips after grocery shopping. The pool was wonderful. I am a swimmer and really enjoyed the pool.

Amazing property

When I got this place for so cheap I expected it to be some sort of gimmick. But when I explored the property I was just amazed at how nice and clean it was. It had everything I needed and more. Comfiest beds and very livable atmosphere. It was also close to everything I could’ve needed. Property pool was soooo nice. Absolutely loved my stay here.

Gilbert is the highest densely populated area of married couples (families) in the US. It is literally a "bedroom community". The recently built hotels nearby understood the under-served demographic of visitors who are coming to work, visit family or looking to settle here. This spacious rental goes beyond the hotel offering. It's a home away from home with all the luxuries of a resort.
