Super piscine !! Cette maison a tout ce que vous recherchez! Emplacement super confortable et calme, mais proche de toutes les principales autoroutes. Vous vous sentirez comme chez vous. Lit king size confortable dans la chambre principale avec bain / douche et vanité double, dressing, vanité de maquillage et beaucoup d'espace pour se préparer. Grand téléviseur intelligent mural. Paroi pleine de portes coulissantes en verre qui mènent directement à la grande piscine. Deux chambres supplémentaires avec lits queen size confortables, grands placards et salle de bain complète. Cuisine mise à jour avec des comptoirs en granit ouverts sur la salle à manger, avec des portes coulissantes en verre qui mènent à la salle à manger patio avec ventilateur de plafond extérieur. Pamplemousse magnifique et délicieux dans l'arrière-cour. Futon, canapé et matelas pneumatique disponibles pour des zones de couchage / repos supplémentaires. Salon très spacieux avec des tonnes de sièges, TV couleur 50 pouces avec télévision par câble. WiFi et bureau si vous avez du travail à faire, tout en profitant du beau temps! We really enjoyed our stay in this cute three bedroom house, layout was great for our group. Beautiful decor, sunny and bright. Large kitchen, nice outside seating by the pool.
The grapefruit tree in the backyard was a real bonus!

The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—but the highlight was definitely the pool, which was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stay. Loved staying at this location. Quick access to main highways. The pool was great, particularly when temps spiked into the 90's!! The home was very clean and had all the basics one needs. Communicating with Dawn was fantastic. Quick to respond to the questions we had. Neighborhood was quiet with very little traffic.

Dawn was wonderful to work with. My two toddlers loved being able to walk to the park down the road. Very safe, friendly neighborhood. Quiet but still close to Phoenix attractions.

This house was clean and comfortable. Nice neighborhood, park within walking distance. Very centrally located to many attractions in the Phoenix area. We enjoyed the pool everyday and were glad to have the heated option for it as well!!

Fabulous time!

Property was exactly as described. Dawn was wonderful to communicate with and we had everything we needed during our stay. The pool was warm and wonderful and the kids had a blast swimming! The beds were comfortable and the location was great. Awesome park right down the street and close to shopping and restaurants!

We love to vacation in Arizona and have tons of family located near Tempe. Our daughter just graduated from ASU! We are both originally from Illinois, just outside of Chicago.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We fell in love with the layout of the house and of course the fabulous pool. This home was a short distance to ASU and yet in a very quiet, but great central location.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Ranch home with very large rooms and master bedroom and dining room have direct access to the large pool. Fabulous grapefruit tree in the back yard. Wonderful covered patio with ceiling fan and dining table with gas grill. Right behind the home is a bike and walking path, for a quick morning ride or walk.
